We have used this for years instead of sending typical paper cards. Everyone seems to love them and they are super easy to make. We will continue to use them for many years.

Hi, I like the different music video but I miss HD quality because it is not well displayed in my tv. Sd quality is not in accordance with the faces inserted.

JibJab is a fun experience and their service is excellent! It was great to send a JibJab Christmas card through Facebook. What fun! I laugh out loud when anyone posts a JibJab greeting!

Great product, great price and excellent customer service. Lots of fun and a great way to send cards at the last minute as well as being able to schedule those in the future.

I sent emails requesting a cancellation of my membership, and I got charged the second day of having it for a years membership, after sending this email asking for it to be cancelled.

The whole process of subscribing to personalizing my cards was so easy and fun. The recipients of my cards really enjoyed and appreciated them. I will be sending more cards out this year!

It is difficult to get the faces just right. I like the little videos but wish they were easier to make. Also wish you could change a face if you didn't like it...

Just didn't like that I did not get any free video to start with as mad video then had to pay to watch it and then again to download it. Otherwise good fun.

I called for assistance. The person I spoke to handled the problem efficiently, and very professionally. Everything was taken care of in about 2 minutes. I was very satisfied from start to finish.

Site was easy to use and the results were hilarious. Wish you had more videos to choose from and that more space was available for the message. Other than that overall great experience

A waste of my time! A notification should have been given that the system was down before I started to create a card to send. I was a first time user and this is a real turn off

Not cool that you go through the whole process of designing your card, uploading photos, sizing, etc, to then get to the end and find that you will be charged if you want to send it. Not cool

I have been liking JibJab so far
The only thing I was expecting more was the range of content.
I wish there were more songs parodies.
Everything else is fine

The finished product was outstandingly hilarious! Unfortunately, I had to become a member (not a large deal), but then to download it I had to pay an additional fee... why?

Great job on this product, a very unique way to send a message and to add a personal touch which ends up being hilarious and well received. Keep it up.

The site is nothing like it used to be. Everything essentially has to be bought in order to share. It is now about money instead of cool and creative cards.

An easy simple way to make yourself or anyone around you laugh and have a fun experience! I would recommend the website and app to anyone that likes to laugh.

My account was renewed without me realizing it.
But as soon as I reported it and told them that I did not know that it was going to be renewed they immediately returned my money no questions asked.

I am very impressed with CS. I only needed 1 video but signed up for 1 year subscription prior to later seeing the single Fee for 1 video. I was graciously given a refund of the yearly subscription.
