Overall i give the site a rating of 6, & find that on the higher end without being able to actually see, feel, wear the merchandise which was purchased.

Jewlr is amazing, I got a customise ring done for my girlfriend and I messed up a few things and George e-mailed me and helped me fix the problem, allowed me to change the metal and stones and everything and fixed the spelling errors. JEWLRS ROCKS! Love you guys and I'll keep using this place for life. Maybe I'll find my wedding rings here <3 Thank you so much for being awesome!

Was well made. My son loved it for his girlfriend on her birthday before he takes off for the military in July. A promise to come back. I'm gonna hold him to it. Thank you!

1st Purchase: Rose Gold Name Necklace quality of nameplate great however the chain was flimsy.
2nd: Husband bought a ring received tarnished.
3rd: Bought gift for my niece's 16th birthday was supposed to arrive Thursday last week. I figured even if it arrive on the Friday i will be ok. It is now Monday and it hasnt arrived yet. She is from out of town and i would never have purchases it if I knew i wouldnt have it for the weekend.
3 strikes and Im done with company. From quality to delivery issues its not worth my time.

I ordered a bracelet for my god child's pictures, the only reason I went with this company I'd that they assured I'd have my item ON TIME. Payed extra for overnight shipping, was even lied to and told that if i used the instant gift option it would be made quicker LIES. They shipped the bracelet literally the day before they said it would be delivered sent me a tracking number and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PRODUCT. My godchild ended up taking pictures without it. I'll never order here again

I was a bit weary to actually buy this peice because when I put the name in it looked great but when I was putting my credit card numbers in the necklace still said Ashley which is the name you guys used. I figured when I was buying this peice upon getting ready to push enter it still said Ashley I just assumed the name I put would be there upon hitting enter to order this peice not Ashley. I guess what I'm saying is upon hitting enter to buy this peice it should have the name you entered not the sample you guys have.

This was such an easy site to navigate, so many unique ways to personalize the gift for my daughter. Best of all placed my order and paid with my Amazon card. Love it

I love the website and its personalization options.
My first purchase was a beautiful emerald promise ring. I was really pleased.

The next ring I purchased had substantial flaws upon receipt.
Customer Service seems to be genuinely determined to satisfy customer needs and concerns, and they are very responsive. The warranty is good.
Still in the process of having the second and third ring repaired.

(A third ring I ordered came out beautifully, but a small nick/crack made it past the quality inspection.)
Jewlr.com has promised to correct both rings.

I don't know if I have the opportunity to come back and modify my reviews. I hope I can. I'd love to come back and give a 5 star review.

I hope the company will tighten up its quality inspections so that the customer doesn't have to fool around with a return process, which is always inconvenient.

My ring looked nothing like the photos and within two months a stone fell out. Contact the company and I have to pay to fix it. Save your money and shop around, you will be disappointed.

Ordering was STELLAR, but I am hoping the product is not a cheesy cheap thin piece of jewelry like you find being sold by creepy vendors. If it is not a good solid strong piece of jewelry it is going back.

This company gave me an opal Cross for a friend's birthday and when I needed them to have a delivered on the specific dates they were able to help me out

Easy to make last minute changes before finalizing your order. Prices seem reasonable. Not sure on quality yet because I have not received items yet...

Ordered the mother's bracelet as a grandmother's bracelet in silver for my Mom. It is just beautiful, and she loves it! Highly recommend this company!

The ring looked beautiful on-line but when it arrived I wasn't impressed. First it was very small, so small you couldn't even read the names on it plus the stone that I paid extra for was dull and chipped.
At most it was a $30 ring. I paid $185.
When I first contacted you regarding the chipped/cracked stone it was going to cost me MORE money to get it fixed. After I complained I was told it wouldn't cost me but I still had to send it back.
I thought about it but decided it wasn't even worth the postage to send it back for repair. I chalked it up to a lesson learned. I will never buy jewelry online again. This was an expensive lesson for a ring I wore less than an hour.

Putting together a custom order for a gold locket with 5 stones was easy, ordering itself also easy and delivery was much faster than expected. My wife loved it so all in all great experience.

Review by Anonymous User I want to love this necklace so bad but can't. I bought this necklace to honor my grandmother who recently passed of whom, I am named after. The writing looks cute but that's the nicest thing I can say. After paying extra to change the length from 14 inches to 16 because 14 inches would fit like a choker and that wasn't the look I was going for I was disappointed to see that the 16 inch was pretty much a choker because it was uncomfortably tight around me neck. Now the name itself. The font is great however it is so thin and flimsy I could literally bend it. I'm scared it I turn my neck too fast it might snap in two. Again, I really wanted to like it. It's cute and it came a day earlier but I can't. I will have to return. Hopefully, it won't be a issue. I forgot to mention, I went to Claire's today and saw that they had zodiac name necklaces. Out of curiosity, I picked one up and bent it and it didn't! This silver, $27.99 necklace didn't even bend meanwhile, this $250 necklace bent instantly.

Very nice and easy process, just hope they deliver this as scheduled in time for Mother's Day. This is going to be a great gift and looks like great quality.
