We have been using iLook for some time now and although it has been a while since we have placed an order, we are not disappointed whatsoever. The experience is smooth, simple and enjoyable from shopping online for the correct look all the way through to receiving our choices/selection. The pricing also cannot be beat and that is a huge factor for us and many others too of course. Highly recommend using iLook for all your eye needs!

I love ilook glasses. It's the only place to find good quality glasses for an affordable price. I have ordered many different styles of them over the past few years and I still have ALL of them. Their scratch resistance and anti-glare coatings are awesome as well as the blue light filtering option. Their lenses are nice and clear and easy to clean.
It's great to have options of what style of glasses you would like to wear each day, and they make it affordable to keep up with trends if that is what you're into.
Over all the quality is awesome, it makes you realize how over-priced glasses can be at your local eye doctor.
All I can say is, I will never buy another $600 pair of optometrist glasses again!

Within an hour of placing my order I had received an email clarifying something in my prescription, and once I responded had a quick response back. The order also arrived within a week of placing it! Great quality, I find them more clear than glasses I've bought that an eye Dr! And you can't beat the price either!

The name may not be as catchy as some other vendors, but don't let that fool you, everything else is a step above the rest.

The site and shopping experience were easy to navigate. I was able to easily find all the information to make sure the glasses I was choosing were the right fit and style, and the prices are great.

I have a fat head - no better way to put it - so I chose some nice wide frames. As I was a new customer, Customer Support reached out to me to confirm that the glasses I was ordering were large, wide frame glasses - just in case I hadn't noticed that. They care enough to try to ensure you're getting the right product.

I was curious for the price how the quality would be, but I am very happy with the product. I ordered two pairs, one with transitions and the other with standard blue-light protection. Both are sturdy metal frames, don't rub on my temples, and have the higher nose pads so my glasses don't fall down my nose as much. You can tell these are quality glasses. They don't look or feel cheap or flimsy at all.

ILookGlasses is the only place I will buy glasses from now on - and it's a bonus that they aren't part of Big Optical!

I've order numerous pairs of glasses and the last pair of readers, are still (after returning the first pair) not great...they feel off. Not as good as previous pairs

Also I had to return the 1st pair before they would send me a new pair, so it took about a month in total to get the replacement pair

I know each time you buy a different pair of progressive lenses it takes time to get used to them. I've had mine for a few months now and I just can't get used to them.there seems to be a short travel or movement of my head between what I can see far away and what I can see close up. I just move my head slightly and I'm from one to the other the transition is not as smooth as my last pair I'm working on getting used to it but I don't think I'm going to be able to get comfortable with them. I will connect with customer service and see if they can give me some ideas maybe I'm doing something wrong.

I cannot recommend this site enough for the quality of the final products, to the amazing customer service team. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop for all your eyeglass needs. The team caught an error in my order and offered a different style that would better fit my measurements. I will bring all my future purchases, when I can to them. A+

I was hesitant about buying progressive lenses online due to a bad experience but decided to try a different company and have to say I am so happy with my purchase. The glasses were not a cheap plastic and the lenses work perfectly for me.

I ordered a new pair of sunglasses for vacation. I have an odd prescription and iLookGlasses confirmed it with me before preceding. The glasses that arrived were perfect. An affordable pair of prescription glasses that were awesome!

The website when browsing is terrible, but the quality of their products is pretty good. You can get multiple pairs of glasses, including prescription sunglasses for the price you would pay at a regular store. I've purchased a total of 6 pairs without prescription problems. I have had manufacturing problems, but the exchange process is very easy.

I requested an exchange due to annoying refraction in my lenses when looking at computers monitors at certain angles. The CSRs did have some questions about what was wrong, but it was hard to describe what was wrong without actually wearing the glasses. In the end, I did get my exchange without issue, without the original problem I had.

Very nice glasses. Lots of selection to choose from. I like the virtual try on option so that you can see what the glasses will look like on you, not just a model. Will use them again next time I need some new glasses!

The price point was good, however, the frames broke within a few months. I have been wearing glasses for over 35 years and this was the first pair of glasses that I had ever have "frame failure". Use caution as the frames break easily.

I find even with the protective coatings all different types of glasses seem to get scratched easily. I'm forced to purchase more and more glasses frequently because of this. Also once I find a pair of frames I like they are always discontinued quickly.

Told me there is nothing they can do about this

Was hesitant to order on line but the glasses are perfect. Light, comfortable and the prescription are dead on. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Only issue was we did not get the aviator glasses that were advertised.

They always call me directly if they have questions about my order, or are concerned that I may have entered incorrect information about my prescription. Yes, they call me - not text or email. I am on my fourth pair, and plan to continue to use them the next time my prescription changes,

My elderly mother has a very complex prescription and a lot of eye issues, so her prescription was not even an option for the online form. After contacting ILook, they assured me they could fill her prescription and told me how to submit her unusual needs. It all worked out great and was much less expensive than buying her glasses in town.

It's so easy, pick the style, size and materials of glasses you like and use the "try on" feature.
You can screenshot the ones you like, and look them over to choose the ones you like best.
If you've ordered from them before they will email you to make sure your prescription is right if it has changed from your last order, also if you have changed the size of glasses.
They are very thorough to make sure you are choosing the right glasses.
Delivery is also very quick.

I found the website easy and intuitive to use. When I placed my order I received an Emailed query asking me to confirm an item in the prescription, which I appreciated as it indicated attention to detail. For my two pairs I ordered one with progressive lenses and one for work at my desk and computer. The glasses arrived as promised and I am delighted with them.

Ordered then a CR wanted to clarify my prescription, they explained what the optometrist wanted for my eyes. In two days I got my two pairs, very happy.

Site was easy to use. Great frames to choose from. Liked the variety of faces and ages to choose from. My glasses came quickly and fit better than the ones I got from my optometrist. The multifocal lenses were perfectly placed. The cost was less than half of what I bought through an optical place. Will definitely use again!

I bought 2 pairs of glasses during a recent promotion. The stylish glasses arrived quickly, fit perfect and are of excellent quality. The trickiest part of ordering glasses online is getting the correct PD but once you've figured that out, you can get quality glasses that are inexpensive.

I have now purchased four sets of spectacles. Sometimes the order page is confusing about how many pairs I actually will receive (when there is a BOGO sale that's still "1" item) but the quality is there and although the frames might be thinner material than you're used to, they look and feel great.

Had a wonderful shopping experience, I made a mistake with my prescription, and they exchanged my glasses with no problem, even though it was 100% my fault. Best customer service I've had in a while! Highly recommended.
