I tried to use the software to retrieve my iPhone data to no avail, but it may have been because I inadvertently bricked the phone while trying to update it through Apple. The owners of this software upheld their promise to refund my money if I was not satisfied, so I thanked them for that and appreciate their earnestness as an honorable company.
I Subscribe to what's an app transfer from Android to iPhone 13 pro max which is not working. They are saying compatibility issues. Which does not mention on any where. If something goes wrong there is no way to identify it. It looks like a fraud. Please be aware before you buy this product.

Reverse their subscription immediately and immediately dispute their charges, Your product won't work, They won't get back to you and when they do it will be through paypal. Take your money and run. BTW Paypal WILL refund you if you dispute it and they will REFUND YOU IN FULL do not take the percentage refund this company will offer you.
MDM unblocked didn't work, at least for me anyway. My 1 month license was billed as a recurring monthly bill. Not cool guys, not cool. I'll change my review if you either 1 provide the working service, 2 change the wording so that people understand they are buying a subscription, 3 Apologise for trying to make me into a stooge and refund me.

I wanted to give them a chance and I wanted my phone to be fixed, but I was very disappointed. Of course, I purchased unhesitatingly because I saw that there was a 30 day money back guarantee. Boy was I wrong. Their program couldn't fix my phone, and the only option left was to do advanced mode (basically a factory reset) and I would lose all of my data (I do NOT want to lose all my precious memories and pictures). So, I asked for a refund since my phone was not fixed even though the trial version said it could fix my phone. But they are giving me a hard time. We're about 10 emails deep and still have not come to an accord. I give one star because I have a conscience and they actually replied to my email and they had a bit compassion to offer me a 50% refund and then an 80% refund. What I want however is a full 100% refund because my phone was NOT fixed. If I wanted to do a factory reset, I could just do that using iTunes without this software. I am still communicating with their customer service and am hoping they will give me my money back. It's ridiculous how they are giving me a such hard time when I'm already so bummed and sad about my broken phone and not having access to my precious pictures.
The team are quite friendly and the software is user friendly as well. Their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend the software to everyone.

I have been using this program for years and it has been wonderful. If I had to use iTunes without iMyFone TunesMate I think I would change to a different phone. I had one issue recently with the program which was not the programs fault. I contacted customer service and they (Sarka) had it fixed right away. Best customer service ever. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this program and their customer service.

Bought the d-back software and was sadly disappointed that the software would not correct the issue on my iPhone 6s. I only took a chance on this software because of the 30 day money back guarantee. I contacted the company within a day of purchasing the one month membership. Imyfone support kept asking for more and more information and tried everything to not give me a refund. I accepted the loss and continued with my life. However, a month later they charged me again. I have contacted their support for a second time and they are refusing to refund the money. I forwarded the original emails to show that I tried to get a refund for the initial purchase and did not want another month. They offered me 50% of my money back for the auto renew. I checked their website and it states they will give you a full refund for auto renewal issues and they are refusing to honor it. This company is a scam and will refuse to refund your money. I will let my credit card company handle it since imyfone will not correct their mistake.

I was having some issues with my iPhone XS on reboot loop, I had downloaded a different software that I purchased and this failed I then came across this software which again failed when trying to do my repair. I emailed them after 2days of trying to solve my issue. They came back to me and tried to give me steps to solve my issue. These steps I had already tried as I checked YouTube videos, the internet followed Apple website as well as speaking to my network provider. I provided proof that the software failed by emailing a screenshot and they also asked for attached files which also showed that it had shown an error message. As I could no longer use the software due to many attempts and failing I requested for a refund. They offered 50% but due to the fact I no longer have the phone to do the required steps they asked for they provided me with a full refund. The customer service was excellent and I got quick responses to my emails. Thank you to the service team in helping me and providing myself with great service and a full refund.

All claims on this site and company are all FALSE. ALL LIES. Customer support is supposed to be availible 24/7/365 - contacted them on Saturday and it is now Monday and still no response. All I wanted was to unlock my phone because I had forgotten the passcode to get in since I normally use fingerprint but needed the passcode after restarting my phone. I wanted to unlock my phone without erasing everything on it. Their program LockWiper guarentees this but in reality it is even more worthless than garbage. It was basically to factory reset your phone.
They claimed 30-day money back guarantee - that's all lies too. Contacted their customer support about refund and subscription cancellation and still haven't heard anything back from them.
As for the monthly subscription I never wanted to sign up for it but I am stuck with it now after purchasing their 1-month plan. On their website they claimed that you can "cancel at your convenience" yet every time I go to cancel I get an error message. Doesn't say what kind of error, just "error." Tried several times throughout the day and the following day and still the same error message. They want to keep you stuck in this loop of recurring monthly payment. Don't be fooled by these people. Do yourself a HUGE favor and stay far, far away from this website and company. They are big time SCAMMERS.
