I am concerned that it is not obvious where my recurring pricing is located on the website and how to see it. I've looked several times and still can not see where I've paid, how much I've paid, and when my next payment is expected. Very discerning.
I've not had any issues with iPostal1. I sent out mailings a few weeks ago and when one of the mailers was sent back due to the property being vacant, I was immediately notified. Overall, a great experience so far.

IPostal1 has to date met my specific needs, and put up with and executed my odd requirements just as I had requested. The response time was reasonable and the consolidating and shipping of my packages was carried out without a glitch. IPostal1's client portal is easy to use and provides an effective way self-manage packages and letters - at a reasonable price. Last but not least, the staff at my iPostal1 address has been helpful, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend iPostal1.

I have not gotten 1 pc of mail yet for either myself or my wife Michelle Deitrick. Support at the site (Staples Store in Deptford, NJ) was nonexistent. Trying to get to talk to a live person is impossible. So, I'm extremely disappointed in the service so far because there has been zero service to help me figure anything out. I'm hoping once the post office address request I put in that maybe some mail will come through your service. If I don't get any mail in the next few weeks. I will expect a full refund of everything. Your customer service is nonexistent. I'm extremely disappointed in everything you have done for me and my wife. We've had this service since February and have gotten no help from anyone from your team or at the Staples store where the physical address is located.

Your subscription begins as soon as you create your account and enter your information, as that is when you are first provided with your unique virtual address.
As stated on our FAQs page, the USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. Most customers find this process to be both fast and easy.
Once forms are submitted, they are reviewed and approved if in order. According to our records, your documents were initially uploaded on 2/3, and you were notified on 2/4 via email that we required a different address ID from you, as the one you had uploaded is not accepted by the USPS, and you were also informed the since your wife's name is on your account, we still required her completed and notarized 1583 form and her two forms of ID, as these documents are required for each adult whose name is on your account. Your corrected form was then resubmitted on 1/16 and approved by your mail center on 1/21.
You then sent us your address ID, but none of the required documents for your wife, on 2/13, and we emailed you back on 2/14 to notify you that the ID you sent had been uploaded for review. Later that same day, after your newly uploaded ID was reviewed, we emailed you again to notify you that we still require all documentation for you wife, and as her name is on your account, we cannot approve your account for either of you until her documentation is provided and approved.
After this last email was sent to you on 2/14, you did not upload the requested documentation, nor did you reach back out to our Customer Service team. This is why your account is still not yet approved, meaning that your mail center is not permitted to accept any mail, whether it is sent directly or forwarded by the USPS, on behalf of you or your wife.
Our Customer Service team will be reaching back out to follow-up with you and work with you to get your account approved for both you and your wife as soon as possible.

Very expensive! Would greatly help to lower prices and streamline the signup process which is extremely tedious & frustrating, with needless glitches such as having to pay online notary x2 due to "technical errors"--very inefficient, and again, very costly service and fees...

Our goal is total transparency. Our strategy is to charge the lowest monthly mailbox fee possible and then charge customers only for the optional services they choose, like shipping, scanning mail content or mail pickup. We believe this is the fairest way to price, so people who don’t need optional services do not subsidize the people that do.
Please keep in mind that at most locations the monthly mailbox fee is only $9.99. You would pay twice as much for PO Box, which does not come with the convenience of digital mailbox service, so this really is a great value and a tremendous convenience.

My experience has been okay so far. I wasn't thrilled to be overcharged for my virtual Notary service or that the opening of my box was needlessly held up waiting for a form from my husband, but other than that, no problems that I'm currently aware of.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at service@iPostal1.com about next steps.
Answer: Given your specific needs, it pays to do a little homework before deciding which state or city will work best for you. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.
