The experience was amazing, From taking time to designing the jewelry, to manufacturing time, to shipping, Could not of been any better, And the Ring was Perfect. No design flaws, from the engraving to the intricate design of it all, absolutely will recommend to my friends.

Super simple and easy to personalize. I was able to make two necklaces; One for my grandmother containing 8 birthstones of her daughter, son, daughter-in-law, granddaughters and grandsons. And one for my mother-in-law containing 2 birthstones for her two sons. I will definitely be shopping with Jewlr again!

Easy site to maneuver. Gem size very oversized in pictures. I am not happy with the size of the simulated gems in the ring - we can hardly see them, except for the simulated ruby. Very disappointed in that.

Selecting and "making" the ring was so much fun. With my ring being a "high value" ring I had to speak to a manager to verify it was me and make sure everything correct. Later I had to change the size and there was no issues, extra charges or anything, just happy to oblige. I had a set date it was being shipped and to my pleasure it was overnighted, I had it the next day! It is perfect! Exactly as I pictured it, and fits perfectly! I will recommend jewlr.com to anyone and everyone!

I was very surprised at the quality & weight of the pendant for the price I paid. When I received it and opened the box it was too beautiful for words. My husband was alittle choked up at the sentiment and how it looked. The best part is that it was 100% refundable but luckily it didn't come to that but it was reassuring knowing that I had the option.

Ordering online was super easy and I really liked that the images were in real time, every time I changed a stone it was updated immediately - I knew exactly what I was getting.

I will be a repeat customer for sure.

* Ordered a letter "N" necklace for a friends 40th birthday in July 2022 and was sent a child's necklace.
* When I inquired with Jewlr they denied it (this necklace would not of fitted any adult neck) and they advised the way to fix the issue was to pay more money for an extension + postage to send the necklace back.
* Begrudgingly paid for an extension and was sent back a necklace with the extension but the letter "A".
* They tried to get me to pay to send their necklace back (even though it was their mistake they sent a necklace with the wrong letter back) and after numerous unanswered emails (weeks and months going by) they finally sent a new necklace with extension to me with the correct letter (noting this is now August 2023 and my friends 41st birthday had now gone by)!
* There is little to no customer service, the quality of the jewellery is average and very thin and I would not recommend anyone buy from them.

I received a ring as a gift for my birthday and liked the quality of it. I decided to look at the site for a gift for my daughter and found the perfect gift. I tried to look at the reversible rings but got kicked off the site twice. I decided to not bother trying again but think they are something I would like to look at in the future. Ordered the Personalized Name Necklace with rope chain and SO disapointed in the quality. Chain is so thin, clasp is weak. The name is so thin it bends. Waste of money :( Wanted to give this to my niece for her 18th birthday but cant as quality is so cheap. Very very disappointing

First and foremost, the ability to CUSTOMIZE jewelry like this is innovation at it's finest, if you want to tell somebody you love them this website offers several ways for you to do it in your own unique way. Though the pieces are much smaller than anticipated, I wouldn't buy an engagement ring here, but they still look phenomenal and everyone I gave a custom piece to enjoyed theirs (3 persons) especially the woman I love which was most important. Size doesn't always matter! Lastly, I have to mention the customer service, some websites you send emails, call, and walk 500 miles just to reach somebody and have them them help you, I sent ONE email and they got back to me within a day. Truly outstanding and great business, I hope this company goes as far as those big name places that offer the same old everything.

I love this site, beautiful custom jewelry. This is my 2nd order in less than a year. If I had to think of one down fall of the site is the amount of time it takes to get your peice. Ordered a birthstone ring for my granddaughter. I was given the option to order two additional items at a discount.

One of the aquamarine stines fell out the first day. The necklace changed colors after one week. The ring was not cheap. Junk jewelry.

I didn't know what to get my mom for Christmas. I found the perfect mother's ring with mine and my sisters' birthstones. I was also looking for the perfect engagement ring for my boyfriend. I can't wait to see his face.

I found a claddah ring that I really liked and purchased it as a gift to my boyfriend this Christmas. The ring is very well detailed but it came with one humongous flaw, it turned his finger army green. I am extremely disappointed with this ring and expected more out of a ring that cost $100. I understand that a great quality ring will be a little more pricey than that. However, if I wanted a ring to turn his finger green I would have bought one off of a twenty five cent machine.

I bought a necklace worth more than 300 for my daughter, but after wearing it for a month, I found that the necklace had quality problems. I returned the product. I found that the goods arrived at their company on February 8th, but I still did not receive their company's refund on February 16th, and I sent an e-mail inquiry for a few days, but there was no reply. Poor after-sales service, poor quality, will never buy again

I ordered my mom a mother's ring with our birthstones and names engraved on it. The ordering process was easy and it shipped quicker than I thought it would. The ring is beautiful and my mom loved it!

I ordered ear rings and a pendant for my wife with my childrens birthstones inside (the caged style). The birthstones are all but invisible! You literally cant see them at all if you are more than6 inches away, both pieces basically just look like the silver cage with nothing inside. I checked the box to see if they fell out. The stones pictured online are AT LEAST 5 times larger than what I got inside the jewelry. Maybe if you go with the fake stones theyll be bigger, but I paid extra for real gems and Im embarrassed to give them to my wife!

I suggested this ring with non genuine stones, I silver my husband surprised me with the 14k genuine stones and love love love inscriptions. I cried my eyes out because it was so beautiful, better than I ever imagined and had my three stars on it.
