Been with this Company for over 10 yrs maybe close to 15 and always been satisfied. Gotten my glasses within a week, almost two for progressive lenses but overall very fast delivery from date of ordered
One par was good the other one has bad temples arms. They are made of a different plastic, mate, and the shape is wrong and unconfortable to wear. I try to workaround by heating but the plastic which is used will come back to the wrong shape in few days. It does not retain the shape I made during heating. The shape is pointed outside instead inside and thus is very unconfortable for the ears. The good pair has normal shape temples, confortable, made of good glossy plastic. Andrei, Toronto
Bought many glasses from site and been happy until I needed to send a pair back. Been over 6 weeks since returned pair and emails to customer service go unanswered.

I bought the 'computer' progressives.
Ordering process was fine. They shipped and were received in a reasonable timeframe.
But I'm disappointed with the glasses.
Sitting at a normal distance from my computer monitor occasionally requires moving my head ever so slightly from time to time.
If I don't move my head the image is fine. But when I do move my head slightly the screen distorts into a slight parallelogram shape.
Also text is only crisp and clear if you keep your eyes perfectly centered in the lenses. If you move your eyes to the right or left without moving your head text and images become slightly blurry.
And I'm not talking about significant movements of my eyes or my head. I'm talking very slight movements.
I know they offer an upgrade on the lenses for better peripherals but why should I have to pay extra to get lenses that allow me to see properly out of more than just one square centimeter in the dead center of the lens. I paid for the whole lens, I should be able to see properly out of the whole lens. Or at least more than the tiniest little area in the middle.
Customer service is amazing! Took awhile to process but I appreciated that they checked with me on both orders to make sure everything was correct (one wasn't). I'm vwry happy with my purchase!
I've tried other online sites. The quality, cost and experience has been above expectations These have been the best glasses I have gotten in 50 years of glasses. Also the best value!
He absolutely loves the glasses the fit he doesn't play with them they stay on his face he doesn't try to hide them so we ordered two more pairs lol and many more to come I'm sure! Thank you!
I have made many purchases from iLookGlasses and they have made my experience GREAT every single time. The only trouble I have with them is that l always have trouble just picking just one pair but with their bogo sale l get to pick two pairs.

Better to navigate than the clearly site. Not to happy. I ordered bifold glasses which I paid for and got 1 pair of normal glasses and the other pair were reading glasses. Not sure what happened.

First pair I got the lens fell out. The girl told me she was going to send me a paper so I can send it back and that never happened so it cost me another 300 to order another pair.
