I tried to use the software to retrieve my iPhone data to no avail, but it may have been because I inadvertently bricked the phone while trying to update it through Apple. The owners of this software upheld their promise to refund my money if I was not satisfied, so I thanked them for that and appreciate their earnestness as an honorable company.
I Subscribe to what's an app transfer from Android to iPhone 13 pro max which is not working. They are saying compatibility issues. Which does not mention on any where. If something goes wrong there is no way to identify it. It looks like a fraud. Please be aware before you buy this product.
I tried and had to pay for two other iPhone recovery software with no avail (both software claimed there were 1500 or so recoverable photos but needed a license to start the recovery). Following up with support, one brought the excuse that their software was not compatible with IOS 13. 5. 1 (it was tested with up to 13.3) and that they were working on it and the other took 2 days to send me a link for a "how to" video which had nothing to to do with their software. Then came iMyFone D-back, it scanned and then recovered (after paying for a license) all data in just a few minutes. It even recovered streaming photos and sifted through iCloud with ease. Bottom line, IT WORKED wonderfully and without a fuss. I later sent an email thanking them and upgraded my license to the "lifetime" one!
Brought a one month subscription, asked for a refund since they advertise as "30 days money back guarantee". Now they refuse the refund. Looks like they have hidden terms and conditions for a refund which doesn't resonate with what they advertise. Buy AirDroid instead and save your time and hassle.
On top of that they ask for screenshots as proof so you have to work for your own money.

When I first posted about my experience with the iMyFone customer service, I was a bit disappointed with their refund policy. After explaining my situation and product expectations, they understood why their product did not meet my needs. I was issued a full refund, and their development team is now working to incorporate the missing features in future product releases. This is a GOOD company that stands behind their product, I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

IMyFone app didn't locate the firmware for my S6 but after contacting support I received a download link from them within hours - brilliant response.
It took only a short time to download and once I connected my phone to the app my Galaxy was as good as new in literally minutes!
Wonderful experience.
My only reservation is that I also own a Nokia 7.2 Android and this app only seems to work with Samsung devices.

Phone was overloaded, it went haywire. Apple told me I would lose all my data including 5000 pictures (I had no backup). Apple recommended I try a company that quoted me $700-$3,900 US funds ( I live in Canada).
I found iMyPhone in a YouTube search and figured I give it a try. It took some time to navigate through the software since I am not computer savvy. After a while it was fixed. The cost?….$63 dollars. Thanks iMyPhone!
The main thing I like of iMyFone is their pricing and refund system. I am using this application from a long time and suggesting my friends about this as a convenient recovery tool and iPhone manager. I downloaded the software to recover some voice memos that had been accidentally deleted off my phone. I followed the instructions, but sadly, the technology wasn't able to recover anything off of my phone. Upon reaching out to customer support in hopes of a refund, the team was polite and professional when they emailed me back. After a few exchanges explaining what happened, they agreed to refund my purchase price. While I wish the software had worked, I was still pleased with my experience with the company and their customer service.

Their software did not work for me and then I had to practically beg for a refund as at first they were only willing to give me a 50% refund. In the end they gave me a full refund after I was firm with them and literally copied and pasted their own return policy to them. Just please be sure to read their return policy before deciding on the purchase.

Its just telling me to restore to factort settings i tried to cancel the next day but till now i still didn't get the refund and still trying to charge a monthly fee which is i didnt subscribe. After installing the software, connecting my iphone and selecting the option to remove Account ID a pop-up came up that said the option was not supported. The website and video both said it did. I emailed the company and never heard back... surprise, surprise. I would NOT download the software as I think they just steal your identity.

I'm the victim too, purchased the iTransor for WhatsApp (Windows Version) - 1-Month Plan in Nov 2020 for $29.95. IMyFone setup monthly recurring purchases on my Paypal without my consent. Paypal paid them $29.95 from my account the second time last week (Dec 2020), again without my consent.
Soonest I saw the transaction notice, contacted iMyFone for a refund and never received a response from them.
Also, contacted Paypal for help after not hearing from iMyFone for a few days. Paypal said I authorized the recurring payment and declined to further explain or take refund actions.
What a shame! Bunch of crooks!
After using their tools for all my data recovery, I have to applaud them for making everything easy to use. Nothing is overly complicated and the software is easy to understand and use. I cannot say the same for other companies. I would strongly recommend trying out their services you won't be disappointed!
