I can see the majority of customers had horrible experiences with this site, but that's not what happened with my order at all. I placed my order, and shortly thereafter received my (2) items. They accepted my coupon, and I was able to get free shipping. I was very pleased with them. Actually considering buying from them again.
Is this even a real company? Placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Shipping label created said ships in 2-3 business days. Two weeks later still hasn't shipped. I've sent 3 emails to what appears to be a non existing customer service dept. No reply, no further contact with me.
I placed and received my order just fine, unfortunately I needed the next size up. So I emailed the Customer Service email, and got a reply that I had to pay for my own return but that if I put my order number and what I needed to be done, they would take care of it. So ok, not horrible, I can print up my own label. I shipped the return/exchange and it arrived to their Returns Center on 2/13/17. I waited until 2/20/17 to make contact because I had not received a new tracking number or even confirmation that the product had shipped out, I left 3 voice messages, once on the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd and I had sent 2 emails out on the 20th and the 21st. Not a single response. Finally, I reached out to their facebook page, seeing it said they 'typically reply instantly' I thought 'awesome, we can get this taken care of'. I did get in contact with someone through facebook who issued me a refund of my first order in the form of a gift card so I could replace my order, however, going to the next size up, the price went up, and would leave me paying for shipping, yet again. So I explained the situation to them, and kindly asked if I could get shipping reimbursed as well for this second transaction, from then on, they had read the messages, but not responded to anything. As sad as it makes me to say this, I most likely will never order from them again.
Bought a full tea set with witches brew written on the pieces Etc. and that was three months ago many emails sent with NO REPLY I would say this site is a complete scam DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I was worried after I ordered I looked them up and only seen bad reviews. I got my order fast. And love my hoodie. I just ordered another one!

I ordered a hoodie a while ago and sent an email out because it was too tight on me so I could recieve a size larger. Never got email back.
I have ordered from Inkedshop plenty of times, I was satisfied with the quality and the shipping INSPITE of the price of the merchandise. HOWEVER, this last order has been nothing short of a nightmare! I ordered a womens dragon T-shirt that IS/WAS in stock. The shipment was later than usual most likely due to covid reasons ( eye roll) and when it finally arrived it wasn`t even close to what I had ordered. They decided to send me a hoodie instead of the shirt I had ordered. I thought maybe just a mix up, no problem I will e-mail and they can sort it out for me. 3 e-mails later... they're response Oh sorry we will get the shirt sent out to you... Asked what I should do with the hooide they had sent me... 2 emails and days later... they're response... Just hold on to it for now they were working on correcting the issue by sending the T-shirt I had ordered... 1Month and 3days later! Still no response and I have also E-mailed them twice more... What more can a person do? I could call. But I am in Canada and the cost of trying to call them and be given the run around would be more than this stupid hoodie is worth! I am certainly NOT upset at the fact that a mistake was made... What really gets me is the fact thtat they flat out ignore me and dont even make an effort to correct their fk up! It's not like this hoodie was cheap either With shipping and everything else it was almost 80$ dollars Canadian :( VERY VERY DISAPOINTED and NEVER shoping with this company again! And I certainly hope that there aren't too many other out there that have been taken by this company :(
