Ordered a sweater for my girlfriend mid-November to get it for Christmas. Around the middle of January I sent an email asking about it, and they assured me that it's coming and that it takes 1-2 months for it to get made/prepared for shipment. They gave me a 10% refund as an apology. I was hoping that I would get it for her birthday (on Feb 1st), and if not then it's a bonus Valentines gift. Heard nothing since, and I'm about to email again.
It wouldn't be too bad if they would keep me updated instead of leaving me in the dark.
It's a shame, because my girlfriend really wants some of the things on there but I will NEVER do business with them again.
