Video won't run and doesn't save heads I create. I will spend alot of time setting up the photos and they dont save snd then when I try to launch the video it takes me back to the home screen.
I don't know why. It used to work.
I won't even know how much I paid for JibJab. The price pops up very quick and not until you have created the video and put all other information it. THEN, I got an e-mail from PayPal (notJibJab) that I signed up for and continues subscription with an annual fee to be withdrawn from my PayPal account. Thanks to PayPal, I was able to cancel the subscription. Never again!
The help I recieved supercieded that of any I have ever had! So much so, than I had ever anticipated. These people went well beyond their means, and have resolved my issues completely! Thank You so very much :).
I did not realize when I bought a one year subscription that I had signed up for auto-renewal - it automatically renewed but due to some financial things going on I didn't want to sign up for another year (though I LOVE JibJab and will continue to use their site) - I emailed customer service and they promptly provided me with a refund. If you ever need help they will be there for you! Thanks JibJab!
I was a member before. I signed up again because this site is addicting. People love the cards I make for them. However, there aren't enough choices for birthday card videos for kids. Example: the superhero card was good. It was basic and the little kids liked it. I love the site and do recommend it to my friends.
Got on the site. For a fathers Day, I picked three men to receive their video. Two received, the third did not. When I went back into the site to resend, it recognized my name snd password, but when I went through the whole process it would not send, it sent me back to the very beginning. It was extremely frustrating. I didn't have the time to keep doing this and zi thought if this happens again on the next occasion I would be furious, $18.00 is a lot of money for me to waste. I love this technology and the results when everything works out. I was very sorry to ask for a refund, but delighted that it was granted in a timely manner. Very professional.
I was beyond impressed with the level of service JibJab provides. I recently had an issue with my acount and within a few hours it was sorted out without the need for mutliple emails about the issue. What is even better was the follow up after the issue to ensure I as satisfied with the outcome. The service was friendly, professional, efficent and thoughtful. Great Job
I subscribed to JibJab in 2014 and have enjoyed using JibJab to send holiday greetings. I will no longer be sending these greetings and JibJabs support team were very prompt in ending my subscription. Thank you JibJab!
I have absolutely LOVED sending people JibJab cards. They always bring so much joy to people and I think are absolutely worth the $2/month. Sadly, I am not able to afford it anymore due to cutbacks. I had forgotten about the auto renewal and it was a Sunday when I realized that I had been charged for another year. I didn't think I would get a response until the following business day. However, almost immediately I received an email telling me the issue had been corrected. I am so grateful and do hope to be able to sign up again in the future because I really do think these hilarious cards are WORTH EVERY PENNY!
I had a problem with the reoccurring payment and was billed for the last 2 years but the JibJab support team was very helpful and expedient on the process to fix the problem and even refunded the current year of subscription. Best costumer support team.
The fact that you have to pay extra to download the video after paying 18$ a year is ridiculous and should be made clear from the get-go. Once, I paid the extra 1.99$ to download, and got my video only the next day, defeating all the purpose of why I needed it. Also, once you pay extra to download the video, the video is restricted and you can't for exemple us it in Imovie for a funny montage or trailer... I know there are easy workarounds for downloading and using the videos for free, but you are not encouraging people to be legit at this price and with these restrictions...
A friend of mine emailed me a JibJab video he made of a few fellow workers a couple years ago, so I have always thought about joining so I could play around making them also.
I bit the bullet a couple days ago and paid for a year's membership to JibJab.
LOVE-My whole family and I LOVE the entertaining videos I've made.
HATE- There are actually very, very few videos you have available to make from. After 2 days of joining... I'm already at a dead end with JibJab because there are really not that many videos available to make them from.
Considering the years of being established, I thought JibJab would have 10 times the number of videos they have available to choose from.
I love it was a member for a year. But this year im do busy. I have to put it on hold. I recommend to anyone cuz my little one enjoys it. Thanks for understanding i have to pause this for a little while. But i will be back once im settle down. Happy holiday to all the creators n to everyone on jibjab & site jibjab. -tammie
Everyone I know loves receiving JibJab cards I have sent and I get a tremendous kick out of producing them and seeing the comments and reactions. Of course, I first have to dab the tears of laughter from my eyes in order to read those comments! Keep producing new "Starring You" videos of songs & dances JibJab Inc.!
I signed up a few years ago when my children & I were goofing around making elf yourself videos. Anyway, I actually forgot I had an account with them. It came with a yearly renewal & I was charged for it although I hadn't used it or noticed it coming out of my account in the years passed. Money is tight right now so I was watching my account more closely than usual when I saw the charge. I immediately contacted customer support tp inquire about canceling and possibly a refund. WELL within 24hrs CS emailed me back & gave me a refund. I was shocked that it was such an easy process due to it being my fault that I forgot to cancel. I had prepared myself have to go through hoops to cancel, but surprisingly my experience was much different. I may sign up again at a later date due to the fact that CS was so helpful & diligent!
It's fine for sharing a video, but no good if you have unlimited social sharing as you have to visit the site to share the video as the material is copyright protected which means you can't upload to FB for the laughs. I wouldn't recommend the pay service because of this.
I spent some time creating what I thought was a free holiday card. It was only AFTER I had invested about 20 minutes into this that I was informed that I could not see the entire card animation or share it out!
I feel like I was lied to.
Never suscribe to this site. I bought 1 year membership but impossible to cancel the auto renewal from my JibJap account. I cancelled this option from my Paypal account and now my JibJap account reflect a free membership but i have already paid! And of course no reply from JibJab.
I had a subscription that was set up on an email I know longer used or had access to, subsequently I set up a new account in my daughters name but did not wish to pay 2 subscriptions! I contacted JibJab support team and they promptly reimbursed the subscription on the email I wasn't using and cancelled that account. I was impressed at how problem free it was and how my concern was understood and acted upon by Morgan at JibJab Thank you.
Took advantage of holiday jib jabs and sent several to friends. Once I had the photos, easily loaded them, added greetings and swoosh, sent them on.
People loved them! They brought holiday cheer to several and my grandkids adored them!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
