Signup for the Entrepreneur Plan - Direct Admin reseller hosting.

I have been shopping around looking at all different hosts and the benefits/features which each host can offer me the best price for my 300+ client accounts.

Questions I ask each host:

1. Will/Can they help me move each account without downtime? (All host replied yes)
- Ive cloud replied, "We can do better, before migrating your accounts. We will do all necessary preparations and configuration on our side to move your clients in batches of 50 accounts. This will allow us to check each domain to ensure success and zero data loss.
2. Once I reach the diskspace allocate to my account what then? (All hosts replied with different answers, ivecloud.co.za gave me the best detailed response!)
- Ive cloud replied, "If you reach your allotted space, you will be charged an over usage fee of R0.80 per 1GB. Alternatively, our billing department can calculate a fixed discounted cost per incremental usage per month to avoid any surprised billing (e.g. 50GB x R0.60 = R30/pm). This will give you stability in knowing your expense with an added discount rate.
3. If one of my clients has an issue, how will the host help? (Most hosts replied by saying their reseller hosting is well documented but I can contact them for help)
- Ive cloud replied, "We stand by our service and our resellers, we will never abandon you to figure things out for yourself. Thus, should an issue arise beyond your expertise and you don't know how to resolve it, our highly experienced support team will review and assist you to solve the problem as quickly and smoothly as possible. Our support team may also provide 1 on 1 remote assistance via Anydesk to demonstrate on how to resolve control panel issues and usability (This not a service obligation, we find resellers learn faster if they see visual demonstration).
4. Does the host provide WHMCS licensing and/or they support it? (Most reply that they do not provide licensing and support will need to be from WHMCS)
- Ive cloud replied, "Yes! We certainly do. IveCloud is an Authorized WHMCS Reseller, as such, we provide first line support to all our resellers. This includes but not limited to installation and basic configuration, troubleshooting & again 1 on 1 remote assistance via Anydesk to demonstrate functionality and/or usability.

Having received such detailed answers to my questions, there was no doubt in my mind that ivecloud.co.za is the provider I was looking for!

The ivecloud renewal process is well designed. The email reminder was well-written, in such a way that you know it's not spam, with options for one-click login. They don't try to sell you anything extra, just give you options to renew the service and move on with your life. Love the simplicity!

Moved all my cpanel servers to ivecloud at the start of January 2020, truth be told – I AM LOVING THEM! Ivecloud is by far the best provider that I have had the pleasure of working with.

Their pricing, support, and industry knowledge is far more superior than any hosting provider that I have tried in the past!

Providers such as 1-grid, domains.co.za, rsaweb.co.za, axxess.co.za and worst of all Afrihost can learn a thing or two from these guys.

The live chat at IVECloud is (in contrast to many other competitors) a valid choice when you seek support.
The people there get you an answer in a glimpse. As an technician I always have to struggle with first level supporters that do not know the working of their own system and cannot give you a detailed description when you ask more specific questions. Here, every answer is specific and with a detailed explanation about why it is as it is.

Also, the pricing is top and they do custom OS installs if you ask them.
I think the other reviews about the support not responding might have written to the wrong email address or something like that. Never had issues there. Write a friendly reminder to the guys from the chat and they will surely help you out.:-)

I am really so impressed with Ive cloud!

Being new to the ecommerce industry I was not sure who I should host with. I admittedly made a few mistakes but since migrating to Ive Cloud I can honestly say that I am never leaving!

They are so quick to assist no matter the time of day, regardless of the platform I contact them on. This is very rare for South Africa.

The price I pay vs what I receive is tremendous. You could not find better value for money service anywhere, not even internationally!
