I tried to use the software to retrieve my iPhone data to no avail, but it may have been because I inadvertently bricked the phone while trying to update it through Apple. I Subscribe to what's an app transfer from Android to iPhone 13 pro max which is not working. They are saying compatibility issues. Which does not mention on any where. If something goes wrong there is no way to identify it. It looks like a fraud. Please be aware before you buy this product.

I purchased a thirty-day subscription to iMyFone Wipelocker on 10/19 through PayPal. The software did not fix my phone but I guess I'm out $30. I immediately canceled future automatic payments in PayPal that day.
The subscription email said it would renew on 11/19/2020. However, on 11/9/2020 I received an email stating my subscription had been renewed for another month. Less than thirty days from the purchase. The email contains a link to cancel your subscription. But of course that link does not work. I takes you to a page showing your subscription and when you click cancel it just says "error." Total scam.
I've placed a customer service request to cancel this subscription. I won't hold my breath for a response.
I use imyfone filme to edit videos for my youtube channel. I've been using the software for a year now and I've never had to complain. The software provides everything that you could expect from professional video editing software.

UPDATE: After posting this review and screenshots of the customer service I received, the site customer service team responded back to my reply email/this review. They have offered a full refund. I am only increasing my stars to 3, because of the follow up customer service. App is fine to use for creating content, but the initial customer services could use a little work.
I attempted to cancel my subscription for next year's service (I am not using the software). I have had an account with them for the past few years with little to no use. This past year I have not used it all.
The customer service said I missed my window to close it and refused to refund me for next year's subscription service. They give you a 10 day window before renewal date to cancel according to their customers service. Their defense was they sent an email. Well the email went to my spam.
Their customer service said they would still allow access to the site and 30% refund. I go in the site to log in make sure it cancelled for any future charges, and the site shows me "the account does not exist". So they cancelled my account and still charged me for service. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Shady way to do business with customers.

I was able to purchase a 1 month subscription and apply the license to the app I downloaded on my Mac. Unfortunately, the app wasn't able to solve my problem as my iPad was already bricked due to a hardware issue. My main issue was trying to cancel the recurring subscription because I was being prompted for my credentials and getting a bad response when I clicked on retrieve username/password. I had to call customer service to cancel the service.

Purchased the service to remove MDM from my iPhone. It never worked. I opened two tickets and never heard from them. When I asked for a refund, they offered to refund 1/2. I told them this wasn't acceptable and that I wouldn't go away. They finally agreed to refund me but two weeks later I am still waiting for the credit card credit and they are not responding to my emails. This is a scam! The customer service is awful. Once you give them your credit card, that is it.

I purchased a product from iMyphone that was supposed to resolve an issue with my ITunes backup. All it did was go out and reinstall my iTunes, which I already had done. I requested a refund for what amounted to scam software. This is their response when I requested a refund.

We purchased the LockWiper app from iMyFone.com. We had problems installing the file: it looked like it was installing, but then the app never appeared. We tried it many times and on two different Macs. We were worried it was a scam. But we filled out their online customer service form and they replied same day with a couple of suggestions. One suggestion was access to an older way to install the file - and that worked.
We ran the application to "wipe the lock" on an older iPhone and it worked as described. This saved us a few hundred dollars. We were so relieved it was not a scam and we got it all finished same day. Thank you to Alice in tech support.

I asked around my local retailers and phone providers and as soon as anyone hears iOS to Android they immediately said: no way, can't transfer the history. They use a different operating system.(iphone to samsung)
Luckily I found this software! It worked like a charm!
It's backup feature(free of charge) is pretty good that we can look all the images and videos that we have on the device in line, was pretty bumpy for a few days that it didn't restore at first((Restore function isn't free) but the technician Tony helped figure out which file caused the issue and once the extra step was done all my files from the time I backed up before was restored(within 4 work days)! Definitely worth the 1 month membership :D definitely Recommend!
By the way, when you buy a 1 month plan you may be subscribed for continuous charges, just make sure you cancel your subscription before the times up and there won't be any unnecessary charges(seems like a recurring topic when I was reading reviews myself.)
