The watch stopped running after 24 hours of use. Called Invicta and was told they could replace the battery with no charge in 2-3 weeks. I didn't want to wait that long so I took the watch to a local jewelry store who replaced the battery for $10. They told me they felt there was a mechanical issue with the watch but it has been running OK the past few days.
I'm happy with the watch and the price. If I have one suggestion it concerns routine pricing. The company needs to run a constant 40% discount and or 42% 'flash sale discount as the normal, constant price. A prospective buyer knows to expect these 'sales'. The current structure, that of waiting for 'sales' is frustrating for a repeat customer. When Invicta isn't discounting their products, I've been able to match the 40% discount through Jomashop or Amazon. I'd rather buy from Invicta. The company needs to meet a customer half way.
I LOVE Invicta watches. I own 10 and my 1 year wedding anniversary with my wife if coming on February 8th. So on January 15th I ordered us watches for our anniversary. Their website says they will ship in 1 - 4 days. After 6 days I did not have tracking so I emailed them. They replied saying they have delays "Due to the Holidays". When I still did not have tracking after 8 days, I e-mailed and reminded them the holidays had been past for almost a month. I asked PLEASE ship. They then replied and said the delays are now because of COVID, then they sent a third e-mail and said it was "Due to the high volume of orders". First the "Holidays" then "COVID" now high volume of orders. So after 10 days I asked for tracking and they sent some, however all they did was generate a label and not actually ship the purchase. The e-mail saying the delay was due to "High Volume of orders" was sent AFTER they sent me tracking for the shipment, and the shipment still shows no movement on the tracking. It is now 2 weeks since I ordered, My anniversary is almost here and still they have not shipped. INSANE! Horrible customer service. Beware! I am sure the product will be fine, but do not expect them to keep their word on anything. Included the original email reply sayin 1 - 4 days to ship. NEVER did they mention Holiday, COVID or high volume of orders delays. They do not mention any of this on their site as well.
Invicta always is on time. I think the quality of your product is superior.
I have 10 Invicta watches, they all are very different as I use them for different things.
I am in construction, the Invicta watch I wear for work everyday I have owned for two years which is amazing when you consider the fact that other brands I have tried lasted any where between 30 and 90 days.

My husband and I love Invicta watches, actually it was my husband who brought them to me. I love the way you build the structure of the watches with peculiar pieces connect together. But there is one problem...you don't seem to have many choices for women that are built beautifully like the men watches...my favorite are the Venom Reserves and the Bolts also the Scuba. Also I love the graffiti that you once had with multiple choices of graffiti. There were, I think, 4 different color stainless steel...I believe Bolts or Venom and Scuba...now there isn't anymore (not the stainless steel) and there were not any for women. I hope that you will bring back the stainless steel (Bolts,Venom or scuba) with variety graffiti colors for men like you once had...THIS time have some for women as well. Also make some Matching sets for couples too. Lastly, your service if well appreciated.

I wanted to get a watch for my son (fanatic), the pictures did this watch no justice. OMG it was beyond my expectations. The case in it self was mind-blowing along with the addition gifts and the watch is extremely nice. Needless to say my son was very pleased and I will definitely be purchasing from you again for him and others. I would highly recommend your company, keep up the good work!
I made 3 orders. 2 of which I paid the $29.99 for 2 day shipping. It took over 3 weeks for the items to reach me. I want those two $29.99 shipping charges refunded to my account. That is the least you can do. And I need someone to contact me because I will be returning a few of the watches, since they arrived so late, I had to buy other things for Christmas presents.
The watch is beautiful However, my husband (whom I bought it for as a Father's Day gift without him knowing) says he really likes it but it's too big and heavy for him to wear. I will be sending it back, unfortunately. If the price was lower, I would have kept it for the extremely special occasion he would tough through it.
I have been very pleased with the products prices and service with one exception the two Jason Taylor dive watches 40 and 47 that did not include the Jason Taylor's 3 slot dive cases that are normally included if you could send me those I would be very appreciative. My order from start to finish was about 3 weeks. I called to get an answer, but could not reach anyone to talk with. I had to send a message to get an answer. I have bought many of your watches, this was the worst customer service ever. I'm very satisfied with the product but not at all about the service. You took my money and sat on it for three weeks before sending out my purchase. If I would have know what was going on with my purchase I would probably be patient. But to leave me in the dark with no communication is not professional especially taking my money and leaving me with nothing.
I received the watch and still waiting for my free football with this purchase. I was told my one of your customers service agent that one would be sent, still waiting. Your shipping time is too long even if customers paid for 2 days shipping it took over a week with out any reward for being patience.
I have bought several watches this year. My main problem is some come with no paper work at all. No model number, no receipts, the two had nothing in the boxes. I would appreciate your help and get me this information for the last three watches I have bought. If not then I will stop collecting them.
I'm very happy with the price and quality of my purchase; however, I'm dissatisfied with my overall customer service experience. I attempted to speak with a representative on three occasions. Each time I tried, I ended up hanging up from being on hold too long. One of those times I was on hold for 33 minutes before deciding to call it quits.

Resolution I received was an email ab doing a return of the product and i would have to pay shipping. Why did I pay for express delivery when it took longer than regular? Im very disappointed in the customer service, or lack thereof, I received and no issue resolution.
I've purchased two (2) watches in the past, however this was the first time going through invicta's online store.Since you can only make a first impression once, my Initial impression isn't good of the online store. The time frame of receiving my watch was satisfactory, however the watch was running slow and I've exchanged it for another watch that I'm expecting by the close of business next week. I wish this survey could be delayed until then.
I have brought a few invicta watches over the years. This last experience has been the worst. No customer service at all. Invicta has let me down on my anniversary the watches came 2 weeks late after I paid for express shipping.
I have been an avid shopper of Invicta for a long time. I am so happy to see that you have brought back the Sunday Run and Thursday Blast. I have always had a great experience with all of my many purchases.
The length of time it took to received my products was over one (1) month period which to me was way too long. I'm not sure if I received everything b/c I was getting two (2) to three (3) items per week.
Except for the problems with FedEx delivery I received a great deal and good service. The only thing that would keep me from reordering from your company is you only ship via FedEx. When you offer other shipping options please notify me
I usually have a good experience except for the promo code sales. 50% of the time they just do not work with certain items even though when you click on the sale they pop up in the sale but the codes do not work with them. I know there is a disclaimer saying the code only works with certain items but the ones not included should not be in the sale page with the included items. It's almost like a bait and switch scheme. I still find great deals and IMO Invicta makes some very good quality products I have NEVER had an issue with one of their watches.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
