The glasses that I ordered took the longest to arrive out of the 3 companies I tried out. Worst of all when I put them on they are blurry. I ordered 1 pair of progressives and 1 pair of single vision sun glasses. I can't see clearly from either pair. :(

The first time there was in issue before the order was processed the company was awesome. However when I attempted to chat with them today no one responded to me.

I purchased these glasses for my brother in England. The website is easy to navigate and once I received my order I shipped them (reading glasses & sunglasses) to my brother. He has told me he is very happy with them. Thanks.

The staff is super to deal with. Great help every time I call and ilook is very easy to deal with. No hassles, no red tape or small print.
I order from ilook because the glasses are cheap and fairly tough. The arms on the glasses are sometimes loose from the factory and sometimes not, but for $50 glasses I can invest in a mini screwdriver just in case. Sometimes an ear pieces loosens up, but again, for $50 I don't mind a little maintenance.
I'm a Fab/Mec Teacher and my glasses are on and off my ears multiple times daily and they hold off the scratches pretty well and are holding together fairly well.
I'll keep going back, its too easy to buy glasses from them to go to another company.

I was unable to find the bifocals I was looking for on another site. The customer service people were VERY focused on getting me what I needed. They even went so far as to suggest that certain frames I was looking for would not work for me and guided me towards certain styles and sizes that were perfect.

I was disappointed in the colour of my glasses once they came as they were not the colour I thought I was getting according to the picture. I was happy with the delivery time and the fact that you can try on the glasses on your virtual photo.

I ordered some prescription sunglasses and they arrived on time and are a great product. I love the value because I was able to order a back up pair with free frames. This is my third order and I will continue ordering with iLookGlasses.

I received my glasses a few weeks ago. I confirmed my order on a Friday and they were in my mailbox the following Tuesday. That's good service! Another great thing that I appreciate about iLook service is that they took the time to ensure that my prescription was accurate. They questioned one of the numbers I provided and upon review with my ophthalmologist, I had made a mistake. The correct information was updated and my glasses arrived shortly after. I love the style, the fit, and most importantly, my sharp, clear vision.

I've been buying eyeglasses for sometime now and had to get my lenses fixed because they were off in someway or another. Making me wait till they got it right. I gave iLookGlasses's my prescription and they sent me my glasses back a couple weeks later. They were perfect.

I've purchased glasses online from iLookGlasses for a number of years now. Twice I had problems with glasses and both times the problems were resolved. I will continue to purchase glasses as a result.

It took a little effort to get this problem resolved but I am satisfied.

Very happy with the purchase. The frame and lenses are of excellent quality and the price was also very affordable. Definitely will buy another pair when needed in the future.

I recommend ilookglasses. Overall experience was great. The glasses came on time. The new glasses are both pretty and stylish and BOGO is really a good deal. Although pretty and stylish, I am not quite satisfied with the other pair I got (one with the clear plastic frame), it does not sit right on the bridge of my nose. I find it hard to drive when I'm wearing it. I just wear it when I'm home watching TV.

I have purchased a few sets from iLookGlasses and the lens chip at the corners so I order a new set thinking it was just a bad batch but my new ones just chipped in sand place. I could see if it chipped where there is no support like where the wire is the frame but this is in the corner where the frame and arm meet. Just terrible. They are nice glasses but not strong.

I really appreciate the customer service I received from iLook. I was contacted to confirm my prescription as well as the styles I had chosen as there was a question about one of the pair of glasses I'd chosen. It turns out, it would have been a little small for me, so other options were offered. Once I chose a different pair of glasses, my order was processed. I received my glasses the same week I ordered them. Super happy with the help and speed of service!

I like the two pairs of glasses I chose. I need a bit of an adjustment period for them as my prescription changed and the axis is different than I am used to. However, I am pleased with both pairs.

I purchased 2 pairs of eyeglasses for under $100. It use to cost me $250 for one pair of eyeglasses and the Ilook glasses are better quality. I will be buying prescription sunglasses soon and I will buy them from Ilook.

I have never bought glasses from ILook or any other online place. A friend suggested it. I live in a small town so shopping for glasses is very limited and expensive. So I took a chance and gave ILook a try. LOVE LOVE my glasses. LOVE LOVE the prices. Completely satisfied. Can't believe how easy it was and how well they fit? Prices for a pair of glasses are exorbitant at retail stores. I was able to find a stylish frame and progressive lens for a very reasonable price with iLookGlasses! You have to carefully measure the distance between your pupils and decide if you want Scratch Resistant + UV Protective + Anti Reflective Coating($25). The price was right and I received my glasses in a reasonable amount of time.

The sale price was very inviting but the prescription was costly and I really wanted to get two for the deal but it would have cost me over400.00 as it was it cost over 240.00 for just one
I was going to send them back because they looked different than what I thought I ordered but I decided to put up with them because I needed new glasses and did not want the hassle
