I can see the majority of customers had horrible experiences with this site, but that's not what happened with my order at all. I placed my order, and shortly thereafter received my (2) items. They accepted my coupon, and I was able to get free shipping. I was very pleased with them. Actually considering buying from them again.

Is this even a real company? Placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Shipping label created said ships in 2-3 business days. Two weeks later still hasn't shipped. I've sent 3 emails to what appears to be a non existing customer service dept. No reply, no further contact with me.

Scott from customer service was right on the emails! Received my merchandise pretty promptly. Will definitely order from Inc. shop again!

They don't ship in 1-3 business days like the website says. When you reach out to customer service, no one answers. If you reach out to their social media pages, no one answers. When I finally got my item, I noticed that the hoodie is Gildan which are $12 at any given store. I spent $50 on the hoodie I bought when I could have made it myself for $20 or less. Complete rip off and won't be ordering anything ever again.

Bought a jumper but:
1. It took a long time to arrive (Semi-forgivable as it was being shipped to Australia)
2. The fabric was so thin that it was actually a long sleeve shirt, not a jumper. My partner actually burst out laughing when I opened it and held up my 'new jumper'.
3. The item did not have hems, it was just rough cut - this was unable to be seen in the photo due to the way the model posed and the fact it was black.
4. It ended up costing me a grand total of $70AU (for a scrappy long sleeve shirt!) after currency exchange and shipping, even though the item itself was on sale.

The buying process was easy and the item did actually arrive, but I was disappointed with the quality and sly marketing of the product. I suspect it was made in China or somewhere similar.

I won't be shopping there again.

Ordered 4 items, received 2 cheapest items. Sent 2 seperate tracking numbers. Other 2 items over 100 dollars and tracking info says awaiting item from merchant. Hasn't updated. Called them lady said she would get back to me after research. No contact back, called 2 times since and emailed asking for refund. No contact back after leaving several voicemails saying I wanted a refund and that I was going to dispute with my bank. They do not answer the phone. I have since disputed with my bank and will tell everyone I know not to order from them. Not a reputable company probably run out of someones house.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I purchased 2 tops from the InkedShop website on 3 September. With shipping the cost was $66.84.
The one top was last tracked in Chicago on 18 September and the other in Miami on 13 September. It is now 5 October and still no sign of the tops. The first time I contacted the InkedShop customer services querying the order they told me to go directly to USPS but I only got automated answering services which told me that my tracking number didn't exist. I have since contacted Scott at InkedShop Customer services 3 more times asking for assistance but he has not bothered to so much as respond. I live in South Africa so it's difficult for me to make many phonecalls chasing the tops. I would think that a small effort would be made by this vendor to help ensure I receive the goods I paid a lot of money for.

I see these $#*!es been having $#*!ed up customer service for over 7yrs and still haven't gotten their $#*! together. It's been a month and I still haven't received my shipping info. No one answers the phone or my emails. I've been trying to reach someone for 2wks now, never again! Now I have to dispute charges through my bank to get my money, I don't even want the product that I've spent $130 on anymore

Wow I'm really disappointed the leggings I bought were supposed to have a quote on the back of the leg and there was non
And the other pair... well the stitching was horrible you can tell they were made terrible and they won't last me long I wasted 47 dollars on two pairs of leggings that I thought would last me and be good quality considering you usually get what you pay for aand 20 dollars a pair shouldn't have been $#*!ty quality
Never again!

I ordered two pairs of demonia boots. One pair the only option was vegan leather, son that's what inordeeed... The second pair there was a leather option that cost more, I upgraded… However they still sent me the plastic version. And then have the nerve to tell me I have to pay to return them. Oh and their "customer service" phone number, they don't answer it.

Ordered 4 items in early November. 3 arrived. Sent numerous emails asking about the order & only 1 time got a reply saying it was shipped on December 4. It's now December 31st & still no item! No replies & no one has ever answered the phone! Worst part is I'm in Australia! What more can I do?! Also, tracking info gave me a response that it "couldn't be tracked". When I went back in to my emails the attachments were unavailable! NEVER SHOPPING INKED AGAIN!

Would never order from InkedShop again! Ordered a few items for Christmas. I received one tshirt with a hole in the armpit. Also never received a tank top I ordered. Contacted InkedShop and was told they would send a new tshirt to replace the one with the hole. 20 days later I'm still waiting. Also was told to track down the tank top that I never received since they shipped it and it was now with the post office. So basically paid $50 plus shipping for a tshirt with a hole and a tank top that's MIA!

I ordered a shirt aug 28th 2018. I received an email sept 11th with the tracking number. It is now september 26th and still no shirt. Tracking info still says pre-shipment label created which means the postal service has not even received the package. Calling my bank and filing fraud and getting my money back... not worth the wait...

I ordered a black "ink addict" in pink letters. 33$ and never received confirmation on my order. Ipaid for it to be shipped early. And yet nothing. I send serveral emails and they said they couldnt find my order? Umm really because you charged my credit card instantly! I'm highly pist. I will never order from them again. Smh. Bs site.

Ordered 2 shirts in May received one about a week and a half later still waiting for the second. Emailed them and they said they would have a 2nd sent out and if I get two to contact them and they will send me a shipping label. Ok week goes by and still nothing and not even tracking info. 1st tracking info still has a date of may 31st. Emailed again and now they sent in a claim for me but I was denied somehow even tho it's not 30days yet. Now he's telling me that the warehouse cant ship out another, after he already told me they would. Wish I would've read these reviews first I wouldn't have waisted my time. Lesson learned I guess.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not too sure how this company is still in business. Accidentally ordered a small shirt for my girlfriend. Immediately emailed customer service asking to send a medium instead. Got an uneducated email from Arielle, The only answers I got are "Ill see what i can do" and "i will contact the warehouse". 5 days go by without an answer or shipment confirmation so i email again. I said, did you get my Medium sent out, I got a reply "I told the warehouse to send a large, if they did or didn't I don't know"

LARGE? Seriously? Where did that come from?

No one answers the phones.

BUYERS BEWARE!

ITEMS ARE FROM SEVERAL DIFFERENT MAKERS. Please keep in mind when choosing what you want from the different brands. That being said, I Have ordered from the site a few times. My 1st dress was too tight and I was given credit to reorder after returning it. All items I've ordered were Good quality. It does take awhile to receive with standard mail so order way ahead if it's for a certain occasion. And I just order a size or two up as a rule when ordering from here now

This review is of their customer service. I purchased a pair of very cute shoes from Inked Shop and the packaging (box) was slightly damaged upon delivery. I didn't think much of it at the time as I was more focused on the shoes. Well the shoes were a bit small so we sent them back (either for refund or exchange - both would've worked). A week later they sent an email that they could not accept them because the package (box) was damaged. I called and left a message but no one called me back. So they SENT THEM BACK to me. I find this kind of customer service ridiculous. I actually could have been a repeat customer but now, because of how they treated this transaction, I have no reason to order from them again. I would warn anyone against buying anything that has a box because if it is damaged, EVEN THROUGH NO FAULT OF THE CUSTOMER, they will not return it.

Be sure to read the Return Policy before making your purchase. Items were shipped without wrapping and arrived broken. One item is not returnable and the other is not worth shipping back.

Turns out IT IS too good to be true. Two orders and both were missing items. The only reason I ordered the 2nd time was because they gave me a gift certificate to apologize.

Stay away.

Although they carry unique and unusual items, their return policy is borderline criminal. Having spent hundreds of dollars on home decor items and some apparel at InkedShop, I find it appalling that they do not accept returns - only exchanges or store credit. Even on apparel, really? Without being able to try an item on it is impossible to know that your order will fit, is the actual color that is represented, and/or fills the need for which the item is originally purchased. But forget it, even after being a loyal customer for multiple years, there are no refunds, and they don't even pay for return shipping. Once they have your money, it's spent and you aren't getting it back. They make you find other items in their offerings so you can roll the dice buying something else from them that they won't take back. You'll end up having to spend more money on taxes and shipping perhaps multiple times. I recommend going direct to the manufacturer if you like something you see on their site. FYI and one more thing to guard against is their mailing list. I have requested multiple times to be removed from their contact list but I still get DAILY emails from them, many times more than daily in fact.

I've wasted money for the last time with them by ordering a Sullen Art Co. Hat and it doesn't fit properly. So now I'm stuck sending it back on my dime and then trying to find a way to spend store credit... again. No wonder Amazon is crushing it.

I am going to a beach party this Saturday and needed a new bikini bottom, I found the cute "Skipper" Bikini Bottom by Fables by Barrie (Black) on their website. I placed the order Sunday a week before, and chose express mail. It took them 2 days to email me, after having paid over $50 for a bikini bottom, they are out of stock, please wait 3-4 business days for the refund. If they had kept their website up to date on what IS in STOCK, I wouldn't have wasted my time and money! Now I have 3 days to find another one, and will probably not get it in time, and THESE PEOPLE are the reason why!

Ok almost 5 years ago I had the worst experience from Revel Service and said I would never buy from them again and then I found Inked Shop and thought about how much selection they had and I was super excited! THEN... I placed a $150 order and when each item was getting sent from different locations and all had different tracking numbers I knew I had been duped and it took me back to my Rebel Circus and yep they just changed the name! Here it is June 25th and my order from May 20th has still not completed.

Don't order anything from this company. I ordered over 150.00 worth of clothes and it wasn't good quality 2 of the shirts weren't even completely hemmed(the collar was just raw material). One was even the Right shirt at All and then when I sent it back, I had to PAY 12.63 Shipping and They company didn't refunded me The FULL AMOUNT OF THE SHIRT or The Shipping! It's a Horrible WAY to do Business! They need to be Looked into! Added pics of what it looked like and What I ordered!
