A great experience.

This was an animated birthday card to my sister-in-law who happens to share the same birthday date with me. Her Mom's health is failing and she and my brother had traveled to see her Mom so I wanted something that would cheer her up the minute she opened the card up. And it did. A smile goes a long way any day, but on a tough day it can be a shining moment that helps you get through the day, the week, and the month. Thanks, JibJab.

Disappointed

For one thing, our mouths were not done well even though I tried to line everything up carefully according to the directions. Second, I had to choose which of us girls on the 5 people on our vacation, to make be the other male. I chose my boyfriends mom because of the way the layout looked on the cover, which was very much The wrong choice. She does not have a great sense of humor anyway, and she ended up being the lead singer and not wearing a shirt! She was not impressed.

The "JibJab" app., although a very nice app., was just not what I was looking for, so I requested a refund. I simply e-mailed the address on their site & within 10 minutes I had a response & in another 5, my money was refunded. Just like that! INCREDIBLE Customer Service! Shout out to Heather for all her help. Thank You

Happy!

Easy, fun and worth it. I purchased Jib Jab and have had a lot of fun with it. The one suggestion I would make is to have at least some Valentine cards that are not focused so much on romantic love and more to family love ie. Father/daughter grandfather /granddaughter. The romantic cards are fine but don't fit all situations. Thanks

Fixed and Happy.

I am using a Toshiba Satellite laptop with Windows 10 and running Google Chrome. Nothing is compatible. I had a very hard time sending the video that I made and purchased from JibJab through my Gmail account. It took me a while to figure it out on my own. Played and played with it until I finally figured out that it was too large and I had to save it to my Google Drive and send it as an attachment. That is exactly what they ended up telling me to do. However, I am still very pleased with their service! Thanks again, Sandy

Joe in customer service was excellent. I got charged for another year and thought I had stopped automatic renewal, but he quickly put through the credit and cancelled my account and as another person said, times are tough now and we need to be careful with spending... Excellent customer service and even when I had trouble in the past with sending a card, they were quick to respond.

I think the novelty has worn off somewhat.
I wish you would have 6 options for the number of people in a video.
We have 2 couples that I like to share the videos, but I don't include myself since there are not enough faces to use.
I would like to see more for kids without bodily functions.;)

Fun!

So much fun. Love that there are so many different cards to choose from and that they are so detailed. Sometimes the faces do not fit in properly but i can say we have had a blast and many laughs using this. Thanks!

Not what I expected

Said I could do monthly payments, but charged me an entire year. Also after I payed, now I have to also pay to download each video. I'm sure there's some small print somewhere that I missed, just not at all what I expected.

Went through setting up - what a waste

Bought it. Set it up. Created face photos and put them in a St. Pats jig using my 5 faces. Published it and sent it out to 20 friends. What they got was the generic faces, NOT the ones I selected. Very disappointed.

I was disappointed when I spent an hour setting up a cool card and at the end it told me I needed to upgrade my account for $12 a year w/automatic renewal. The automatic renewal scares me since the previous reviewer said he could not cancel it! So I found JibJab's address and phone contact info... here it is if anyone else has that problem. You can also find them on Google Earth and actually see their bright red office building in Venice Beach CA. I would like to upgrade but from what I heard the other person said I am now very leery until I get them on the phone. I will place my order ONLY over the phone with them and it WILL be recorded with my flip camera so they cannot deny ever getting my order. I actually met the founders of this site from several years ago and they seemed like very cool and upfront guys. So, we'll see :) Anywho: Ph. Contact for JibJab: *******971, *******874

I tried the free trial. I was able to do some fun stuff. But then I thought the available video content was a bit limited and not varied enough. HOWEVER, they quickly processed the refund. I would definitely try again in the future, if more video options were available. And also, if they had tools to allow you to edit your photos after you select the face you're using. It would have been nice to be able to lighten or fix the color, after I saw how they look in the setting. But overall, it was fun and worth the try.

I was ripped off

I never signed up I thought I was paying on for one time. I will call tomorrow to clear this up Plus my video did not work. How can you charge me the full amount. This is wrong. I would like a refund.

Great Fun for me and my friends!

I have heard from several people to whom I send a video and they loved them! They especially loved the dancing ones. This is an easy and fun way to keep in touch. I recommend JibJab as it will always make someone smile.

Clever, but...

Clever service, but I signed up primarily to send my nieces and nephews (all not yet teenagers) whom I thought would get a kick out of the cards. They did, but the selection of kid-friendly cards is extremely limited. I doubt I'll renew.

Somewhat frustrating that you cant make edits once you have begun personalization of of the videos. I modified the message for example, but the changes would not remain when i sent out video. Otherwise they are great and bring a lot of joy

When I first saw the Jib Jab advertising I thought is was funny. When I purchased it and added my own photos of myself along with friends and family it was hilarious! My family and friends and I laughed so hard we cried. When we entered our photos each one went with each character so perfectly, it was as if Jib Jab knew us. Life can be rough but laughs such as the kind Jib Jab gives us makes things less rough. However you will never find out till you give it a try with your family and friends faces. You will laugh hard too!

Fantastic Customer Service

I was somehow enrolled in a yearly membership several years ago. Only recently noticing a charge, I reached out to customer service. With it being several years ago, Ive had a name change, several address changes, and a few email addresses. Daniel was patient and helpful searching through each possibility before being able to locate my account a refunding the charge. While I havent used JibJab in a while, I can say I am happy to go back thanks to great customer service. Thank you Daniel!
