Been with this Company for over 10 yrs maybe close to 15 and always been satisfied. Gotten my glasses within a week, almost two for progressive lenses but overall very fast delivery from date of ordered
One par was good the other one has bad temples arms. They are made of a different plastic, mate, and the shape is wrong and unconfortable to wear. I try to workaround by heating but the plastic which is used will come back to the wrong shape in few days. It does not retain the shape I made during heating. The shape is pointed outside instead inside and thus is very unconfortable for the ears. The good pair has normal shape temples, confortable, made of good glossy plastic. Andrei, Toronto
The website is easy, the "try on" function is a snap to use and ordering was smooth. An agent emailed me before confirming my order to check that I had ordered the correct glasses… in otherwise they gently tried to help me out of making a mistake with the dimensions. Which I appreciated.
They made alternate suggestions which I followed, and my glasses arrived within DAYS. Literally 2 days from confirming the order. I bought 2 pairs on their BOGO promo, and they both arrived with their own hard case. The other online sites I've ordered from take weeks to deliver, ship in from the US, and do not provide a hard case. I'm sold on iLookGlasses. Definitely! And they're CANADIAN!

I had an issue with my frames and needed a replacement but did not see the same frames available through the website. Customer service was able to find the correct frames so I will be able to switch out my progressive lenses. Grateful for the quick follow-up and friendly service.
I was hesitant to purchase prescription glasses online. However I was pleasantly surprised. I found the website east to use, I had a couple of questions and spoke to a representative who was very helpful. 6 days later I received my glasses in the mail & they were better than expected. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I had to buy a pair of prescription sunglasses due to loosing them in the water. Came across this website and purchased 2 pair for the price of 1. Both pairs came pretty quick and look great considering buying them online and not seeing them in person.
I ordered 5 pairs of glasses, some were sunglasses. After only a few months already 2 pairs r broken. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from them but I see the poor quality and will not order from them again.
Repeat customer here, as expected good experience with product quality and order fulfillment. That said the web site is a bit of a pain, I found myself having to enter my updated prescription several times as I decided on which frame to go with. The site should allow me to enter/update my profile prescription and simply attach it to the selected frame during the ordering process (perhaps there is a way to do so but wasn't obvious to me). Also there should be a way to indicate if prescription has already been adjusted by the doctor for computer reading glasses, my prescription was and I wasn't sure if selecting 'computer reading glasses' would lead your lab to adjust the lenses even further.
I've been ordering my glasses here for years and value the prompt shipping, the ease of ordering online, and most of all, the amazing price.
The only hard part is choosing your glasses because they have so many to chose from

I have ordered twice from iLook and am very happy. The selection in frames is outstanding and price can't be beat. Customer service is great as well. The glasses come quickly with sturdy cases and a cleaning cloth. Very happy I found this site.
It took just over a week to arrive. The glasses fit well, but I think, I need a size larger. Mai, thanks for the feed back deal with the size. The little extra time confirming everything was deeply appreciated. I have already recommended iLookGlasses to my friends.

Had to type in my card info 4 times. Chat with Mechell and refreshed twice and it kept changing card from M/C to Visa. Forth time was the charm but a very frustrating experience. Other than the soft ware issue with the credit card the experience was acceptable for an old man with limited on line experience.

Well at first i put them on and when i saw myself on a picture.felt awful for ordering them without really knowing how they would look so after discussing with my daughter she said mom.ask them what you can do...so i did and they said to return them and order a pair that will fit you...so we did and i love my new one...Thank you to every one at Ilook.for being a good trusted company...
As a long time satisfied customer I was extremely disappointed this time….I ordered 2 pair of glasses and upon opening I had issues with lens quality of the first pair and then the second pair a lens fell out within a week.
Sorry, won't be coming back!

Received my two pairs of prescription sunglasses and they both fit perfectly. The quality of the frame and glass is excellent for the price. The service was also excellent with quick follow up to make sur I didn't make a mistake in my order. And the bonus is that I received my glasses within a week.
I was scceptical at first, only ordered one pair. After receiving my first pair, I was pleased with the look, the fit, and the presription. Ordered a scond pair with auto tinting leses. Very happy with both pair.
This is my second time ordering glasses from iLook and once again they have been great. I had a small issue with my prescription matching and they reached out to double check it was all correct. The glasses are great quality and I will definitely order from them again.
My son has autism and there are times when he becomes very frustrated and resorts to breaking something, which often are his glasses because they are always very easy to grab. Having the ability to purchase with BOGO is much needed for the expense when we don't have a health plan for such items. The glasses are very stylish and comfortable.
This isn't your ordinary online shop that takes your money without helping you spend it on the right items. When I ordered, I was super surprised that they contacted me right away to discuss the frame size and whether it would be suitable for me. Way to go iLookGlasses. I would shop here again.
Great glasses! Slow to receive, took a long time to get order but glasses are good. Took about a week to get use to with the same prescription as before although I know this happens from time to time as I have had glasses for a number of years. Bought 2 pair for wife and myself, we both like them.
Took a while to get order, just told to wait a little longer.

Glasses are ok. One pair bothers my nose but don't wear those every day. I wear the other pair instead and wear the other ones once in a while. As always glasses seem to be extremely expensive.

2 pairs bifocal with transitions lens 406.00. Frames sturdy but a bit rigid. Overall very satisfied.
I had some problems putting my prescription in. Sent them an email copy of my prescription. They had my glasses to me in days. I love them more than the ridiculously expensive prescription ones I got from my eye doctor. These glasses rock super happy
