I have never before ordered jewelry online but these folks made it so easy and their products are so beautiful and they even resized one of my rings for me. They are so attentive and are so customer focused. Thank you all.

At a loss to find a reasonably priced present for my wife, a friend suggested I should have a look at Jewlr. Not expecting to find much I entered their website and found a mirriad of custom-made jewelry on offer. I decided upon a ring with both our birthstones and names inscribed on the outside and a personal inscription on the inside. This was made within a week and was sent to me by post. Upon opening the parcel I was delighted with all aspects. The ring was beautiful, absolutely stunning, the presentation box complete with a record of the build, a certificate of authenticity and a an equally gorgeous free necklace. I cannot explain how my wife reacted upon opening her present on Christmas morning, needless to say she was in tears and delighted with the ring. One of the most important in life was sold to my fiance under false pretenses, my future husband proposed to me on 8/2, on my birthday I went to have my ring sized only find that the meatal was a piece of $#*! n the stones were worthless, this is the worst company and they will totally rip you off. What a hell of a birthday gift, and that crushed my fiance, this company is total BS!

I ordered a ring for Valentine's Day with my sons names and birthstones. The engraving job just looks cheap and will probably wear off quickly. The ring is MUCH smaller and thinner than the picture. I paid several hundred dollars for a ring that looks like it came from Claires for $10. Won't order again.

This was the first site I could do so much detail to really make the gift one of a kind. I just wish you had more of a selection with 13 birthstones so I could get my mom a grandma pendant. Instead I just did her children instead of grand-kids.

I purchased a Name necklace 10K gold for my daughter and couldn't be more pleased with it. It looks just like the one I designed in the page very fine piece. The thin chain makes it more elegant and less extravagant. She Love it!
Arrived on time for Christmas

Disappointed in the size of the stones verrry small and get lost in the pendant. Customer service is quick to answer, however, they would add stones to make up for size "AT A COST" when initially i couldve gotten 6 stones included in original price (i bought it with 2). Im not a picky person however make it close to the photo or so that people can tell there are stones in it. Yes i understand enlarged to show detail but this isnt the case here

I ordered a good necklace with an inscription on it. The gold plaque was soooooo small you can't see the writing. I had to get a microscope to see if it said what I wanted it to say. When you order the picture looks so much bigger. I would never have ordered it hard I known it would be so small. I ordered make played before and was satisfied. So I ordered again. This time I'm disappointed. Don't know if I'll order again.

My husband ordered the caged hearts mothers claddagh ring with three gems I had shown him. He says it arrived just as promised. I could not be happier! It is beautiful! It is 14 karat yellow gold with the gems. I had it appraised and it is exactly what he ordered! Thank you!

My son brought me a bracelet from this company, with it I received a necklace (which incdiently was broken on the clasp) when I reported it to them they dispatched another one which I received very quickly from a post mark in Edinburgh! And less than two months later one of the stones fell out of the bracelet, I reported it to the company and had to pay £12.00 for the cost of returning it to them from repair, they did agree to cover my costs up £12.00 for returning it, it then cost me a further £7.95 to pay to the post office return it to them which incidentally again was in Edinburgh. They have agreed to reimburse me the £7.95 however it has still cost me £12 for them to post it back to me.

I do not understand why if items were posted to and from Edinburgh why I incurred the £12 and I'm afraid am really disappointed with this company - would not recommend

I purchased a necklace for my mother for Mother's Day, the three stone one with our names encraved, my mom loved it, it looked really pretty, it came fast and even the gift that came with it was beautiful! Highly recommend it!

I was extremely satisfied with the recent purchase of a family ring. It arrived within one week of ordering, it has a one-year guarantee and it had free sizing which was unnecessary as the ring fit perfectly. It is 10 karat gold with three genuine birthstones. The quality of the ring is excellent and the price was easily 50% less than what I would've paid in a jewellery store. This will be a ring that gets passed from generation to generation!

I thought I loved the ring we ordered for my daughter, when we received the actual ring, it was even better than I thought, True perfection in quality and craftsmanship. I will be telling everyone i know and shopping here for every jewlery need.

Express delivery still takes too long as ordering on 3rd and need it for 13th Dec for son's mothers present. But only receiving it on the 13th. Hopefully will be in to receive it. Should be next day or within 4 days max for express delivery if your paying for service.

I ordered a custom ring for my fiancé and it came out beautiful. My family and friends loved it and were recommended. I love how the communication was very clear and professional with the company and myself. I will be ordering my wedding ring with them once the time comes.

Jewlr got in touch with me soon after I wrote my review. After a couple of emails they told me they would be making my necklaces in silver for me (I had ordered them in 10k gold) so that I wouldn't be completely out. I had already called it a loss considering the amount of time that had passed and I didn't think they would do anything about it, so I'm grateful for some resolution. Because of the customer service I would consider ordering from here in the future.

We were in our homes and unable to stop for gift due to carina virus. I didn't want my granddaughter not to have a gift on her 13th birthday so I contacted a company I saw on Facebook. Sydney had mentioned she would like to have a ring. I saw his beautiful ring on Jewlr website so I called them to see if they were still working. They said yes so I ordered it. The service was fast. I got it a sort time later and it was beautiful. My granddaughter loved it. I will do business with this company again and I would recommend the company to my friends and family. Susan

My mom has wanted a mother's ring for ages Jewlr provided a way to create a custom ring for a reasonable cost. Designing the ring was very easy, choosing the style and stones. We opted out of engraving. We chose silver and all real stones and they I think were reasonable priced. Once ordered I liked that there was an option to track the package, which I chose and liked receiving the updates as to where my order was. Shipping was good the ring came on time and in good condition. The ring itself is lovely and is extremely good quality, I was super happy with it. Sizing was spot on (note we happen to own a ring sizer so we know exactly what size ring to order) and perfectly true to size. It fit my mom perfectly. Most importantly my mom LOVED it, she was so happy.

I have bought a ring and a necklace and thy both are absolutely gorgeous! Plus u get a free necklace with your order! I will be most likely be oredering more for mothers day and birthdays for my mom and grandmother!

Flimsy and bent. Not impressed. Chain is WAY too long for a bracelet. If this wasn't a birthday gift for the weekend you could be sure this was going back. Absolute waste of money, this was supposed to be a keepsake for my niece's 13th birthday and now I have to go out and buy a new chain and fix it myself.
