The whole process was really quick. I booked a home session and Mr. Abul came on the very next day. He brought extra samples too. He was very courteous and well behaved. The purchase experience was very smooth too. I bought the one I liked in that very session. I got the purity certificate and the invoice on my email within 15 minutes.
I would like to leave a review about this company. The ring and earrings that I ordered were disgustingly made. The color of the stones in the earrings is different. This is the first one. The ring does not match neither the engraving nor the color of the stones and also differs in color from my order stone instead of blue put black. The quality looks like it is cheap metal, not white gold. Disgusting quality. I will ask for a refund, but no one will give it back to me!

This is for children or just junk jewelry. If you say these are real then it's real junk. You can't see the ring or necklace without a magnifying glass. Can't read the engraving so sorry I wasted my time and money I'll definitely be returning them. Stones aren't cut the same paid extra for genuine diamonds on the side of the ring and there just bumps are diamonds even set there? I paid extra for engraving but can't even see it it's small but also barly engraved into the metal.
I'm just very unimpressed with all of it. I'll spend more elsewhere for quality items. I recored myself writing this review and I'll post on BBB and sitejabber & Facebook and record any phone calls (this place is shady) till my money is returned. You will be sorry you used this site…

Ordered a Russian ring necklace with x3 personalised engraved rings which was stylish and beautiful. The piece was on black Friday price with an additional 10% new customer discount added plus a free gift of another necklace which was perfect for my 10 year old daughter. Confirmation email was quick and a very thorough delivery email followed. Received the purchase with in a week which i thought was great service considering it was engraved. Website was very easy to use. My ring actually came in the mail a lot earlier than it was said too even though I ordered it a week before mothers day. I am extremely happy with the service great communication via email and text messages. However, the engravings are tiny and so is the actual ring. My mom is a size 7 and the stones are small as well. I have not worn it because it is a gift for someone else I am hoping the quality is what they promised and I am very worried about that given the current concerns. They need to include a picture of it on someone's finger to show actual size.

I got a monogrammed 14k gold disk. For over $300 I could have gotten better at Walmart. The bail is nonexistent and totally different than their photos. The chain would break just sneezing on it. I do not recommend this company.
My daughter bought me a family ring with 5 stones for Christmas. The silver was so soft that in less than two weeks the ring was completely bent and disfigured and on the verge of cracking. I had to take it to another jewelers to get a whole new backing put on it so it could withstand the wear of daily wearing. When my daughter told them about it their response was, "oh sorry, you should have sent it back and we could have maybe done something." Why are they selling such low quality work to begin with? Very disappointed as this was such a special gift and maybe I could have checked with Jewlr first before the other jeweller did something but I didn't want to disappoint my daughter. They won't even compensate her for their original shoddy work.

No communication despite numerous calls to a number that doesn't answer your call. Instructed to leave a message and they don't call you back! I've wrote 3 times now too. They don't allow you to leave comments or feedback on their social media pages... ask yourself why and if all these raving reviews are genuine! I think not! Avoid this company. Worst customer service ever!

I picked Jewlr because they could make the ring I wanted and deliver it in time for my wedding. Three days prior, the ring did not "pass quality control" and they pushed the delivery date out beyond the wedding. The only good thing is they allowed me to cancel and refund the order and express shipping.
Now I'm left without a ring with 3 days to go.

Purchased a ring for my husband less than 3 months ago in remembrance of his late twin brother. Ring has/had two amethyst gems. One fell out already last week. Since the company has a 1 yr repair policy, I placed the repair order and was SUPPOSED to receive a CALL letting me know who and how to send his ring in. Instead I received the following email "
Thank you for your email and we definitely want to help you get your ring repaired.
However, due to the busy holiday season and the large number of orders that we are working hard to fulfill, we cannot accept any repairs at this time.
Please get in touch with us after the holidays and we will be more than happy to talk to you about your repair.
If you like we can send you all the information you need to have your ring resized/repaired.

Disappointed with size of bar pendant. Website pic makes it look bigger. Also this is the second time I order a necklace and its packaged so poorly that the chain is tangled and knotted. Unfortunately I will not order from Jewlr any more.
The item purchased was of unacceptable quality, especially given the money paid for it. The necklace looked like 3 linked washers rather than white gold rings. The free gift necklace had a gap from one side to the other where it had been poorly made. We were told we'd have to pay return postage if we wanted a refund, despite the item looking nothing like the one pictured on their website. Wouldn't purchase anything from them again
I have to say that I was very disappointed when I got the actual product. I bought this ring as a Christmas present for my daughter and if you look at the picture on the sight you can clearly see the engraving and the shape of the Celtic knots. However, when you get the ring it doesn't even remotely compare. Looks like something you would give to a child, definitely not worth £200 (approx). Will never use them again.

The overall shopping experience was great with a very polished website and order customization process.
The ring was produced and shipped within a week of ordering, and arrived on time as expected.
The ring is nice, the engravings look good and are actually slightly larger than the website showed(which is a good thing since I was concerned they would be too small to read as others have mentioned)
I ordered a diamond(cubix), emerald(genuine), topaz(genuine) and ruby(genuine). The cubix diamond and genuine topaz are acceptable I feel, but the ruby and emerald are so opaque that they look plastic.
I immediately started the refund process as I felt very disappointed with the stone quality, especially having paid the upgrade to genuine stones (except diamond).
I will update this review with my return experience, as I am slightly concerned with how it will go.
I ordered a mothers ring for my girlfriend as she was about to give birth to our child. The ring came in on time and before she gave birth so my plan worked perfectly. That is until I slipped in on her finger and within 24 hours she had a greenish/purple ring around her finger from the ring. This instantly went from a great idea/gift to embarrassment on my behalf. I could not believe it. Very bad deal and will be trying to resolve this issue.
