I purchased the license to crack a zip file password. I wasn't successful with the application, and customer services suggested I send them to file and do it themselves. They couldn't make it thus we agreed on a full refund of the money. Even though the goal of the purchase was not achieved, their customer service (particularly Echo Zhou) was extraordinary and very friendly. If I ever need to crack another password, I will try with them again.

This is a great company. My iPad was stuck in a death loop. I tried the normal way with apple but I had not lick. I found this software and used it. Initially I had an issue but Wendy took time to work though it with extra customer support. Will use them in future.

We backup our corporate phones data, not strictly for restore, but for informational purposes. This software is amazing with its backup capability. We no longer require going back to a phone to retrieve old information. Instead, we simply go to the recovered folder of that iPhone in our file server and access messages, emails, contacts, notes.

First and foremost, the software provides two choices: without data loss and otherwise. Once you chose "without", it prompts you to select the cellphone model from a pull-down menu; however, one should be aware that some phones (Samsung A70) are not supported, but the software guides you to another function, which will wipe out all the data.
I immediately filed for a refund and they informed me that " (they) are also trying to add more supported devices and brands to the program." Regarding money-back guaranty, they declined at first, but upon further consideration, the refund was processed within 24 hours.
I do recommend that a warning be placed on the first page to indicated that "the software may not be suitable for your cellphone, if it is not listed in the pull down menu"
Tip for consumers:
In retrospective, one would be better served by reading product reviews.

The product is absolutely amazing, I was so frustrated when my Iphone 11 pro max just 'hung' on the apple logo. I tried Itunes (but it didn't help) and after about 2 hrs of trying that, I took to the internet and found this company. Everything worked perfectly and my phone is back to full health! I live in Spain and my nearest Apple store is about an hour away, that and the language barrier meant I was dreading having to go there. Suffice to say, I originally bought a month subscription, but when everything went so well, I purchased the lifetime (5 phone) subscription, in case anything happens again. The tool is very powerful and I was able to find my aunt's deleted pictures from her iphone that were no longer even in the deleted folder. She was extremely happy to recover her memories when no other solution worked. I liked everything except the fact that it has to process all the files before you can start the recovery, which take a long time and require a lot of space.

The product does NOT save the contents of your phone, it just offers the higher end version, which will do the exact same thing iTunes will do - reset your phone entirely. This is a scam. They'll also do/say anything they can to deny a refund.
EDIT: It's amazing how quickly they finally responded to me/gave me my refund after I left a couple of reviews on sites they don't run. Prior to leaving the reviews, I'd asked nicely for a refund, which didn't garner me a response for over a week. But the second I replied angrily and left these reviews, the process was suddenly easier. I added a second star to the review for that reason.

I got the error 14 on my Iphone after trying to update through itunes, and my phone got stuck on recovery mode, my phone storage was almost full. I noticed I some people saying that fixpoo helped them save their data, and since I saw it was money back guarantee, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately for me, the exit recovery mode didn't work, so I paid for the monthly subscription to use the standard mode and it didn't work either. When I asked for my money back they pushed me to use the advanced mode which erases your data and that wasn't what I wanted. After a lot of fighting they gave me the money back, but, just to be aware, apparently, they just give your money back if you use the advance mode (which erases your data) and your phone still doesn't work.

Product was a failure, recovered less the 1% of my data. Everything else was corrupted. Do not trust them, they gave me the runaround of refund guarantee. Only got 50% back. Don't waste your time with this product.
