I am here to summarize my experience with this ISF. I purchased the program at the end of June 2019. I went through the program with a fine tooth comb. I had an interview with a Doviaion 1 university and two interviews with the government. One was with the Dept. of the Navy in mid July and also, the Air Force Academy Prep School in Colorado Springs, both were GS-09 positions. I was actually offered the university position but turned it down for a better position. Well, I ended up landing the Navy position as an Athletic Trainer working with Recruits at Parris Island Marine Corps. Recruiting Depot, SC. Great benefits and a work life balance to die for. I make more money and work less hours than I would have at the collegiate level as an Athletic Trainer. After going through the webinar of SuccessFormula I bought the package. It helped me formulate my stories. Gave me confidence on how to sell a more "mature" person. I am over 50. Prior I kept getting "you're over qualified" Learned how to sell myself as a "Boomer" vs. "Millennial". 4 weeks after that webinar... I had a job offer. A week after that I received another job offer. However, I really aggressively worked with the tools provided.
If you use them it really maks a difference.

While I have been interviewing for longer than I'd like to admit, and have been on many interviews, I still get nervous and have trouble formulating my answers in a way that comes across smooth. The Interview Success Formula helped with just that... calming nerves and formulating thoughts into a smooth transition. This Formula provides extremely good information with all types of interview styles, from how to dress appropriately, to how to keep your hands during the interview and much more. I went on an interview that was a Behavioral based interview and I was so much more prepared than I was in the past. In fact one of the hiring mangagers (there were 2 interviewing me at once) loved one of my answers so much, she wrote it down for future reference! I was told at the end of my interview that I interviewed very well. I couldn't have done it that well without this tool. This is money well spent!

Waiting to hear back if I got the job or not but I did feel I went much better prepared with ISF's help.

Am excited to share my excitement on landing my dream job. It's a government national security job so wasn't surprised by the painstakingly long process. The interview part of the process is considered the most crucial one. The ISF made the difference in the gruelling and nerve wrecking 3 and half hour interview.

I bought the program, I aced the interview and got the job offer. I did not changed the job though as I realized how loyal I am to my current employer.
But the journey with ISF as guide was fantastic. I have rediscovered myself and clarified some unanswered questions.

Just wanted to give the interview success formula (ISF) program much deserved kudos! I went through the program in its entirety and secured three interviews. Using the tools and strategies of the ISF gave me a strategic advantage. Of the three interviews, I was offered the position that I most desired (and the one that paid the highest salary, which by the way, was a SIGNIFICANT increase)! Though there were many tools, the most helpful tools for me were the strength and weakness crib sheet and the "top 10 questions that all interviewers MUST ask." I was just getting ready to retire when the position that was the opportunity of a lifetime presented itself. I'm confident that there were young people just as competent and proficient in the field, but the ISF gave me a decided edge and I beat the competition! I am a female over 45 who had been applying for jobs for months after getting laid off (I am an allied healthcare professional). I had put in more than 20 years of service to a hospital and had won numerous patient safety awards. New management came in and unceremoniously ended my career in 2015, stating that previous management should not have given me so many "exceptional" ratings on my annual evaluations - my salary had gotten "too high". I became very depressed, and later, angry and bitter. I applied to many hospital jobs, only to be rejected within a few days with an e-mail from Human Resources saying "not a good fit". Having twenty five years with the same employer and an out of date resume, I found myself looking to finish my career somewhere else. The learning curve was long and steep, but using methods and lessons learned from Interview Success Formula, I participated in phone interviews, Skype interviews and several face to face interviews. Over the next two weeks we finished the business plan. We presented it his finance committee, executive board, and then the full board, who approved the plan. Knowing yourself and how to communicate and apply your strengths and weaknesses is the key to this program. Like others, I already have some great job experience, and forget that employers today are just as likely to choose someone with less experience and who are a better fit for their company. Having the Self Assessment Report and Interview Crib Sheet helped me understand my potential contribution to a company. Being able to speak to both strengths and weaknesses (opportunities for improvement) was key to me getting the job I really wanted. It also allowed me to have a broader perspective about those roles that were not a good fit as I had multiple interviews. Ordered Interview Success and went on 3 interviews. On the first interview I didn't study what was in the packet. However, the 2nd and 3rd interviews I studied for these. I aced the interviews! Got the job on the 3rd try. I have been on so many interviews for the past YEAR. The job I got was truly my dream job. If anything having this packet made me much more comfortable in each interview. I'm a 53 year old man that had had enough is his dead end job, so I quit without a back up plan. I figured that all I needed was some time to clear my head and start looking for a new job. Well I did get a couple of interviews, but didn't get a second interview.

I was looking on Indeed one day and came across this add that talked about how to answer the 20 questions which interviewers ask. I listened and when the add came to the end I felt that I really needed to find out more. It was $100 to gather all the help and advise I could get. I had an interview the next day, so I decided why not.
