The whole process was really quick. I booked a home session and Mr. Abul came on the very next day. He brought extra samples too. He was very courteous and well behaved. The purchase experience was very smooth too. I bought the one I liked in that very session. I got the purity certificate and the invoice on my email within 15 minutes.
I would like to leave a review about this company. The ring and earrings that I ordered were disgustingly made. The color of the stones in the earrings is different. This is the first one. The ring does not match neither the engraving nor the color of the stones and also differs in color from my order stone instead of blue put black. The quality looks like it is cheap metal, not white gold. Disgusting quality. I will ask for a refund, but no one will give it back to me!
FALSE DELIVERY INFORMATION EVEN THO I PAID £9 FOR "EXPRESS" DELIVERY. NO PHONE CONTACT OR EMAIL WHAT SO EVER TO REPLY TO MY MESSAGES. NEEDED MY ITEM BEFORE MOTHERSDAY AND UPON CHECK OUT IT SAID IT WOULD ARRIVE AROUND 12TH MARCH. AND DONT EVEN USE COVID AS AN EXCUSE THEN WHY SAY 12TH MARCH? AND IF OTHER COMPANIES CAN DELIVER BESPOKE ITEMS WITHIN A WEEK THEN HOW COME JEWLR CANT? ABSOULTE STUPID COMPANY. WILL NEVER USE THIS AGAIN. THANKS FOR MAKING THIS MOTHERS DAY A DISASTER. THIS REVIEW WILL BE PUBLISHED EVERYWHERE.
If you want a ring thatll loose its stone within the first 2 months of buying it, then this is your place! Oh and customer service? Theyll tell you anything they can to get you to keep spending money over and over again for the jewlery to always malfunction... utterly disappointed in this company NEVER buying from them again PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not make my mistake. I dont know how they are getting 5 stars with other people, just got off a 2 hour phone call for the literally the 7th time now for weeks and still no help from anyone. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE
