Been with this Company for over 10 yrs maybe close to 15 and always been satisfied. Gotten my glasses within a week, almost two for progressive lenses but overall very fast delivery from date of ordered
One par was good the other one has bad temples arms. They are made of a different plastic, mate, and the shape is wrong and unconfortable to wear. I try to workaround by heating but the plastic which is used will come back to the wrong shape in few days. It does not retain the shape I made during heating. The shape is pointed outside instead inside and thus is very unconfortable for the ears. The good pair has normal shape temples, confortable, made of good glossy plastic. Andrei, Toronto

Previous orders have exceeded my expectations. So far the process has been relatively seamless as has been the ordering.
Overall okay. The app won't retain my photo so have to upload from the computer each time. It also won't remember the size specs that I entered so I have to re-input them each time. Previous orders were of good quality and have lasted me for more than five years. My prescription was upgraded and is the only reason why I need to reorder.
Generally pleased. Virtual mirror image could be larger. Colour of frames not always correct or visible. Larger, higher resolution images of the glasses would be helpful.
I ordered on the Black Friday sale. First time ordering glasses online. They contacted me to confirm all my numbers were correct and when I received them they were perfect!

Most glasses sites cater to what is trending, which right now are big frames. That is not my style. So I was pleased to find a good selection of both big and small frames.

Get irritated wasting time trying to find my sunglasses.
I ordered 2 pairs same make same model, however 1 pair should have been black frames with clear lenses, and the other red frames with clear to black lenses, both prescription
Both pairs came really fast in mail which was great however I received 2 pairs that had black frames
I emailed company and thier reply was they don't have red frames and said my order was correct
The options for frame colors were black Grey and red
Also prescription is off and I feel like I'm looking under water
I will say 2 pairs of prescription glasses for only 102 $ is Fantastic and great amount if selection

My supposed computer glasses are useless, and the attitude I got when I contacted them was the same. Still no satisfaction 6 weeks later.
My glasses are usually needing replacement yearly due to work related issues. Came across I LOOK several tears ago and all transactions have been quick and staff have been great
Always quick to reply and verifies details prior to proceeding. If your order isnt what you expected its very easy to return and get them changed. Decent quality for the price.
