I ordered two rings from this place. Their sizing is off for starters. They charge you for resizing. They are a Canadian company & apparently their sizing is different. Secondly, the lab created stones look like cheap plastic from your local craft store. The engraving is nice but it's all way over priced for the end result. They're NOT about making the customer happy or standing behind their so called customer satisfaction. Their response to my claims is to charge me in order to make it right. Really?! FYI that is NOT standing behind the quality of the product!

So I'd say stay away and not get taken for $200+ from this company!

My Mother wanted a ring to show her pride of having 6 children. She sent me an email hint with the beautiful ring she wanted. So all of us kids got together and pichted in. I realized the size was wrong on the original order. I was able to change it with no problem. I received a response within minutes. My Mom received her ring in a timely manner. She had no idea we would really get it for her. She cried tears of joy. She loves her ring and is extremely happy with it. Thank you for creating such a beautiful keepsake for my Mom.

Very easy and convenient, very pleasant experience. I don't usually shop on line that is my daughters thing. So I am very surprised and happy with how well this went and how easy it was for me to find, personalize and purchase. I will definitely shop with you again.

As i stated the overall ordering and designing of the ring was awesome, the quality was also above my expectation, the only critique i could give is in the names on the ring itself there almost impossible to make out there very small,
Outher then that it was well worth the $$ i will definitely use them again

Ordered a Mother's Ring with synthetic stones. The two rubies arrived a light pink color. That obviously doesn't work in a Birthstone. I tried dealing with the company to replace them, but they simply told me I was wrong. What I saw I didn't see, I guess. They did suggest I buy more expensive stones. It took a few emails to get the form sent to return the ring.

Simple and easy to understand. I like the way the page is set-up. The photos are very clear. At the time of writing this I just completed the ordering process. I will be happy as long as I get my purchase before the end of January as promised and it looks like the ring in the picture!

This website is impressive. My boyfriend got me a name necklace for Christmas after I've been wanting one forever. I could tell it probably was not like the real white gold however it does not look super cheap. Ever since Christmas (December 25th, 2017) to the present (May 15th, 2018) I have been wearing it and have not took it off (showers and everything) and my neck has not turned green nor the necklace start rusting. I will definitely order again from here.

I order a necklace for my girlfriend and even I was excited when it came in. I opened the package to see a chain so thin an infant could break it and the lettering on the chain wasnt even an inch long so overall I'm am NOT happy and reccomend going somewhere else (basically the website makes everything look bigger than it actually is, in person the necklace is the perfect size for an infant)

I was very disappointed in the quality of this ring. At first I thought they forgot to put the inscription but after looking closely I could barely make out the names. If you are planning to purchase a ring from Jewlr I would look elsewhere! If I could put zero stars I would!

Ordering for my wife for Christmas. While it was not the highest quality, for the price he was absolutely amazing and the delivery was so quick I didn't even realize it would be coming already. Will definitely be ordering more jewelry from this vendor.

I was a little skeptical at first just because it seemed too good to be true. But I saw the product and it was great and creative I'm definitely different from everything else I've seen. I actually received it about a week earlier than I was supposed to and the best part was that they called me and let me know exactly when it will be in my hands. The best part of the whole experience was how down to earth the representative that was helping me was her name is Phoenix.

Ordered JWLP0122 - Organic Caged Hearts Pendant, paid for express shipping and got the item just in time for my 15 year anniversary. However the pendent looked nothing like the picture on their site, the jewels are not even visible, and to top it off there was a burn mark on the pendent. None the less i had no choice to present it to my wife and she wasn't happy and asked if we can return it. You know its bad if your wife does not at least pretend to like a gift. No problem right they have a 99 day return, wrong didn't read the policy before i bought this item. Turns out they don't refund shipping or pay for return shipping. Now i am out $30 on a defective item! Never again will i buy jewelry from this place! I would recommend staying away from this company. Spend your money elsewhere.

This is the third time I bought a ring from Jewlr. The quality and design of the rings were as the description and the photos shown on the website.

The customer service is amazing.
The first time I ordered a ring, I was skeptical. And I got the wrong ring size. Jewlr offered to send another ring with the same description (already mentioned from my record without me having to go through the order process) and allowed me to keep the first ring to avoid shipping charges.

The rates, materials, quality, customer service, and products are A1and I would definitely purchase from them again. The free gifts which come with select purchase are also good quality and actually usable (not breakable through regular, normal usage).

Overall, Im extremely satisfied and content with my purchases and would recommend others to purchase from this source.

I take my ring purchases seriously and have not even been close to disappointed once with these products.

I ordered a ring for my husband for our anniversary. You never know how things are going to be when you order online. I had never ordered from them before so I was nervous. The ring was perfect when I got it and was engraved just like I wanted. It was a little to small so I inquired about exchanging it. They have been wonderful to work with and have gone out of their way to make sure that I got exactly what I needed. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely order from them again

I was fortunate to find Jewlr when spontaneously googling for a place to order a Mother's Ring for myself. They have a beautiful selection of settings and so many customizable options that allow you to create exactly what you're picturing. And the pictures do not do justice to the finished product -- I received my ring yesterday (a day earlier than scheduled!) and it was so far beyond my expectations. I am so proud to wear it! Jewlr followed up by email/text several times during the process. Great customer service, excellent products!

I had received the necklaces I ordered in the mail and when I went to open the box I discovered that both necklaces were completely tangled in numerous numerous knots. I spent over one hour untangling the necklaces. I even phoned jeweller to ask what they could do. All they said was to send the necklace is back. These are Christmas gifts I had no time to send them back. The agent was only helpful in that an email was sent with in instructions on how to return the necklaces. The agent was not sympathetic to my problem but only said that it happened during delivery. This is impossible. In the end I had spent time untangling the necklaces. But jeweller was not helpful in sending new necklaces and helping me out. There was no time to send the necklace is back, as I had said previously. Something else could've been done to help this. And I believe the agent should have trusted what I said and not make up some excuse as to why it happened.

Jewlr made sure I had my dream wedding bands! After I placed my order, our flight plans changed and had to contact jewlr and ask them to ship it sooner. They were more than accommodating and had my rings here a day earlier than I asked for! When my fiancé and I opened our beautifully packed boxes we were in awe! My band is everything I have ever dreamt of. We were very pleased with the quality of the rings as well. They even came with a free cute little heart necklace. My experience with this company is above and beyond I bought a ring. They returned it with no problems and I bought another one and it was fantastic. They really know how to take care of the customer.

It is very helpful when you need help fast purchasing your item or items but don't like the interest well if you need the item this option is for you so accept it from the wed site that carry it and be done

I purchased a gold family tree necklace for my wife with birthstones of our children. The piece of jewelry is absolutely beautiful. The gemstones (I purchased the synthetic) are beautiful. I would like to note that the company sells a cubic zirconia for April rather than diamond. I preferred this for cost but I'm sure others may wish to have the diamond. There is not an option to select this on the company's site though they provide options to choose either geologic or lab synthesized stones. I expect the company would make custom.
