Love the watch. Great price. Service was horrible. I called 4 days in a row to get return instructions. Was on hold for. 45 min each time at end of 45 min I got disconnected. Four days in a row. So I attempted to do it on line. Web site was not working. Once it worked, took 3-4 days to get an answer. So on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best y'all get a 2. Once return was taken care of I got my new watch and love it.

I love shopping for Invicta watches. They look, and feel nice. The service for shipping is awesome and the website is user friendly. I was very happy with my purchase of a Star Wars watch. Definitely will continue to shop for more. =)

The watch I received has a noticeable flaw in the glowing paint used on the dial (bubble/black dot). It is very annoying to see constantly however Invicta is notorious for their horrible customer service so I have decided just to let it go.

Purchased as gift for my husband who has several of your watches. I was nervous that he might not like the style. To my relief he absolutely loved it! Beautifully crafted with elegant style. Now I need to purchase another one for myself!

I made an account but I had ordered two watches before and I asked if those could be added to my purchase history, but unfortunately the answer was no. I do not understand why they cannot since everything matches my now active account...

This is my fourth Invicta watch and everytime I'm more satisfied than the last you guys rock my next purchase will be the Invicta bolt zeus magnum just want to get it close to my burger. Again thank you for your great service

We love Invicta watches and own many different styles. The shipping is just way too slow... Also there are people on ebay selling your watches for less than your yellow tag prices lately so we are also buying from ebay.

Good Experience, Shipping was fast, which is unusual but maybe you guys at Invicta are making changes for the better. Anyway. Overall great experience watch looks great and the wife loves it so that's the most important thing. Keep up the good work.

I'm very happy that I was able to afford a watch, and a bracelet for my husband. He absolutely loves Invicta. There were so many that were reasonably priced for me to choose from. He's going to be pleasantly surprised this Valentine's Day!

I was able to get two beautiful timepieces for what I would normally pay for one at a store...very satisfied and plan on ordering more as I love the selections available. Specially the oversize options

The only thing that would have made it better is if I would have been provided with the tracking number. When my order came I had no idea as I had never gotten a status update on my order it just showed up. Also there was no paperwork in the boxes of any kind, so warranty or shipping/payment.

Wish there were more views/ pictures of the watches. Didn't realize just how tall one of the watch faces was going to be. I hit it on everything since it sticks out twice as far as my last watch. It will take some time to get used to. Other wise the watches look and work great so far.

The prices are more than fair. Amazing deals for the most part. Delivery through FedEx has been a headache though. Customer service corrected the issues, we just had to wait longer due to FedEx inconsistency.

Disappointed the watch came so late it was a birthday gift and that birthday has came and gone. I guess better late then never. Besides everyone makes mistakes, However I'm always pleased with invicta products.

When I pay for 2-day shipping. I would expect to receive my watch in about two days. It took almost 10 days. The lame excuse I got was it was shipped with two day delivery after the order was processed. I guess you just got an extra $29.00. Will never buy from you again and alert anybody who is considering shopping from you.

I absolutely love Invicta! The shipping turnaround is atrocious. Only half of what I ordered, was delivered in the time frame outlined on the website. I understand we are all dealing with the current situation. I would like more communication if there is a delay,or a product went out of stock. Again, I adore the Invicta brand, but communication could be improved. Thanks.

There appears to be no real time updates to your order when it ships. I waited more than 6 days for my
Order to update. There is no chat function on the website. I finally got a hold of someone through Instagram page. I'm happy with the products and the prices I paid, just not happy with the lack of communication from Invicta.
