I have used another online provider and found that this one's quality is much better. Not so plastic/cheap feeling. I also reached out for help in adjusting both pairs and received helpful advice quickly. I will definitely order again and refer others.

Looking through the selections, was easy enough of course you never know exactly what you're getting when you order online or exactly how they're going to look even with the photo, but it was pretty accurate. I got two pairs and I'm satisfied with both.

A new requirement of measuring your own pupil distance (in the past when I've ordered glasses it must have been an assumed average or given) is not only difficult to do but can really impact your prescription if done incorrectly.
I must have measured mine ten mm too close together for instance and now both pairs of prescription sunglasses I ordered cannot be worn without feeling dizzy and getting a headache. I drove wearing this new pair and had to take them off within ten minutes.
I wish this requirement could be waived or a selection of the average could be an option since your order is so impacted by this additional measurement.

First time ordering glasses online and really didn't know what to expect. Ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses for my son in another province and he received it exactly a week later. Have not seen the glasses myself but he was extremely pleased with the order. Mechelle also double confirmed the prescription at the time of order as there was significant difference between the 2 eyes. Price was very fair and reasonable. Will definitely be a repeat customer. They called to double check my prescription had changed from previous order, as I accidentally put two different prescriptions on my two glasses.I received my glasses in just a couple days and were exactly what I expected. Great service, thanks

I ordered glasses twice within few years apart, both times I had great experience. Once my glass broke within few days, they sent me a replacement without any hassle. I interacted with an agent over the phone, she was friendly.

Overall happy with my glasses; have ordered here a few times now. It's a bit hit or miss with the quality. I've received some pairs that are very loose and crooked. I should have sent one back but c'est la vie. They are a backup pair of frames that don't get used very often.

The sunglasses I've ordered have been good and are a comfortable fit. Will buy again in the future as the price is right for my budget.

Glasses are decent quality. Prescription seems correct. For sunglasses they could be a bit darker. I was expecting flex hinges, but they are regular hinges. Overall, happy with them relative to the price paid.

Nicely made pair of glasses. Only flaw I realized from buying online glasses is that if the frame does not fit you properly, you cannot adjust it yourself. You have to bring it to an optician who might hesitate to handle your glasses due to liability reasons. So, choose your frames wisely. Other than that, this was a great purchase. No issues with the lens.

I was skeptical like the others in the beginning, but the full refund policy makes me feel safer. The processing and delivering were quite fast. I'm happy with the purchase and will come back.

I loved the customer service...though there is Distance. Thank you for sending emails to double check things. First time progressives and am getting used to them and hasn't taken that long. I thought that they sat a bit high but finding that they allow my eyes to adjust. Thank you.

My partner and I ordered glasses and it has taken over 3 weeks to get the order and we still don't have them. They insist on using Canada Post which has failed twice to deliver the shipment despite the promise to make sure the orders were shipped and properly delivered. All you get from them is platitudes and nothing else changes. Would suggest that you do not use this company unless you have time to wait and enjoy frustration and broken promises

This is my first time purchasing from here. The site is very user friendly and customer service is very helpful. Unfortunately, after wearing the prescription glasses for a while, I find they fog up frequently leaving vapor stains that are difficulty to clear away and that result in some obstructed vision. I will be contacting customer service to determine how this situation can be addressed and hopefully resolved.

Would be good to be able to select all the sizing such as distance at nose, width, etc. etc so you don't have to keep selecting each set you like then going over to see if the prescription details fit.

Had a customer service representative contact me by email wanting to confirm the size of the frames I selected to ensure they fit me properly. Once confirmed it was in my hands within a few days. After that experience had to pick up prescription sunglasses

When I look received my order they took the time to clarify my prescription before going ahead and making my eyewear. I have two very different lens needs. Was good they double checked in case I had just made a mistake.

When I went to the Optometrist recently and went to buy new prescription glasses, I was shocked to find that the new prescription glasses would be over $500 at the cheapest. I remembered a coworker informing me about iLookGlasses before, so I decided to check it out. The very cheap prices, paired with the BOGO deal, made me think it was a scam at first or that the quality would be poor; but I decided to gamble and try it. I got 2 pairs of prescription glasses for less than $200 total, they arrived exactly 7 days later, and they were nearly the exact same quality as I would have gotten from the $500 pair in-store at the Optometrist. I am very satisfied, and I do recommend that you get glasses from iLookGlasses as it will save you money, and I have yet to have any issues with the ones I received.

Purchase is easy and shipping is quick from BC, customer services do respond to you in timely manner and resolve issues. Great experience overall, limited frames but price fits the budget.

Their customer service is unmatched when needed(such as entering the wrong prescription accidentally). They are so helpful, the prices can't be beat already but they always have some kind of great sale going. My only criticism would be certain frames sell out very quickly - my coworker wanted the same ones as I got a day after and the colour I got were totally gone. They seriously are the best though!
