I only needed basic information on a few people. So I was happy with the results. But the main person I checked on has never lived anywhere else than Kentucky. The report I got from you said he also lived in Alaska and Pennsylvania.

Useless - no information - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! All information in these reports can be found for free online. And the reports are extremely limited - almost every section is empty - no marriages, no financials, criminal backgrounds are a joke - basically all you will see is speeding tickets. You will receive social media accounts, however they are all old ones and just the ones you can easily find yourself by typing a name in the search bar. The address section is basically the white pages you can use for free. And these reports don't even tell you when people are dead.

Instant Checkmate is a great service. They are very through and concise. I have used them a few times when I needed more help with accessing information for one reason or another. I will use them again as the issues arise.

The poor reviews seem mostly about the 'free' trial search in the ads. Those take forever to load up, then give poor information. The actual 'paid-for' search finds mostly current and accurate information. I have used this app since 2011, and find it very useful. I was debating continuing to use it since it IS expensive ($35. XX/month) but when I called tech support about a different issue (VERY HELPFUL, thanks guys!) Raul helped me solve the problem, then gave me a great new deal for $16.95/month. I frequently have strangers on and around my property for business reasons, and Instant Checkmate is a reliable source of background information. I was even able to find my first love (from 40 years ago) even though he was using an alias. He was better off 'lost' but c'est la vie.

The web site is one of the most user friendly I have ever used. All of the entry points are well described so that the information that results is correct. The instructions are never confusing. If you do have questions the staff is quick to answer the phone and help you complete the tasks. No other website results in the complete reports with the clarity that occurs here.

I wanted to make sure that all my information is correct. Places I've lived are correct. Since my personal information (identity) has been hacked, I didn't want to find out that I lived somewhere else that I've never been to. My last known address in Colorado is correct since I've been off grid since 2017. I will definitely use your app again. Thank you for giving me some comfort.

Very helpful, I found who I was looking for. I had not seen her in over 20 years and lost contact. Now our class reunion will be more fun. Thank you. Norma was the representative who helped me and she was great. Very kind and patient. I will be using you guys again in the future. Give Norma a raise, she is a very good employee.

I used their service mostly to see how much of a scam it could be. Paid up, waited for the results... got the results, they were identical to the free (and inaccurate) info you can find out there on other sites. Then waited to see how long it would take for the unique email address I used only with them to receive spam. 4 months as it turns out, yesterday the spams started pouring into that address. It's not enough that they charge you for info you can find for free yourself, they also profit from selling your info to spammers.

Everyday I use this website for my business. I check on many things i. E. sometimes I need to know who called me from a phone number or if someone has any relatives I can contact. I also use this to trace back where they lived before. Interestingly, this is one of the best ones I have found.

I found the charge on my account confronted my daughter and found that she had used this for her to try to locate someone and she did called to have it canceled and customer service was very helpful with making the cancelation an easy transition

I used checkmate only once, satisfied and forgot that I had a monthly charge. When I received the email invoice and called them, they instantly satisfied my request to unsubscribe.

I needed help accessing the report I had filed, and somehow lost, on my computer. The customer service representative was incredibly patient, expert and professional. She walked me through the steps and hung in there while I struggled to accomplish them. She was warm and personable as well.

I needed to find someone so I could serve them with court papers. A whole year later I was still paying and not actively using the service. The customer service I received when I called to rectify my concerns was the best Ive ever encountered in any company Ive ever had to deal with. She listened to my whole story, understood my viewpoint and satisfied my request beyond my expectations. I could not say enough about how helpful she was and how impressed with her I am and I hope her supervisor knows how great she is at her job as well as how greatful I am. Thank you
