I was having a lot of issues with Indeed originally, I couldn't get them to respond after taking down a very critical hiring ad we had up. It seems like an algorithm just flagged our account and took it down. But after talking with the Indeed support team on here, they got my ads back up (just in time) and even gave me a free sponsor on our most important one. Thank you Indeed support team, I really appreciate you taking the time to work with me - I knew when humans looked at it, they would know we were legit. Thank you again everyone at Indeed Support!
Ive been trying to post a add to hire employees but Indeeds awful trust and safety team continue to refuse me and pause account even adding three forms of utility bills etc...just awful. AND there is NO customer service or accountability or followup or supervisors to speak with They have lost my confidence and business and I will never promote them. I prefer a lesser competitor as opposed to indeed. Worst experience I have ever had online
We are a small Business owner operator and trying to hires couple of people for my Kitchen staff.
Somehow indeed decided to suspend our account without any further explanation! This is completely unfair.
As a small business owner, especially in this pandemic we are struggling to hire people indeed decided to disable my account without any explanation.
While I was able to use indeed it was great. I was able to fully staff our small business. I would have given 5 stars if they hadn't disabled my account after I tried to add additional job openings, for reasons that were never really explained. I even tried to dispute it using our rental agreement with our office space. They responded, declining the dispute. I have our business license and would have submitted that as well but then I got an email stating that my account was "unsuitable" for indeed.

Bate and Switch with the $50 credit. They say you get $50 credit and if you don't start using it before the 30 days they start billing your credit card. In the billing history it shows 0, but your credit card will still be billed. Also, you get many applicants that have nothing to do with what you ask for.
I feel like we have payed for little or no service. Very few applicants were sent to us for review and the ones that were sent were not even relevant to work in our industry.
Please read and review the ad for work requirements, and resumes for work relevance and provide a good match.

STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. My account was disabled because it supposedly violated a posting guideline however the posting was not even finalized, it was still a draft. Also the email included no feedback whatsoever. I did not see anything inappropriate on the posting. IF there was, please advise so I can fix it. Don't just delete my account with no feedback... I am a new customer that is trying to spend money on your site.

We had indeed Profile account for posting jobs, we paid to use the premium features, suddenly they have deactivated the account with no prior notice or mentioning the reasons of the deactivation.
We have tried reaching them in many ways, but they have never responded nor refunded the amount we paid for.
It's so unprofessional from a very well-known company to deal with their customers in such away. There was not any kind of professional curtsy to even give us the reasons for the deactivation, keeping in mind that we followed their terms and conditions.
If such a big brand name (Indeed) deals with their customers in this way, then how as a customer we should feel.

I have received over 80 resumes. All but 7 have been rejected because the person applying for the job did not have any mortgage loan origination experience. I have waded through these resumes and have only talked with 7 people.

After being both a paid and free customer for many years im still disapointed and frustrated with their 'Customer Service' the PPC business model does not work for us as a business, where as free posting always has. We have had posting revoked previously and tried to force into pay per click. We managed to get our posting back at some complaining and rightly so as we had had no warning or advice on posting. But yet again this has happened without warning and now sales are telling us 'Free postings been revoked forever', yet your quite happy to take our money and set up pay per click. Customer service isnt customer service, its a sales team that want to sell you something whether or not its suitable for your business and have no interest in the customers thoughts or feelings on the matter. Disapointed yet again Indeed.
Resolution to Review: After looking into this advertiser's account, we were able to provide more information as to why the account was no longer able to use our free posting option. The client was able to make the necessary changes to have this feature re-enabled on the account, and is now able to post for free moving forward.
They aren't even worthy of it. Applied for really a half $#*! job cleaning. Then went to these questions like was applying for a CIA job. Stopped right there didn't know I was applying for such an important job concerning National Security. Indeed can shove it.

Indeed suspended my account while I was interviewing candidates. I tried many times to get it back, I sent them all the needed documents but did not solve the problem... I do not recommend it to anyone.

I just received a text that my account has been deleted and I can appeal the decision! I have no idea why? And why it is requesting for my picture and drivers license... completely confused and upset!

We tried the site first without sponsoring but after a few weeks we decided to sponsor. For the level of sponsorship we chose, we are getting maybe twice as many applicants as before. Only some of the applicants show as a Match on Indeed -- the matching does seem pretty good. However, many of the applicants have not read the job posting carefully and we can't even consider them. This is not the fault of the website, but it has reduced the effectiveness of the job posting.

Hitting my 9th year with HRG this coming month. I always loved Dunkin and looked for a company that was growing and there really was growth opportunities. It is early mornings but we close at 8pm and you have every night to be home with your family. Company continues to recognize there people and allow you to make decisions and make suggestions on anything that can improve the workplace. Best company I have ever worked at.

Try looking for jobs in your city, indeed will right off the bat show postings for jobs everywhere BUT your city. Why bother even typing in jobs in (insert city here)? What a joke. I have over a decade of experience in my fields and I have NEVER received ANY interviews/job offers from indeed. Every site.
I took their offer to try a 'sponsored' advert weeks ago and verified at the time that I would not be charged. They stated categorically that I wouldn't unless the ad was sponsored after the trial date. I actually took the advert down to be on the safe side and now I see they tried to take $125 from my credit card. These guys will try anything to squeeze money out of you so be careful when populating with credit card details.

Most of their job postings are weeks, even months old, culled from other websites around the 'net. Also, they allow anyone to upload job postings, including phishing scammers, and there is no way to contact them in a reasonable manner in order to alert them to these scammers. They're basically enabling fraud.
They advertise indeed is free. But they disable my account without any kind of explanation. I feel they did because I have not sponsor my job post. They have to understand this in India fewer people have credit card. Most of businessman have debit card. They misleading people.

My first posting flagged my account for reasons I cannot be notified of. I have already disputed the flagging/ suspending of my account but I only get the same auto-generated reply every time (but from different "representative").
I was interested in upgraded to a paid account, but with the customer service/ support I have received I have no faith in this company.
Indeed, I would love to give you a guys an honest chance. I can provide all verification info and my company info, but you have had no interest in serving me. I have read your rules & conditions, I am not in violation of any of them...

I have an active job posting on Indeed, proceed to create another job posting, and Indeed disabled my account! We are a small business trying to expand our team and we use Indeeds premium services (we paid for this). Now we can't contact candidates because the service that we paid for has been disabled with no explanation. This is a horrible service!

Total nightmare to deal with. Indeed kept charging fraudulent charges to my corporate credit even after I was told my three different Indeed employees that my account was no longer active.
I had to cancel my credit card to make the charges stop and let the credit card company go after them.
I don't feel that indeed truly connects employers and employees. I don't know how anyone uses this website with success. The tests are ridiculous. The employers are charged an insane amount of money. The whole thing is ridiculous. And now it seems to be monopolizing the job-seeking market.
