I tried to use the software to retrieve my iPhone data to no avail, but it may have been because I inadvertently bricked the phone while trying to update it through Apple. The owners of this software upheld their promise to refund my money if I was not satisfied, so I thanked them for that and appreciate their earnestness as an honorable company.
I Subscribe to what's an app transfer from Android to iPhone 13 pro max which is not working. They are saying compatibility issues. Which does not mention on any where. If something goes wrong there is no way to identify it. It looks like a fraud. Please be aware before you buy this product.
I purchased a monthly and a yearly subscription to recover my whatsapp data and it doesn't work. It reached the 95% of the process and then shut down or I get a message saying I don't have enough space. A real disappointment! Money throw away. Now they refuse to give me a refund. Only because there is no -5. Website give you guarantee, money back. So I paid. There is no mention of the software "being incompatible with Vista". Several emails later, they say no refund as it is my fault for having an incompatible operating system. Fine, wanted to tell everyone, don't consider this software, they are falsely giving a guarantee. In my opinion, thieves.
Despite issues about product not being suitable they were honest and understanding and refunded part of my payment since the issue was not covered by the software.
I suggested to allow purchase process to be more accurate before committing payment. They took it on board and el consider further development

According to advertisements on the Internet, their software suppose to recover my iPhone's permanently deleted videos but it didn't. Later, I searched through Apple forums and found out that permanently deleted videos can't be recovered at all.

I downloaded the demo software, was assured that it would wipe my iphone and was asked for money. I checked that the phone was not registered in icloud and find my phone was off. The purchased version did not work, despite the demo claiming otherwise.

Both options "Remove your screen code" and "Remove your Apple ID" is actually a phone restoration. It is written in one of the step, even if the options titles make you think tht your data is safe. ITunes does the exact same thing for free, so no need to buy this.

The software didn't work for my use case (activation lock). In my opinion, the refund policy sucks! On asking for a refund, they suggested refunds were against their T&Cs, but offered 30%. I challenged this.
They then gave me the full refund, but I would be careful when paying any money to this company.

After the last exchange, support suggested to try a different cable, which did not work. Their support vanished in thin air. Do not buy this software it's a scam. I can see that this would work fantastic for some people, and while imyfone did not work successfully to fix my phone as I had wished, and in the end needed to reset to factory settings (restored), I must comment that their customer service is excellent. They were willing to work with you to do everything possible to help fix your device, and in my case they were able to refund me my money since I had already reset it to factory settings once their online product told me that was the only option left.

If it works for you, great!! If it doesn’t work for you, talk to customer service and if after talking to them it still doesn’t work, push for a refund. They will, in the end, stand behind their product.

The software did not save my phone without data loss. I had to do a clean reset which was the same as what I would have done with iTunes, without paying a single cent. In this aspect, the software has failed to do what it was supposed to do and hence I requested for a refund of my money.
What was more disappointing than my data loss and the software not saving my phone, was the misleading offer of a money back guarantee. "We could only offer you a 50% refund..." despite not solving my problem. That is not the behaviour of an honourable company, to market itself with a dubious 30 day money back guarantee subject to lots of terms and conditions.
This is a hard lesson learnt, not to believe in money back guarantees anymore. I would never purchase from this company again, and would encourage all to think long and hard about it before making a decision, and be prepared to not get back any refunds.

Even though I received no notice prior to re-billing occurring the company reimbursed me fully when I notified them of the fact. In addition the product worked sufficiently for data to be restored.

I downloaded and started using the Unlock My Android App. Halfway through the process it said "to go any further you must pay $39.99 for a Registration Key". Stupid me paid the fee. I never received my Registration Key. I have no reply's to any of my emails. Then I find out it was for a year's subscription. Didn't work because my model wasn't supported. There's a generic program you can run, but I went through 100% and it still failed. Support got back to me quickly though, they wanted to try to troubleshoot it, but I wasn't going to waste anymore of my time so they gave me a refund.
Just make sure to keep track of your order number, as you'll need that if you want to cancel the subscription through their link. Otherwise, you can go to your PayPal and stop the recurring payment there (click your name in the top right, then go to "money, banks, and cards" on the left side menu, scroll down to "automatic payments").

Refund guarantee, lol. IF I wanted to wipe an iPhone to remove the passcode screen lock I can do that without any software. Small print, blah blah, keep offering me bigger discounts to make me go away. I have contacted AMEX which is what I used to pay. They will recover the money. Do not sign up for any of their subscription plans. I bought a monthly plan but when i wanted to cancel the autorenew i won't even get a reply from them anymore.
They already charged me without my permission!

I ordered a product to retrieve some pictures that were permanently deleted by accident. I ordered a 1-month plan. It automatically moved to a monthly/month to month plan. I let them know that there is a very big difference between a 1-month plan and a monthly/month to month plan. Why would I need a monthly subscription to retrieve lost data?!? That is a one time thing. I submitted a refund request for the unauthorized charge and they said that I was beyond the return. They did inform me of some good news... my unauthorized monthly subscription had been cancelled. Thanks! I already knew that, because I cancelled it when I realized that they automatically renewed it a 1-month plan. I'm not sure who decided to list the plans like that, but they failed Marketing 101. The way the plan is listed does not follow market standards and is very confusing. It is listed as a one time purchase.

Despite their wonderful product, the company's customer service was outstanding. I purchased the software for my iPhone 7 that had the Apple logo flashing error that will not turn on. When I contacted the company for additional guidance based on my phone hardware problem, they meticulously responded promptly with step-by-step instructions. The instructions were so clear that even an individual with no prior knowledge would understand. They communicated with me until I resolved the issue which was hardware related, which the software could not fix. However, with all the trouble and time they undertook to solve the problem, they voluntarily refunded 30% of the cost price which I was not honestly entitled to since it was hardware related - broken battery compartment, according to the Apple store that physically replaced the unit.
