I ordered a MacBook from them and they delivered the MacBook within 6 days. I've been using the MacBook for 3 weeks now and have not noticed any issue. Great service.

Disappointed the speaker volume wasn't better. I wanted to get it to use for zoom so I could use my tablet while zooming. Volume on my tablet fine, the one we just got from JemJem, not so much.

I ordered my daughter an iPhone 6 plus for her bday... Received an iPhone 6 that is locked and still has another financial obligation on it. $400 and I can't use my phone. I want my money back!

But I reported missing a phone case my las order jj promised to ship one and never did! Not a very good customer service!
