It seems like only a few people have been getting the short stick in this situation. My fiance proposed to me with a Jewlr engagement ring and it is GORGEOUS. The engraving is delicate and neat, fits, and hasn't turned my finger a strange color or seemed like it's been rusting. It's absolutely perfect.

I made a purchase of a silver necklace, I received it within 2 days. I received it at around 11 in the morning of June 1st and put it on instantly because I was excited, I had already showered and gotten ready for the day so the necklace never touched water, around 11:45 that same night I went to the washroom and as I was washing my hands I glimpsed that the necklace was discoloured in the mirror. On closer inspection when I removed the necklace, it was completely tarnished, the letters were literally turning black. The necklace was already a lot smaller and flimsier looking than what was advertised but I just let that slide, but to receive something of such terrible quality is insane. I don't know how they are ripping off people this bad

My daughter ordered a necklace for a gift but chose the wrong size chain. We were able to return it and they put a new chain on and returned the necklace to us really quick. A good site to buy items from as they are loyal to making their customers happy.

Just received my ring back from being repaired with new gemstones for each of my loving dogs, sized and re-sized after I changed my mind - Jewlr called me a couple of times to be sure of every detail as this ring in honor of my sweet dogs is so important to me. I purchased a name necklace for my granddaughter, Alyssa to give to her for her birthday. I had never ordered fine jewelry on the internet and was a little worried. I felt much more comfortable after reading all the wonderful reviews and now, I am happy to say I am another happy customer. The necklace is beautiful and the quality is excellent. Site is very easy to navigate and gives many options in making a decision ie. Choices of gold color and carets, chain types and sizes plus good competitive prices. I just hope the product is of good quality when I receive it.

Overall beautiful designs to choose from just a bit pricey. Spending over 100$ on a sterling silver (fake) and simulated (fake) stones is too much. Super cute designs though! I bought my sister a graduation ring I know shes going to love.

I put a review on here last week because of the terrible service I had received. Long story short. I bought a ring, had it resized it turned my daughters finger green and I wanted a refund. Was told no several times. Sandra call me yesterday and we had a very nice conversation and she refunded me the cost of the ring. The site is very easy to navigate to find what you're looking for, great prices on some great looking jewelry, and I saved so much money compared to other jewelers that would charge me even more for customizations.

Although I chose not to keep the item I ordered Jewlr return policy was easy and quick. The response time with their customer service department was quick to respond and assist. I appreciate their team. I will definitely look to them for any future jewelry needs that I may have.

It came with a certificate of authenticity and turned out very nice. I would not hesitate to order from Jewlr again. Happy customer.

I was referred to Jewlr by a friend who had purchase a ring from them. I was looking for a wedding ring but didn't want a normal silver band.

After looking on the site I was impressed by the choice and eventually picked one. Unfortunately it was one size too small but Jewlr sent out a replacement straight away.
