Same as others have reported. Their "fraud department" flagged my order and required a photo ID. After "reviewing my ID" they declined to honor the purchase despite having charged my Chase Business account. Stupidly I sent them my ID which may be on the Dark Web. Fortunately, I have Experian looking out for me. What an obvious scam! A credit card gives you protection, Pay Pal is questionable.
They are absolutely terrible if you have any issue with your order. If you try returning something they will make it extremely difficult to get an RMA #. The chat online is useless. I have a damaged part that i received and I uploaded pics immediately to their email and that was a week ago with still no response. The prices are good but if you have any issue it will be a nightmare. I will never buy again from them after trying to deal with 2 issues

I used the chat feature to verify proper motor and seals for my failed pump motor. Paid for faster shipping. Motor and seals came faster than expected. Replaced in less than an hour. Works perfectly! Saved a bunch of money and plumbing by replacing only motor.
Ordered in mid May. Went thru the site setup process, placed the order, gave the card info and address, etc. After 12 days, I wondered where it was, went to the site, only to find no record of me or the order. So I ordered it all over again. This time it went well and came quickly, within 2 days.
Then, on 6/2, I got a second identical item! I don't know what to do with this one, and can't find a phone number to call you. And, I don't want to be charged twice. So please let me know a number I can call you at.
Prices were very reasonable (better than local pool supply stores). The order arrived in a timely manner in great condition and had the correct items. Way easier than going to local pool supply stores. I've used Inyo for 11 years now, never had an order issue, and the products they sell are excellent.
Purchased a product shortly after 1pm on a Thursday. Selected expedited overnight shipping. Received an email stating that product would not ship until Friday and received Monday. Called customer service and canceled order. Later that night received email stating product would arrive on Friday. Contacted company. They sent RMA instructions but want me to pay shipping cost. Beware.
The service rep kept asking for more photos. Required disassembly for photos. Asked gor serial number on shaft plate. After teardown he said thats right sometimes there isnt one. Then he said since we bought it through Amazon we had to go to them. They sent me back to Inya. Don't buy from them they will not help you.
The customer service is knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions clearly and were pleasant to talk with. The product line and prices are great. Ordered a new DE Filter and Multiport and it arrived in three days via freight truck. They walked me thru the delivery process and advised me to ask for liftgate delivery which was free. All around a great experience. The Video Library is outstanding...it will make an expert out of anyone.
I ordered the hose for the polaris pool sweep and floats as well as the twist into wall connector. All one unit. Price was below local stores. Haven't installed yet. It's freeZing outside. Will wait til it's warm, then lay the hose on the ground to straighten it before install. Very pleased so far.
These guys are awesome! I had been struggling to get the right parts for my pool filter motor. I had ordered from another vendor and received the incorrect parts, which had to be returned. Once I contacted INYOPools, the search was over. Over a live chat, they identified the correct motor and pump parts I needed and I purchased them. My order arrived early and my pool was back online in about 45 minutes. Again, these guys are awesome and I'd recommend them to any DIY'er. You will not be disappointed!
Ordered a draft hood and had a pretty rude customer service agent but I ignored her behavior because I needed the draft hood. After they charged my card they emailed the next day saying they didn't have the part? Why take my credit card and charge it if you didn't have it. Even the rep on the phone looked it up, I guess I will wait for a refund in a week or two and try somewhere else. Would avoid this company, not sure they are more then a reseller of convenience.
Bought a salt cell installed it. Immediately noticed leak from middle of cell. Contacted them multiple times keep getting run around "working on it" been 19 days no resolution. Have been told someone will contact within 24/48 hours two different occasions with no response. Said waiting on Hayward asked for case number couldn't provide one. When using phone to call was told we were trying to bypass warranty. We bought from them would expect a refund or replacement from the retailer told it's a warranty issue. I could see this if it was installed then went bad however it was bad from the start. Sent pictures showing leak. Never purchase from this company unless you prefer to be strung along and waste your time and money. However they will make sure you get discount emails every other day.

I had to buy a new variable speed pump for my pool, and if I had done through the normal retail pool supply stores it would have cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $1,200... money I really didn't want to have to spend. I stumbled on INYOpools.com website and couldn't believe the pricing. But, that was just the tip of the iceberg with them... their customer service is 5 Stars in every way. Not only did they help me get all the seals and things needed to install the new pump, they corrected an issue when one of the items sent being wrong with such haste that I was simply amazed. INYOpools saved me so much money. Shipping, customer service and product quality are definitely the BEST! I highly recommend them.
I wasted over an hour of my life looking for support from a defective product. Terrible customer support and lousy products. There is no way to hold the shaft of their motor with a wrench so you can't tighten the impeller in place
Receiver my Hayworth.85 hp to replace my Pureline 1.5 hp looks like the same pump, replaced 2 motors on the Pureline all in the late 5 years hope this last longer only run for 8-10 hour a day clear filter and strainer often. Fast shipping, packed very well price has more than doubled in 5 years.
Got what I ordered, and got it early. Price was good and all of the parts fit. Ordered an impeller, shaft seal, lip seal, slinger, and an O ring kit for my 30 year old Jacuzzi Magnum. Did the motor bearings over the winter and now my pump is new again! Thanks.
I ordered pump parts over a week ago. It shipped in 2 separate boxes. The first box arrived, but it has been over a week and still no second box. I contacted their customer support and they pretty much gave me a canned answer that your parts are on the way. I wish I could give them a zero star, but I have to give them at least one. Do not use this site to order parts unless you don't need them for several weeks.
Great product, much lighter and easier to use than our recently deceased 10 year old Dolphin. The filter basket is a great improvement over the old system which dropped dirt into the clean pool when you pulled it out after a cleaning.
