iLookGlasses

This is the second time I've used ilookglasses and am just as impressed. It is easy to order and the glasses come quickly. They are great quality glasses.

ILookGlasses is definitely getting me what I want: decent glasses for a price that is difficult to beat. I particularly appreciate the staff checking to make sure that what I order meets my need.

Easy to use website, lots of options for the glasses and good sale.

It took a very long time to receive my glasses. It was my first time ordering from iLook and I had to call twice to find out the status of the two pairs of glasses that I had purchased and I was without any current glasses to wear due to recent cataract surgery. Admittedly this is my first time wearing progressive lenses, so I am not sure if this is the challenge but I am having difficulty seeing clearly with my new glasses. While I like the style, both pair feel slightly loose and do not feel as secure as past glasses have. I have yet to contact the company to discuss a return as I am trying to "get used to " the progressive lenses but I can only see distance tyrough the top of my glasses and everything below is a blur. I did send a copy of my new prescription, so it's not like I sent the wrong info. There was also not notifications that my glasses were on their way, which is rather important as I live in a cold climate and did not want my glasses to sit in my mailbox at -50 for any duration. They also arrived at two different weeks. Either way, the whole shopping experience produced a lot of anxiety and I am not thrilled with my new glasses and would not recommend iLook nor reparations my business there. The image shown on your face is somewhat distorted for colour. I would have been bolder.

I made a mistake when ordering my second pair of glasses from ilookglasses luckily Mechelle noticed the error and contacted me. 10 out of ten to Mechelle. I have been really pleased with my glasses.

Very fast and affordable, it's my first time wearing glass so I am not able to compare quality but what a great deal and the frames are great.

I have bought probably 20 plus glasses from ILOOK. Had one set that were wrong but was corrected. Price is good. Just wish they would do some big bright flat fancy plastic ones you see out there.

Situation was dealt with quickly. All one can ask for is good customer service.

I have ordered multiple times for my daughter. She loves them. I always tell people to order from here.

I was satisfied with the timeliness of receipt of the order placed. However, I have had eye surgery now and may need to exchange them for a slightly different near-vision prescription.

This is an update to the previous review: iLookGlasses' staff was so very helpful when I found myself in the position of having new glasses that were no longer useful as my vision had changed substantially due to a jump in the wait list for eye surgery (cataract & goniotomy) caused by a cancellation. This was totally unexpected for at least 2 years hence.

ILookGlasses was advised of my conundrum and contacted me to offer to replace the lenses of my new glasses once a new vision test was provided. Because of subsequent infection, that test was delayed and delayed again. Once completed and a new prescription issued and forwarded to iLookGlasses, the process of replacement began. They covered the cost of returning the original glasses and the cost of shipping back the glasses with lenses that matched the new script. My surgery was July 9th and my new glasses in hand (on my face actually) November 9th. That was 15 weeks were I was wearing my old prescription or drugstore glasses and experiencing eyestrain. I must stress that NONE of this delay was due to iLookGlasses. They were very prompt in creating my new lenses and in sending them to me. I am very grateful to their help and assistance. I would recommend them unreservedly. They're prices too are a fraction of that charged by the local optical stores.

Delivery was very quick and glasses were just as I had ordered. They gave me a free upgrade as well which is always nice!

It was easy to try on with the virtual. They arrived a couple weeks later. And I get compliments on them almost daily

Always easy to update prescription and find cute glasses at a fraction of the cost your Optometrist wants you to pay.
