I ordered pump parts over a week ago. It shipped in 2 separate boxes. The first box arrived, but it has been over a week and still no second box. I contacted their customer support and they pretty much gave me a canned answer that your parts are on the way. I wish I could give them a zero star, but I have to give them at least one. Do not use this site to order parts unless you don't need them for several weeks.
Great product, much lighter and easier to use than our recently deceased 10 year old Dolphin. The filter basket is a great improvement over the old system which dropped dirt into the clean pool when you pulled it out after a cleaning.
In shipping to Canada they charge 4 times the product cost on the initial shopping cart total. However they request that international buyers must complete the full transaction in order to see the actual shipping costs, which they hint maybe cheaper. Further more they claim that an email will be sent with the final billing to the customer but the order has not been processed yet. They then say that the international customer then has the option to proceed with the order or cancel if the shipping rates are outrageous. However this last statement is a lie. $24 for two 3 oz handles for a skimmer basket with $75 US for shipping? What BS. Really that's a $5 stamp in an envelope. Canada stay away for these crooks. Shame on Hayward for dealing with these scam artists.
I received my order (pool motor) unfortunately it was the wrong one! Still brand new never been hooked up trying to return this product so that i can order the right motor and get my pool up and running.no response from the return dept as of yet! Order #******* on 5/14/23 still waiting time is very important! Please help me
I have ordered a pool pump and an O-ring gasket for my pool filter. Each time it's the same thing, they get the order and email you that your order has shipped, yet it hasn't. This company does not have the material in their warehouse, this place is a call center. They are just making money off of being a middle man.
Now their knowledge seems to be on point, but when it takes 2 weeks or more to get your part it's just not worth it. I recommend finiding what you need through them but ordering from an ACTUAL distributor. I will not order from this company again and will not recommend them to anyone for parts.
After a stern Email and a poor review, Customer support was fairly prompt in a reply. Shipped my missing part next day! Woo Hoo a satisfied customer! The parts seem to be of good quality and was shipped an extra brush as well.
We placed an order for 3 items on 4/4/21. The items were broke down into 2 shipments with two different tracking numbers. We received the first part of our order in a timely manner on 4/7/21
(awesome) which was a replacement bag and wheels for our pool cleaner. I tracked the second part of the order which was TWO replacement cleaning brush's. It only stated that it was shipped and was still at the first facility for like a week. I reached out to customer service and was NEVER able to speak to anyone, I was on perpetual hold. I sent an email to customer service after THREE DAYS received a response. In the meantime USPS tracking informed me my package was finally on its way and should arrive Friday the 16th. The product did arrive early on Wednesday the same time as my email response stating my order should be there by Friday the 16th. NOW the shipment only contained ONE of TWO brushes ordered and paid for! I can not reach them on the phone. Email is my only contact and as far as they are concerned the tracking states my order was delivered! Probably will not order from them again due to poor customer service and ability to contact. My third Email to them explaining I am missing part of my order has not been addressed yet. Lets see what happens?
The item came in a plastic bag (no box) - had no protection and the top screen was crushed. I pushed most of the screen back out - but about 1/3 of the edge I left 'as is' for fear of me breaking the screen.
After installing pump motor, it SCREAMS. No water is leaking but it is VERY LOUD. Called customer service, they are sending an email to start my warranty claim, hopefully it isn't too difficult.
They answered all my questions right after I asked them. Most places would take a while so I would have to wait for 10 minutes while they found someone who could get the answer! This individual has my answer in 2 minutes! Great place to do business with. Will definitely buy from again.
The chat staff helped me through identifying the correct replacement pump motor after mine burned up last week. I was able to send pics of my existing equipment and they used that info to help me correct the problem. Thank You
Rebuilding 13 year old pool. Inyopools had all my parts in stock and shipped them quickly. Saved us thousands of bucks over a new pool. I never thought I could find replacement parts and actually found upgraded resin parts. Great experience!
I have been buying Hayworth PA-90 pool filters for many years now. I even compared their price to the original and it was the same so I thought I would give them a try. I got a cheap Chinese knock off instead. Never again.
My pump stopped working after a voltage spike when a thunder storm hit. Inyopools.com had the best price and their response to see if the replacement part would work on my older model Hayward maxflo XL PUMP. The company also recommend a shaft seal and gasket. I highly recommend them for all my future pool part
So far they have been quick with with getting my orders shipped, and also great at communicating the fact that because of the amount of items I ordered and they would be shipped from different warehouses, I received some items that were ordered a few days after one of my first orders, but I am ok with that because I was kinda of expecting that! So far all items that were ordered and shipped, have been right, packed well, no damage!
I had to replace a major component for my pool found exactly what I needed to get the job done. Shipping was super fast and products are exactly as advertised. Definitely will recommend to my other friends with pools.
Looked on line at your store, needed two weir doors for pool skimmer. Previous owner did not replace and both were missing. Found the parts needed and chatted with Jacob online. He double checked my order to make sure I was correct. Parts arrived in less than four days and fit perfectly. Thank you Jacob and thank you inyopools.
All went fine got what I needed with the help of online chat. Unfortunately my wife had gone out and bought a whole new unit I want not aware of this. I have requested a return The items I ordered are unopened.

Ordered 2 pump motors and corresponding Fit Kits as suggested by customer service rep. Seal Plate o ring was wrong size. They are sending new o ring ( right size) no charge. Unusually custpmer friendly response.
