I tried to use the software to retrieve my iPhone data to no avail, but it may have been because I inadvertently bricked the phone while trying to update it through Apple. The owners of this software upheld their promise to refund my money if I was not satisfied, so I thanked them for that and appreciate their earnestness as an honorable company.
I Subscribe to what's an app transfer from Android to iPhone 13 pro max which is not working. They are saying compatibility issues. Which does not mention on any where. If something goes wrong there is no way to identify it. It looks like a fraud. Please be aware before you buy this product.
It worked 100%. Don't hesitate if it doesn't work at once. Reset and restart, I did it many times and VOILA!

Got this service as I accidentally deleted important files off my computer, and with this service I was able to retrieve it. However, pay close attention to the pricing, it is a subscription based service (not a one-time payment as I thought). Therefore I was charged for 2 month. I was able to contact them and explained the situation, and they offered to partial refund my 2nd charge. Overall, would use their service again if I needed to.

I went to use this product, and after spending the $30 it did not work for my iphone 6s and I still have 0/1 devices fixed. I have sent email after email asking for them to cancel my subscription and give me my refund and have not heard a thing back from them. They say they quickly respond back but its been just about 24 hours and still nothing. I need my phone turned back on to use other programs and this just made my situation 100x worse. Unfortunately for me the app didn't worked to recover some photos from an broken iPhone 8(from device) but i e-mailed iMyFone and they gave me back a half refund(50%). I had experienced a couple of times a certain type of malfunction/error of my IPhone 8. Due to lack of free storage, when a new iOS version is downloading, my phone starts to turn itself on and off with the apple logo showing on the screen.

I purchased 3 I Phone data recovery programs over the past 24 hours trying to recover a text message file from a family member. It was accidentally deleted. Tenorshare Recovery never finished the scan and therefore did not recover the deleted file. IMyPhone finished the initial scan of the phone but failed to find the deleted file.
I sent both Tenorshare & ImyPhone to Pay Pay Resolution for a refund. The 3rd program, Enigma, recovered the deleted text messages from my phone. The were needed for upcoming litigation against doctors in California that nearly killed my son. Serious, serious matter and Enigma came through. Overall, Enigma was the most expensive but worth every penny.

I used iTransor to transfer my Whatsapp data from Android to iPhone.
The app crashes without trace while copying the data.
The support hasn't responded yet to my request for help. No hopes of getting a refund or the data transfer.
Strongly discourage use of this product or any from this company.
Edit: The support did got back to me pretty soon after my review and tried to find a fix to my issue. The issue didn't get resolved, but they were kind enough to give me the refund. So bumping up my rating for them.

My iPhone screen was frozen with the apple in the middle for around 2 days - I been in the apple store and they told me that I have to buy a new iPhone because my guarantee has been expire already.
So I just upload this program ( I have found random in internet actually has a good reviews but you never now) may be free for a different problems but for mine I just paid 21£ with a refund if the program wasn't work.
I have tried multiples times I can said around 10 times and finally work! So my advice is have a look in all videos read the instructions how to do it!

Purchased a refundable option but the software failed and then completely locked me out of my device. Now my device is completely unusable and iMyFone.com won't provide me the full refund even those it was less than a day from purchase. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I had signed up for a subscription but did not realize it and I couldn't find my login information to change my subscription settings.
