Fixppo saved us and may save us again, my daughter's Ipad kept crashing at startup and we almost lost all her work, Itunes wouldn't work, thank you Imyfone!

If I could have put 0 stars I would have. I bought the imyfone lockwiper android 3-5 devices subscription because I had purchased a locked phone and didnt want to factory reset the device since it would Google lock the device. I tried using the lockwiper and it walks me through factory resetting the device which I didnt have to pay $50 to know how to do. So now the device is Google locked. Well the lockwiper comes with 2 modes: remove lock or remove Google lock. So I use the other option thinking it would now remove the Google lock. Long story short that didnt work either. So now I have a Google locked phone. It gets better... I email support to get a refund on the product I bought and get no reply. Now weeks later and no reply. So I emailed them from another email and asked if I purchased their software if I could receive a refund if it doesnt work. They replied immediately and said yes. So I told them great I'd like a refund because I already bought it and it doesnt work. Now no reply. This company is a con. I would never in a million years recommend this company or anything they sell

After finding that I had purchased one of their products that was not able solve the problem I was having, the customer service team was prompt in helping me. Even though I had made the mistake and used the activation code they were generous and able to still provide a partial refund, allowing me to keep use of the software.

I just purcharsed a new iPhone and I want to transfer my WhatsApp Data from my old SE to 11Pro Max, so I downloaded iTransor for WhatsApp and it maks everything so easy! Now I have all I want chat history in my new iPhone and I can backup my chat permantly on my laptop. So after using for a few weeks this does NOT work as promised. Several co workers/friends have all had the same issue I am about to describe so this is not "glitch/user error/or iphone issue. THIS IS A SOFTWARE ISSUE. PERIOD
IF and only IF you have the "target" phone and can connect to you computer, you may be able to get a few text messages, photos or phone numbers. Thats IT. Deleted TEXT messages you may read the number but no message... soooo what is the point.? If you try via Itunes or icloud, same thing. Contacted customer support and they tell you the same thing over and over. I think they do this so you go over your 30 days but even if you don't, you wont get your money back. So if you feel like taking up the challenge and like to troubleshoot and try to solve problems and dont mind spending the $$, then this is for you! 3rd software i have tried to recover deleted text messages and all 3 have the same issue. This software is alittle better than TEENSAFE and Egnima, but not by much. With teensafe you have to keep changing your icloud password everyday so that was frustrating as heck!.
Would NOT recommend, not worth the frustration, time or $$
