The whole process was really quick. I booked a home session and Mr. Abul came on the very next day. He brought extra samples too. He was very courteous and well behaved. The purchase experience was very smooth too. I bought the one I liked in that very session. I got the purity certificate and the invoice on my email within 15 minutes.
I would like to leave a review about this company. The ring and earrings that I ordered were disgustingly made. The color of the stones in the earrings is different. This is the first one. The ring does not match neither the engraving nor the color of the stones and also differs in color from my order stone instead of blue put black. The quality looks like it is cheap metal, not white gold. Disgusting quality. I will ask for a refund, but no one will give it back to me!
Beautiful jewelry. Definitely affordable. I will be returning to purchase other items in the future! With all the ads I could avoid checking the jewery out any further. I'm glad I did.
My ring was tarnished, went to a real jeweler- they said the diamonds were fake!
And on top of all that, my finger turned purple from the ring.

Recently bought/created a ring there. With a genuine birthstone of mine with 10k white gold. So beautiful and fits so well on my finger. Shipping came faster than expected. Still has a shine to it :)

The rings are beautiful and decently priced however the name engraving is not very legible and not sure it should even be a feature listed unless it could be improved.

I'm happy with the ordering process and free gift, my only small issue was I was sized as a (Y) UK, and the ring went from x1/2 to z. Hopefully the size is OK.
I got billed 3 times for the same order. The website kept saying the order was not placed, please go back and place it again. I have been charged 3 times for one ring.
The ring was so beautiful but the first thing I noticed is the set up of box. The neatness & how everything was organized and fitted. I just opened it and automatically loved it.
I hope I will get a refund on this. It is the most disappointing price of... I don't even believe I spent top dollar for this! We will see how the return/ refund goes.

The original order was placed by my husband, by the time he gets me the email to fill out the form to return the ring for a fallen out stone, the link is expired! HELP!

I hope the ring as Beautiful as seen on the computer. And to make sure if it needs to be sized, is there a charge and how do I get it back to the company.
I purchased a bracelet but I sent in the spelling of one of the names wrong plus needed it resized. They helped me out. And it came back perfect

The service was faultless, but the item (a ring) was very very small and not what I expected. The stones were so small it was almost impossible to tell what colour they were.
