Well packaged and shipped promptly. I would definitely buy again as their watches offer amazing quality at really reasonable prices. Buying direct from Invictastores provides the opportunity to buy some of their hard to find watches. Highly recommended.
When i received my watch it had a scratch on it. One of the pieces that is attached to the watch was at the bottom of the case. I called customer service several times and left messages and sent emails. I got no response at all. I called the Woodbridge, NJ store and told Ariel my situation and he contacted invicta twice before I finally got a phone call. Thank you Ariel! He was awesome!
Good night, I bought a watch and a speaker at invicta stores on the internet, paid for paypal and paid fedex for 2 days (29.00), when it was today I received a speaker and did not receive my watch that I bought to give Christmas for my wife, what are you going to do? My purchase still arrived late, bought day 06 and arrived today 11, I am sending my purchase note for you to solve what you are going to do, I'm waiting. If you do not answer my emails as they always do, I will take appropriate action. Appreciate
I never received my my from January 26,2023. I had to file a claim with PayPal in order to get my refund. I Called your office and NO ONE WOULD HELP ME. The address that the package was delivered to was NOT MY HOME ADDRESS. I ordered 9 watches from your website. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER WATCH FROM YOU PEOPLE AGAIN! If, I want a INVICTA watch I will buy it of eBay!
Two of the three items arrived... then a third one arrived three days later... then I was told that the 4th item was out of stock and that a refund would be applied... which it was many days later. Nice watches... marginal service. Also, in connection with another order, I have been trying to get information regarding a return refund/credit and have gotten no useful information whatsoever. Again, Invicta watches are nice products but service from the Invicta Store has been significantly less than satisfactory.
My husband has been talking about invicta for a while. I never paid any thought to it because of the prices, however once going to the online store and finding some affordable prices and high end, it fits just about anyone. The process was easy, shipping was fast, warranty is awesome, and My husband is happy!
Bought a Pro Diver 52 mm for a male friend fir Christmas. Wasn't sure about the color combo... dark green strap and face, rose gold face. It is striking and so unique! Not to mention. Big and bold. Cant wait to give it. Thanks Invicta!
I was so excited when these first came in. They looked awesome online and the first few times I wore them, but after about wearing them 4/5 times I noticed the shorts were fraying and tearing. I was really disappointed because I bought three pairs and now I see them tearing…
I PURCHASED A WATCH FROM THIS COMPANY AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR MY DAUGHTER. PRESENTED IT ON CHRISTMAS AND IT DID NOT WORK. ASKED TO RETURN I HAD TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING FOR A DEFECTIVE WATCH AND ON TOP OF THAT HAD TO PAY A 40% RESTOCKING FEE. I ONLY RECEIVED A 1/4 OF WHAT I PAID FOR THIS WATCH! I PURCHASED ANOTHER WATCH FROM THEM FOR MY DAUGHTER BEFORE THEY HiT ME WITH ALL THESE FEES. PLUS I SPENT OVER $1000 IN WATCHES FROM THIS COMPANY IN 2023 ALONE! I WILL NEVER PURCHASED ANOTHER WATCH FROM THEM AGAIN! BEWARE!
Hardly could get them on the phone. Terrible customer service. They stole my money! They never helped me out and I still don't have my money! Never will I ever go there for a watch and I will make sure no one ever does that im friends with!
I ordered my watch over a week ago and have never got a tracking number. I've emailed and called for multiple hour and a half wait times. The worst site I have ever dealt with and still don't know what's going on.
I really love my Invicta Angel. I only had to get the band fitted to my wrist. I'm looking for another watch to catch my eye. It was a pleasure shopping online with Invicta. My purchase arrived in a very secure package in a timely manner. I will be sure to tell my family and friends about my purchase and the enjoyment I'm experiencing. I am one satisfied woman!
I have three Invicta watches and my wife has two, we both love this brand for many reasons, theyre built to last in my opinion.

Spent a total of 8 hours on hold to find out about my order. I placed order 2 days before Christmas deadline and if I had not gone to fedex and picked it up myself it would have been late! Item showed with case in pictures and didnt come with case! I went to a store and bought another different invicta with the case and invicta bag for half of what it was on the invicta store website! So much for buying direct being less expensive.
I was able to purchase one Donald Duck & one Mickey Mouse automatic watch. Both are maintaining accurate time. The Mickey Mouse watch that I purchase has gold colored metal, with a nice blue face & blue leather band. I bought the Donald Duck watch because I do not have a Donald Duck watch yet... I just wish the face could've been smaller & thinner. I am happy with these purchases, especially since I was able to get them 45% off, before the end of the year.
I absolutely love my Invicta's so I bought 2 for my wife, I paid the extra money to have them overnighted, didn't realize that there was a day to 2 day delay and if you order 2 items they will only mail out 1 at a time. Missed her birthday and Christmas, but she loves them
I ordered 3 watches and they delivered only two of them. I called their customer service but end up in waiting forever. After waiting on call for an hour, I dropped them an email, but didnt receive any response yet. Can someone tell me how can I complain and get my money back?
Invicta delivered exactly as promised and exactly when promised. Great Job! My watch was in perfect conditions and has kept time perfectly. The site offers a good value when considering all aspects of my purchase.
My husband loved the 2 watches I bought him. Great value and look like a more expensive watch. Give it a try you won't be sorry. This is the second time I bought watches from them and haven't had a problem
Love the timepieces! I ordered a watch online. After checkout I continued browsing. I found a similar watch at a better price. I could not cancel the first order online so I called customer service. She told me I could not cancel the order I had just placed 20 minutes ago because the shipping label had already been created. Once I returned the watch of $295. Invicta charged me $57 for returning it. I would never purchase from their site again!
