It is my pleasure to be able to speak on the Interview Success Formula program. I am excited to say that even after having just a short window to get ready for my interview, this program is so well structured and resourceful that I was able to quickly prepare and I was hired for the job last Friday. As a matter of fact, the interviewing company said that they've been looking to fill this position since September and I was their best candidate thus far. Not only were they happy with me, but I was also very happy with them. The interview by far was NOT easy! It was a panel interview with about 4 pages FULL of detailed questions. However, I stayed focused and and remained consistent with my responses, alternating them slightly for different questions. I am 45 years old and graduated college in December of 2014. I was working a dead end job and really wanting to find something different. I literally sent out hundreds of resumes with no responses. I've been reading and recommending the content of the Interview Success newsletter for several years now for its practical applicability for those feeling overwhelmed about finding their way in navigating their career options and plain old just finding a job after years in the same one and then finding themselves having to re-enter the job market to try to find something 'new'.

I have been working with Government as an analyst for 5 years now, since I moved back home here to Ontario 5 years ago, leaving Northern Canada after having spent 5 years there and 17 years in B. C. prior to that. I started working for the Government here in Ontario as a Casual employee at 43 years old which meant constantly looking for work as Casuals can work only 90 business days per calendar in any one Department per calendar year. So for 3 & 1/2 years I worked between 3 different departments, rotating back when and where I could year after year. At year 3 & 1/2, I finally landed a 'term' position with sick days, paid holiday time and health benefits for a 2-year term. While I was a term, I landed an indeterminate (permanent), full-time position and 6 months after that, landed a full-time, permanent position in a place where my skills fit the work better and the team and culture of the work place suit me better as well.

I attribute a good amount of the job search and interviewing skills I've learned over the years to the content of the Interview Success Formula program material.

I was not very comfortable going into interviews. I was fired from the Michigan Department of Corrections, and have been extremely self conscious about it. I have had a number of very short term jobs since that time. So going into every interview I was always concerned about having to answer questions about being fired. It really allowed me to take a better look at who I am. It allowed me to really see my professional strengths, gain a better appreciation of my experiences, and see the value of my professional skills. I felt a more genuine confidence in my last interview. Nothing really stood out, other than they spent more time telling me about the responsibilities of the position as opposed to asking me Key Interview Questions. Yes, allowing me to see real answers to questions that normally intimidate me. I really needed to see my Self Assessment, and my Interview Cribsheet. The program is a wealth of information, I just have to apply it to my interview experiences. Talking with Alan was also a confidence booster for me. I had a great cover letter and resume and was getting calls on the jobs I applied for, but I was floundering through the interviews because I was so nervous and felt unprepared. I had tried other online sites with "sample interview questions" but it wasn't helping much. When I applied for a job I thought I really wanted, I knew I needed more help and was searching online when I found the Interview Success Formula. After researching the program to make sure it was "legit", I bought the membership and began working through the course starting with the survey. I have an AWESOME experience with Interview Success Formula (ISF). This is a very complete and professional program in helping job seekers to be hired in the shortest amount of time as possible. The sessions/lessons come with audio and written formats. I love the fact that they are available in both multimedia and text based format that is compatible with PC, Mac and iPad. They are user friendly. I also love the flexibility. The ISF program is available through their website 24/7, no expiration date for the access. Although this is online program, I do get personal attention as a special bonus if I need help from the creator of this program. Alan Carniol is indeed a great leader in Career Coaching!

I have no hesitation to share my positive experience with anyone about ISF. In fact, I have been referring ISF to our local job loss support group and social media to look into ISF in the hope that they will find same confidence and feeling hopeful in finding their jobs. I hesitated to join Interview Success Formula because it just seemed too good to be true. Their Doodly presentation was exceptional and hit home for me. At 55, I was reentering the work force after raising kids at home. I had owned my own business, worked in marketing and publishing, and freelancer as an advertising copywriter. I did not have a college degree, nor the desire to finish my coursework to obtain one. Once I zeroed in on pursuing a career as a 911 Dispatcher, I took a Public Safety course at a local college and did all I could to obtain certificates and prepare myself for the job market.
