I can see the majority of customers had horrible experiences with this site, but that's not what happened with my order at all. I placed my order, and shortly thereafter received my (2) items. They accepted my coupon, and I was able to get free shipping. I was very pleased with them. Actually considering buying from them again.

Everyone is completely right, absolute $#*! company, selling items they don't have in stock, take your money, horrible customer service. Spend your money else where these people are shady and not to be trusted
Their size measurements don't match the product. Large is about an Australian 8. I measured up for leggings to make sure I got the right size but it was not even close. They refuse to refund, won't answer emails, guys just DONT buy from them
This website is the worst, along with their customer service. Last year (Christmas time) I ordered a magazine subscription from them with a free t-shirt. Subscription was 5 months late and almost one year later, no t-shirt. I have e-mailed them, left numerous voice mails. And this is not the only instance - I have ordered clothing for myself, paid and it gets taken out immediately), one month later still no clothing and then when I send an e-mail they re-send the clothing and charge me AGAIN! Never received it the first time around. Better off trying to find their stuff on eBay or Posh Mark. I have.

Ordered two things back in the middle of November only received one, ordered another two things a couple weeks later got both, but one of the items were completely wrong, i've called about 10 times no one answers, emailed seven or eight times no response. And I'm assuming they want me to pay shipping to send this item back when it was wrong in the first place. Why should I have to pay more money to get the correct item? Customer service is actually bull$#*!
January 25,2021 I placed an order with this company. I still today have not received any product. I have tried to email customer service about this multiple times but continue to receive an auto reply with "returns" information. I contacted the shipping company as well who told me they have a shipping label generated but never received the products. How about this company give me my money back? They are crooks!

Do not order anything from this company. The clothes looks like something from the dollar store or Wish. It's cheap and looks like it's made for a toddler to wear. My order came in 2 separate deliveries which arrived over a week apart. When the first package came and I saw the quality, I knew I was going to return it so I waited until the second item arrived. Who wants to pay twice for shipping it back? I requested both by email and over the phone to please return my funds to my account. No one replied. I have heard nothing and had to call 4 or 5 times. It was confirmed that my return arrived and finally I spoke with someone. They told me it has to be returned within a week. How is that possible when my order came in 2 separate packages a week apart? They refuse to reimburse me and since the items were returned to them with tags and original packaging they pretty much just stole my money. Horrible company!

The other day I ordered a shirt from the Inked shop (website) and everything went smooth. I was so excited because I had been searching everywhere for this shirt and I finally found it! My order was confirmed on aug 11 2018 at 6:53 pm and today at 10:15 am I got the notification that my shipment was on its way with a tracking number included. Then at 1:36 pm I received a email about a refund and probably some automated response that didn't make sense but said it the shirt was out of stock. I now feel like my credit card information could possibly be at risk because I've never had any company just refund my purchase after I've received my tracking number. I don't trust it, and I would be careful if you order from here! And good luck on getting what you purchase.
This business is not to be trusted. We ordered a shirt that didn't fit right, so we contacted them about doing an exchange.
We received a generated email explaining return/exchange policy. We emailed them again, and finally got a real person to speak with us, who said there wouldn't be a problem.
Weeks after sending our return, we got our same package back that had a note saying it was refused.
We emailed AGAIN asking why they sent the package back when they said they'd take it, and they had no explanation for this. They literally said "Weird, we don't know who would do this. Sorry about that."
No further help was offered to us! Don't buy from them.
"Inked Shop only cares about sales and not customer service, all of the other merchants that I used to purchase Christmas gifts are accepting returns from purchases done between Nov 1 and Christmas and these items can be returned through Jan 31... but NOT Inked. They have a 30 day return policy and it does not matter if they were Christmas gifts or not. Very poor quality of customer service" Because of this review, I was contacted by email and phone by the Store Manager who apologized and promised he would take care of my refund. I am impressed. I am sure glad there is social media and managers who actually care.

If I had not had such a difficult time with returns on Christmas gifts beyond their 30 day return policy, I would have given them 4 stars on everything... they are not the best but not the worst on all of these ratings...but the manage did redeem the customer service problem.
This was shocking service. I never received my item despite waiting 3 months and counting; customer service was lacklustre, took several emails to get a response, which was standard copy/paste & I kept getting handed to different people throughout the correspondence. My tracking number stalled a day into transit and had then been reported as untraceable both by USPS and Australia Post.
Shipping insurance was a joke and I had to fight for my refund voa PayPal dispute and explaining the situation to customer support for a third time.
I will never buy from them again; I wish I had found these reviews first.
I placed an order this shirt that displayed a V-neck on the site. But when I got the shirt it wasn't even close to what was pictured. I've emailed and called and still no reply backs. I refuse to pay for return shipping if it's their fault for false advertisment. Horrible customer service and false advertisement! Never buying from them again! Oh, and they took forever to ship it out to me and I live in California. (pictures the shirt I ordered was the woman v-neck tee and I just realized they sent me the man tee)

I placed my order on 4/12/15 and still no merchandise. I emailed them a week after I placed my order to find out why I havent recieved a confirmation that it had been shipped. They replied that I have to wait no more than 3 weeks due to a misprint error. Now it's been a month and no one will respond to the numerous emails or phone calls I have made. From the reviews I've read all over the Internet, apparently I'm not the only dissatisfied customer. Worst experience I've had with a company. I Don't know if this company is a scam or what but don't waste your time & money because all you'll be doing is trying to track down your order while no one responds back. I really don't know how they're in business.
Ordered 3 items on December 11th. Received 2 of those items 2 weeks ago. The other still hasn't left the facility. Contact customer service via email. They apologize and say they're going to the warehouse to get it shipped out. That was a week ago. Call yesterday and speak to a gentleman telling him what's going on. He apologizes and said he is going to the warehouse right now to make sure it ships and since I have 2 day shipping, my wife will still receive it by Christmas. Check the tracking all day... still hasn't moved. I have now sent 3 emails and called at least 15 times and nobody will respond or answer the phone. Called 3 times this afternoon in hopes of reaching somebody... the phone system seems to now be down. This is the last time I will be making a purchase from this good for nothing, incompetent company. Sure... take my $70 on December 11th but I can't even get you to ship the $#*!ing package. Crock of $#*!!
I refuse to buy from this two bit website ever again. I ordered 8 pairs of underwear in a size medium. They sent 7 mediums & one small. They would not exchange it because of the no intimates return policy. WTF do I do with a a smaller size that I didn't order. Sham company.
I bought a tang top from them over a month ago. I've never received it. I tried to contact the carrier. After a hour of being on hold I was disconnected. I contacted the company twice about either shipping the item or refunding me for the item and have not received a response. I would never order from here again.

I purchased a shirt back in the beginning of april. I always love what i see from these people but i guess thats the TRAP. I contacted and got a reply quickly but never a tracking number. The reply says the processed and packaged (and charged me) but it wasnt shipped. This place could make decent money if they had their sh!# together!
I spent over $100 on this website only to be very disappointed. I placed an order with them and waited weeks for my order. When trying to get in touch with customer service, the phone number was either out of order, or the mailbox was full. No one would return my messages or emails. Going on over a month of no response and still no clothes, I finally reported them to the BBB. I guess that did the trick because I finally received my package, weeks later.
They don't ship in 1-3 business days like the website says. When you reach out to customer service, no one answers. If you reach out to their social media pages, no one answers. When I finally got my item, I noticed that the hoodie is Gildan which are $12 at any given store. I spent $50 on the hoodie I bought when I could have made it myself for $20 or less. Complete rip off and won't be ordering anything ever again.
I bought my pair of emily 315s from here. I was expecting to either not get my order at all or get a bad bootleg in replacement due to the reviews. But I was wrong! I got authentic shoes that came in the demonia packaging. If i wouldn't had immediate ripped it open i would've showed how nice the packaging looked. It also arrived in like 2 days, which is crazy to me! Anyways I will definitely be buying from here again, and hopefully my experience is the same :)

I order some baby products (two onesies). I got one in the mail. I was confused and thought they forgot the other one. So I sent them a message. They replied a few hours later and told me the other package should be in. I was put off because I assumed they'd mail both at the same time. They were the same thing. That was my only concern. But I am pleased with everything else! It was exactly as pictured.
I got two pairs of sweat pants with the matching hoodies recently. A shipping label was created the day after I ordered but it says like that for 2 weeks. I contacted customer support via email and they got the items shipped out. They said 2 it's were on back order and would be shipped later. I got 3 out of the 4 items days later. I contacted customer support about the 4 the item and they said it was on back order. It showed up 2 days later. The items seemed in decent quality but one the first day of wearing the sweatpants they started coming apart at the seam. Nothing I couldn't fix with a little hand stitching though! Over all the quality isn't super bad, just not the best. Shipping was really slow but customer service did their job and got my items to me.
Fast delivery, love my new coffee cup(it's just for decoration) but the crescent moon is put on backwards. Other than that, very happy with the company!
