My experience with Jewel was fantastic! I ordered a mother's ring with 7 jewels across a band. I was shocked when I received it and it was such a quality piece. The band is very thick and each stone is pristine. I have had a dream of making this ring (which is actually a family ring with my husband and my stones also) for almost 10 years. I knew we weren't done having kids so I waited until I was sure our family was complete. I never imagined I would be able to obtain such a beautiful piece at such an affordable price. Having five daughters I couldn't afford to spend thousands of dollars to have a custom made heirloom. Jewel allowed me to do this at an exceptional value without compromising any of the quality. I would recommend this company to anyone! I also utilized the free resizing option that they offer because I ordered my ring half a size too big. I ordered 3 classic flip pendants from Jewrl. Admittedly I was a little skeptical about ordering "genuine gold" jewelry online. I find it difficult to gauge gold without feeling the weight. Jewrl's catalog is quite extensive with plenty of alternatives to help make your piece perfect for each customer. When adding stones to your piece you can select genuine or simulated, 10k or 14k and white, yellow or rose gold.
I found ordering quite simple except that there seemed to be a bit of a glitch in the app. I was ordering genuine stones for all my pieces however, during checkout the order changed to simulated stones on several occasions of course needing me to go back a few times to make corrections. This was a little frustrating.
My 3 pendants were created in approximately 10 days, delivery shortly there after. I must admit, the pendants are stunning! They have a good weight to them and are beautifully detailed. Definitely a quality piece of jewellery I will be most proud to gift to my children. Jewrl is definitely now my first stop for quality jewellery!

I ordered February 9th for 2 day shipping free, however unless I pay 9.95 for guaranteeing February 14 the it would not arrive until February 16. Their math only works to their benefit.

I purchased a ring after my father passed to represent him, once I paid I had no contact with the company. I want to ask about delivery time, no reply. I rang the number provided and apparently I was ringing out business hours, was ringing in Australia in business to their business place here. Emailed so many time, never got a reply. Finally I did. I received the ring which is meant to be 10ct gold, no markings on ring, had two well known jewellers look at it and they could not find the marking to say it was 10ct gold. When I was able to get a hold of them, I mentioned this and was told I was lying and that the ring is marked. Sent photos and they admitted it wasn't there. Now they expect me to return the ring so they can fix it. I had this ring made so I could wear it to remember my father and I have had nothing but rudeness, nasty people who called me a lier about not receiving any calls from them till this one. I said I can provide my call log if they like. Disgusting customer service. Beware, once they get your money, they will not communicate with you.

This place is a joke! Made a purchase from there and the item I received looks nothing like what I was purchasing. Craftsmanship was horrible so I decided I would return it. They have a 99 day return policy but unfortunately with kids and life in general I was not able to meet the 99 days. I emailed them prior to sending the item back stating it would be after the 99 day period and I was told, "You do not have to worry about the needed time to send the item to us". I recently received a call from the company stating they would not be giving me a refund but instead they could issue me store credit. I explained that I would never be shopping there after my first experience and they stated that was the only option. I told them that I was assured I would get my money back and emailed the company stating the item would be returned after their 99 day policy and I was assured that was fine. They stated that was an error and I shouldn't have been told that but still they would not honor their word and refund my money, insisting all they could do was issue me store credit. Beyond unsatisfied and annoyed that they have $350 of mine and the item I purchased and will do nothing about my refund I am owed.

Really impressed ring came very quick and very happy with service when neckless that it came with had broke and there was no problems sending out a new one
