I was having a lot of issues with Indeed originally, I couldn't get them to respond after taking down a very critical hiring ad we had up. It seems like an algorithm just flagged our account and took it down. But after talking with the Indeed support team on here, they got my ads back up (just in time) and even gave me a free sponsor on our most important one. Thank you Indeed support team, I really appreciate you taking the time to work with me - I knew when humans looked at it, they would know we were legit. Thank you again everyone at Indeed Support!
Ive been trying to post a add to hire employees but Indeeds awful trust and safety team continue to refuse me and pause account even adding three forms of utility bills etc...just awful. AND there is NO customer service or accountability or followup or supervisors to speak with They have lost my confidence and business and I will never promote them. I prefer a lesser competitor as opposed to indeed. Worst experience I have ever had online

Je suis une petite entreprise qui a un besoin urgent de recruter du personnels. Après avoir reçu plusieurs CV que je n'ai pas eu le temps de contacter les candidats. En moins de 48 heures après non affichage, Indeed m'a bloqué sans explication claires et précises. Je n'ai donc plus accès au CV que j'ai reçu ni a le droit d'en afficher. Leur lien fourni pour demander de renverser la décision ne fonctionne pas, aucun téléphone pour communiquer, j'ai envoyé un message expliquant la situation par courriel, pas de retour de réponse. Cela est très frustrant!

Indeed plaatst ongevraagd je bedrijfsprofiel op hun website. De aanvragen die je binnen krijgt zijn ook totaal niet relevant aan onze diensten en om te kunnen reageren op klantenaanvragen, moeten we mogelijk betalen / een account aanmaken.
Dit zorgt voor frustratie bij onze klanten waardoor Indeed onze bedrijfsreputatie schaadt.
Na meerdere pogingen te hebben gedaan met de vraag om het profiel van ons te verwijderen, is het nog steeds niet gebeurd.
