I tried to use the software to retrieve my iPhone data to no avail, but it may have been because I inadvertently bricked the phone while trying to update it through Apple. The owners of this software upheld their promise to refund my money if I was not satisfied, so I thanked them for that and appreciate their earnestness as an honorable company.
I Subscribe to what's an app transfer from Android to iPhone 13 pro max which is not working. They are saying compatibility issues. Which does not mention on any where. If something goes wrong there is no way to identify it. It looks like a fraud. Please be aware before you buy this product.

Came across this app after encountering an issue with my iphone being stuck in bootloop. As the fixppo site mentions the exact same issue, i had some hope that it might work. I contacted the chat and enquired more. They gave feedback that it might work. I went ahead to purchase the app. After trying over 30times and contacting tech support, no resolution could be done.
After sharing my above review, team has sent alot of spam to insist on review. I have lowered my review as they were way too pushy.

The website misrepresents the product. They Lockwiper erases the entire phone... States that is just removes the passcode. You don't know until they already charge you and won't give you a refund when you call out their misrepresentation...

Bought my phone secondhand and tried to bypass the apple id. Didnt work and reset the phone without deleting apple id. They offered to jailbreak the phone which would make the phone unable to make calls. I would have to install linux on my windows and go through an entire process i did not sign up for. Said because i refused their solution i was not entitled to their moneyback guarantee. Absolute scam. Do not buy. Thank goodness i paid through PayPal hopefully they are able to protect me. They are misleading and dishonest.

This has been my second time using iMyFone Fixppo,
The experience with the user interface has been very good, it is very easy to use, and the way it displays the problems solving options is very clear.
The first time I used it, I used it to solve a stuck in recovery mode that my device was going through. The program helped me to solve the problem, with the steps of resetting the system and reinstalling it without losing data. Everything took time less than an hour.
The second time it was stuck on the apple logo. I could not solve it apparently due to major problems, but the customer service helped me to complete the process effectively and positively.
I definitely recommend this app to fix very common problems for iPhone users.

I purchased the monthly version of the app, on the promise to transfer WhatsApp contact to another phone, but that didn't work. On the free version got the message, "Purchase the product to complete the action", we I paid for it, says "Currently the iTransfer don't support this actions". They trick you saying that you need to pay to complete the action, and we you do, they says that it not supported. Now the company won't give my money back. Very disappointed to see how the fake propagada the company does.
Customer Service is excellent. S/He uses two separate days to support my backup and restore because of my own phone's problems.

We are sorry to tell you that the data cannot be recovered directely from a disabled device. Cause your iPhone can't trust the computer where you install the program, so the program has no access to the data on your iPhone. So hope you could understand.
Our program can recover data from a disbled device on condition that there is backup.

The information on the website on what imyfone d-back can do is misleading. In addition, when that does not work they want you to purchase another program that they claim will unlock your phone. From the company when I requested a refund: offered only 30% refund and supposedly cancelled my automatic yearly subscription. They admitted that they could NOT recover data directly from a disabled iphone.

They took my money, after explain the there program did not erase anything that the iphone would do itself. By simply just going SETTINGS -> GENERAL -> ERASE ALL CONTENT AND SETTINGS. (which i already before buy your product.). They kept insisting me to take pictures of the problem. And then give me more runaround. I transferred my Whatsapp messages from a Samsung S20 (Android version 10) to an iPhone 11 Pro (iOS 13. 5. 1). This is the only program that I've found that can accomplish this (much easier to find options for iOS to Android). Transferring was a straight-forward process as the app walked me through each step, with photos where helpful.
The only reasons I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 are because 1) after it transferred the data to my iPhone, I had to click through the setup process on my iPhone as if it were a new phone, and 2) they didn't prepare me that this would happen. I thought everything had been erased. But after typing in my iCloud password and confirming my Wallet cards, it brought me back to my home screen with no loss of data and my Whatsapp messages in place. Overall, this was worth the purchase.
EDIT: I'm actually giving it 5 stars. It did something no other program that I know of can do, and it walked me through the process, making it all as simple as possible. They deserve 5 stars.
EDIT #2: A few hours after the above review, I realized that some of my applications required that I re-login, as if the cache had been deleted by the Whatsapp restore. It was not a big issue as no data was deleted, but again I was not warned of it beforehand, so it came as a slightly bitter surprise -- back to 4 stars. Still very much worth using.

After use D-Back to recover my portable HDD, lucky can get back most files and data,
But there is some problem and cannot use some files, ie... MP3, MP4, RMVB... etc
Final they inform me "The possible cause is that the data is lost, damaged, or stored discontinuously."
And cannot help to recover the file again.
And they have offer me to refund 50% of purchase products to me and I agreed finally.
