I tried to use the software to retrieve my iPhone data to no avail, but it may have been because I inadvertently bricked the phone while trying to update it through Apple. The owners of this software upheld their promise to refund my money if I was not satisfied, so I thanked them for that and appreciate their earnestness as an honorable company.
I Subscribe to what's an app transfer from Android to iPhone 13 pro max which is not working. They are saying compatibility issues. Which does not mention on any where. If something goes wrong there is no way to identify it. It looks like a fraud. Please be aware before you buy this product.
This is garbage. Endorsed by Digital River and a product of Digital River. Product did not work and no way of getting money back. I also selected a one-time use and it automatically created a subscription. Took forever to figure out how to cancel the subscription without getting a new bank card. I sent Digital River a message; won't hold my breath.
I purchased their product novi ai and it was my worst decision, this softwere is totally use less and when i ask for refund they are telling me that problem is because of wifi and they refuse to give me my 100% refund, please i am requesting you not to buy anything from these chinese scammers they make use less softwere just to scam peoples and if they did not refund me i am going to file a complaint..

I have subscribed to the Basic Plan annual plan of iMyFone Umate Pro. I wanted to make some of my deleted data unrecoverable with the software, which could be easily done as claimed by iMyFone on its website as well as other advertised articles.
After scanning my iPhone for 1.5 hours, the program started the search for deleted data. However, it was just stuck there and did not progress. I tried for second time and the same thing happened, wasting me time, effort and money!
I have written them a email and they have yet to reply after 6 hours, whereas on their website it is stated customer service is 24/7/365. What a joke!
So regret to have purchase the annual plan. Definitely will request for refund. I have attached the subscription details for reference.

Honestly the software did not work in my situation, but I think it was my ability and phone, not the software. Echo, from tech support tried to help and communicated quickly everytime I sought help. I would try again when I need to backup and restore things.

If you want to try it, use PayPal where you are protected, because they will try not to honour their own refund policy. I tried it and it didn't work for me. So I asked for a full refund, they first didn't respond until I filed a dispute with PayPal. Then they offer me 80% refund, 2 days before the PayPal's deadline. I said that I only will accept full refund. Few hours before the deadline the refunded the money, but only because PayPal will do it as the product "was not as described". I believe this is just a very sophisticated scam

I am using iMyFone now about 5 years.
The software is very straight forward and working brilliantly. I had a issue with my license and contacted the support. I got help in no time and my license was working again. Now I can use the software again to get deleted data back or having a backup of my phone data on my Mac.

I spent £25 on this and it won't exit my phone from recovery mode without any data loss as advertised, rather asking for a factory reset which would erase my data and could be done easily on itunes without this app. And they are being VERY STINGY with refunds! Such a hassle, don't waste your time.

Purchased a product from iMyFone believing it to be of assistance for my android phone stuck in a loop. Unfortunately, my model Samsung phone was not on the drop down menu. "How about we offer a 60% refund to you?" Is what they emailed me when I requested for a refund. My IPhone got stuck in a rebooting loop and the program instructed me to purchase the full license to fix the issue. I purchase the 30$ plan and the problem still persists.
