Those great little videos look really great until you try to download a picture in them. Nothing works and some computer tech blames it on your browser. Slow service that doesn't really solve the problem. Thinking I will need to cancel
I had to cancel my subscription and it was taken care of immediately, and in a courteous and friendly manner. Thank you! Other companies could definitely benefit if they copied your customer service procedures.
Add another complaint about removing the "fine tune the head shape" option. I won't be renewing. I don't wanna be forced to cut off my friends ears and give them potato shaped heads. Simplified option for those that want it would make a hell of lot more sense. Thanks for screwing up something that functioned perfectly well JibJab. (sigh)
We did not realize that our profile included auto renewal. Really appreciated their no hassle cancellation policy for timely (within 30 days) requests. We may be back when the need next presents itself. Jib Jab is really unique, easy to use and a whole lot of fun.
It was not hard to find the buttons/pages to stop my auto renew. Some other companies put up a wall so you almost give up and hand over your money in frustration. I will use jib-jab again simply because they are cool about business and are straight forward.
We've been members of JibJab for years. The animations and stills are cute, charming, funny, scary, shilling, and hilarious (not necessarily in that order). Our little recipients have enjoyed them through time. Better than cards out there on the market and more personalized. Very special.
Had an account for years with JibJab and have enjoyed sending such unique and special "cards" to family members: starring them! Miss the political satire though, as that is what first got my attention to this "stuff"!

However the site jabber leaves a lot to be desired demanding 100 characters and then your family name when stated optional i wil not give further feedback in the future

My Grandsons and Granddaughters (ages 8-12) loved the Valentines I sent - especially, the boys seeing themselves dancing with girl's legs! (They're only ages 3-8.)
Which reminds me, you might want to consider offering more kid-friendly videos.
Everyone really gets a laugh out of the cards I send through JibJab. Whether it's for a birthday, holiday, or other occasion, the personal photo touches ensures hilarity. Great fun product, not to mention wonderful customer service when I needed it!

I love JibJab, and have been a member for several years. Friends and family get a big kick out of seeing themselves cast in different videos, singing and dancing. The grand children ask to make them every time they come over!
Such as local University themes, Unc etc. any football end zone dance. More current song hits, those to choose old stuff yes an old school one is fun too. But love newer songs more. Creative like. Dance show spin offs.
I carefully listed the emails with comma and space between each.
I included myself as well.
Some never received the email. Some did.
No it didn't end up in their junk, deleted, or spam filters.
Fun app though. Just need to iron out the glitches.

I noticed my JibJab account automatically setup to automatically charge me again after the year was up. I did not like this fact. Big assumption on JibJab's part.
1st attempt to send e-card--I gave an erroneous e-mail address and was not notified.
Second attempt-the recipient got the notification but could not open the card.
Confusing screen instructions hooked me into a year's subscription when I only wanted to use the "service" one time.
OK... so the product delivered as promised, but experience totally trashed by a money-grabbing approach to customers. Don't lock people into a full year just to drive your own revenue... some other options might be appreciated by consumers don't you think?
Make it clear the transaction is in USD. More unpleasant surprises once the exchange rate shows up on your statement.
Disappointing experience.
