I ordered myself 3 watches for Christmas. I received a tracking number for only one of the watches, 3 days after the order was placed. The other two? I have NO IDEA where they are, if they shipped, if they'll ever be shipped. I never even got a confirmation email regarding my order, (thank God I screenshot my receipt when I first placed it - that's the only way I'd have information regarding my order.) I emailed them over a week ago, no response. I called. No response. I just received ONE if the watches - the one with the shipping info today, and it came broken and halfway off the watch pillow. What the $#*!? I'm about to tell my bank that this site is fraud, cause the customer service is non-existent and I paid a lot of money just to be given something broken and ghosted for the other two orders. Smdh.

I bought my first Invicta watch roughly 5 weeks ago while on a cruise and was super impressed with it. I had won some money on the casino so when I got back home, I ended up purchasing a watch for my wife. 2 days later I had ordered another 4 watches as it was black Friday, 2 more for me and 2 as gifts. I have received everything and it's all QUALITY stuff. I absolutely love the watches and they are beautiful. The mens watches I purchased are big and heavy, which I like. The cases they come in are basically indestructible. All around, I'm super satisfied and will be a customer for life!

I ordered a watch two weeks ago and have not heard anything. Their website says will be shipped in four to five business days. I keep checking the website for my order and it keeps showing "processing". I will just have to order from Amazon now. I ordered an invicta watch for same price and had it four days later.

Having purchased many Invicta watches over the last few years with several Bolt models in my collection I knew that this JT Hall of Fame Bolt would be a winner. The watch exceeded my expectations - a perfect color combination with the gold tone case/bracelet, aqua/black colored dial, & aqua cabling accents on the bracelet. Completing the look is the orange bezel cable which helps make the watch pop that much more. The timepiece is substantial in size, which is what I prefer to wear. Invicta never fails to amaze me with each new design, and this is what keeps me coming back for more.
In summation, I have to mention that Customer Service was excellent: from order placement to delivery only took 5 days - very fast turn around time.

Received watch in a timely manner. Watch received with no operating instructions or warranty information. One of the bands on strap was cut into. Sent 3 emails no response. Put on hold 3 times for about 30 minutes each time I called. 4th time a got to someone and was told to call another number. They in turn told me they cant help and to recall the the first number. Got a complete run around. I cant believe your company treats customers like this! Maybe someone will call me now to correct problem.

First and foremost, I want to say that I love Invicta Watches because they are stylish and reasonable in cost. But this time, I didn't get one for myself but for a friend. I was searching through different sites for a suitable watch for her Birthday and eventually found one on your site. It is a men's watch but it would fit a women's hand just fine, besides it is pink! I received a 70% off that day and I was able to pay through Amazon, which saved myself some time. I received order confirmation on a Friday and received shipping confirmation on Monday. It came on time as expected and in good condition. Thank you to everyone at Invicta Stores for doing what you do!

I historically by my watches from invicta but this has been the worst experience so far. No follwup, i am told its processing this purchase was done on the 19 of May 2020 we are in a new month still no update. With modern day technology you should be able to provide an update to your customers. I am attending my daughter's wedding and made the purchase in time. Taking the time write a review which i know no one cares or will even follow up

My son picked out a watch he wanted for his 19th birthday. When I initially shopped a few months ago, I was surprised the prices were $200 for the style he wanted. But when I was ready to purchase over cyber weekend and saw the sale price was $49 there was no hesitation. The watch had good reviews so I bought it. It arrived quickly in a beautiful box. He was excited to receive it and had it on his wrist within a few hours after easily removing a couple links. Its stylish and seems sturdy. He just received this gift yesterday so time will tell if it stays nice. We are hopeful that it will. Thank you for your wonderful customer service and emails regarding shipment and expected arrival. Overall pleased with purchase so far!

Buyer beware i purchased a invicta pro diver watch with Two bands breaking. Both bands were original INVICTA bands. I called customer service and got nowhere regarding service or a solution. This is in my experience a poor design for this watch. I will never purchase another time piece from this company again.

They will not honor a return along with World of watches. Their website links don't work. Their watches are garbage. Buyer beware. This watch is brand new. I have a problem with the upper dial. World of watches will do nothing to help me as I threw out the box because I thought the watch was great. They told me to contact Invicta and because I didn't buy the watch from them, they will not do anything. I feel like I have been cheated.
