I have not had glasses before and did not understand the sizing of frames, so my glasses really do not fit very well. The are too loose and I should have contacted them but I sucked it up. Now I hardly wear them. So its not Ilook's fault, its mine

I have purchased glasses from iLook Glasses two different times. I had good a good experience both times, but, the true test of how a company is to deal with, is when there is a problem. I made an error on the numbers on one of my first orders and was surprised at how easily and quickly the glasses were replaced at no cost to me! I wouldn't shop anywhere else!

I have found their customer service excellent. The response to questions comes quickly and they are extremely helpful. Even when I was responsible for the error, they corrected it at no cost to me.

I am a long time customer of iLook Glasses. Over the years, each pair has been to spec (which isn't always the case with other online glasses retailers) and arrived quickly.

The glasses and frames are of good quality and I am surprised how scratch resistant they are.

My next pair of glasses will be from iLook Glasses.

The glasses are fine but the frames suck.the nose pads are to small and made or hard plastic. They hurt my nose.I cant even were them.

I have purchased reading glasses too. They were good.
My glasses with the heavy prescription and reading glasses combined were accurate but I don't like the style. No fault of yours. I didn't choose well. I don't like shape on my face.

I ordered glasses off the site and then I wasn't able to get the glasses I wanted. They gave me other options to pick from instead. From the options there wasn't any I liked like the ones I originally ordered. Disappointed in fact I could get what I ordered.

One pair was not what I was expecting, frames were much smaller than anticipated. My second pair were exactly what I was looking for.

Very satisfied with the four pairs of glasses I purchased from iLookGlasses. The glasses are of good quality, the glasses were shipped and received quickly and I was able to take advantage of a BOGO offer. Wouldn't look anywhere else for glasses. I miscalculated the distance between each eye and iLookGlasses immediately noticed the discrepancy and contacted me to correct the error before producing the glasses.
