Overcharged, billed twice and tricked

I want my money back. I input credit card info to buy the card not a membership. Creating an account doesn't give you the right to charge me for a years membership. Secondly I was charged for two memberships

Dissatisfied

I payed this subscription for a year so I could make cards for my husband and father for father's day and both of them did not receive them. My email said they were sent and I checked both of their email and nothing was received. I also could not pull up the videos on my phone to at least play for them.

Fun, but some glitches

So fun to see and show others, but it isn't the easiest site to manage. I also prefer the older options for adding your heads. You use to be able to form the shape of the face by moving all sides. Now, you can only really zoom in or out, but the shape of the face only forms to the shape they give you. If you have add a long face, you have to fit that into the shape of their frame.

Don't need the yearly subscription.

Wish I could just buy a card when I wanted it instead of a yearly subscription. I only use it 2-3 times a year and I find having to subscribe every year a wais of money. I would prefer a pay as you go even if the cards were only 2.99 each. That seams like a fair value.

GREAT customer service!

I had a misunderstanding and called customer service. I was treated courteously and the representative was efficient and my mistake was corrected in minutes!
I so appreciate their care. So many are short and impatient with we older folks.

I Want to End Membership!

Grandchildren were not impressed with their cards so I decided to take advantage of the 30 day opt out plan, but nothing happened and I still get JibJab information as if I still have a membership. It's not worth it to me if the grandkids don't care.

Hit with the Grandkids
December 23, 2016

My 5 year old Grandson and I spent all day making videos with all combinations of family and dogs. We laughed all day together watching the videos and showing them to family. But most importantly we spent all Christmas day working together making memories that we will have for a lifetime. Thanks JibJab

Refund

JibJab holds honest to there company. I didn't realize I signed up for a yearly renewal. I asked for a refund through their site and they were quick to respond and give me a refund. I appreciate the care for customer satisfaction. I will definitely utilize there site again in the future.

Long time Jib-Jabber

I have hundreds of saved heads and jib-jabs as I have been a member for many many years, my family loves my birthday jib-jabs, that being said, they ain't what they used to be, the heads are now just ovals and that isn't near as cute as making the cuts and adjustments to the heads that you used to feature. When I first joined you could even adjust the skin tones and i miss the pre-made celebrity heads, used to be a lot more fun.

Scheduled e-card not sent

I think I've learned not to schedule a card, but to send it as soon as completed. I waited and waited for it to be sent - put a question in support as to when it would go - but the answer did not address the issue. Finally, I cancelled it and did another one to be sent immediately, which it was. At that point it was late into the evening and the recipient probably thought I'd forgotten the birthday. The system is flawed unfortunately.

Fun. Fun, Fun!

I used the faces of the managers of our company to make a birthday card for the founder of the company. I used the "Happy" song with the 5 characters. It was very easy and came out absolutely amazing! It really brightened everyone's day; we can't stop smiling and laughing. The recipient, his kids, and everyone in the company absolutely loved it! I will be making more cards & videos with employees faces and we will play them on the TVs in the office. Thanks for the fun!

Wish the download offering were a little cheaper. $1.99 seems high after paying the annual membership. 99 cents would be reasonable..

Didnt work

I signed up on Valentine's Day and wanted to send to my husband. When it arrived our pictures were not there. So I went back in and tried to update. It does not recognize my email and I could not change my password. I'm very frustrated I would like my money back.

Need more variety for father's day

Love watching the videos... the whole family enjoys it, just wish there was an easy way to go back and edit the mouths on the faces they just never seem to align right makes everyone look like they have a stache and need more options for father's day videos. Other than that everyone who receives an ecard will talk about how much they enjoyed it and will replay them over and over again.

Some what satisfied

I thought I had a one year subscription... however you required me to pay when I tried to send a card. If my subscription had run out -- you should have notified me. By the way - I refused the auto enroll for another year.
I prefer to be notified to renew -- not automatically renewed.

Very Unhappy

I wanted to do a video using facebook. Never received the video and I was charged 18.00 for a subscription with an automatic renewal. I tried to contact you via pay pal to resolve and the email bounced back. I have set up a dispute in pay pal. I want my name off your automatic renewal and I want my 18.00 back please.

Wouldn't load

I only subscribed for my grandchildren, whom I was visiting for 1 week. We would make a few videos and then email them to myself for future viewing. There were not many choices suitable for small children. When we tried to load them to rewatch them they would not load and there was a message saying there was a problem on Jibjab's site. Many of the videos have since disappeared... this was 8/4/17... when we made them. I am now back from Florida and the opportunity is gone for more memories.

I need to cancel the subscription please.

I had a good experience with JIB JAB. It is very funny to be able to send these types of cards to people. I wish there was a way to change the number of people you would like to have on the card as you wish. Also, it would be nice to be able to have more songs that can be used for anyone whether it is a birthday or a thank you or a thinking of you situation. If we could change the reason for the card to best fit our need that would be nice.
