Fast, efficient help

I had an issue with a subscription payment, so I sent an e-note to JibJab. Jessica at JibJab had the issue completely resolved a few hours later. I couldn't ask for better online help!

Terrible

I want to give this zero stars, but it will not take my selection. I wrote to jib jab to tell them that I absolutely did not sign up for a year. I had gone to the app and thought I was signing up for $2.99 per month. They assured me that I would be refunded my $24. I saw a refund on my bank app, and subsequently it was taken away and now I have two $24 charges. Stay away from jib jab.

A Fun App

I've used this app for several years and have made some really fun videos with my grandkids. Showing the videos was one of our Christmas highlights and traditions. As my grandkids aged I began to use the app less and less. Finally I decided to cancel my automatic renewal. So I filled out their cancellation form and within an hour I received an email my account had been canceled and the payment I had just automatically made was refunded. I couldn't believe how quick they responded. I am impressed with their service and highly recommend JibJab.

Joe in customer service was excellent. I got charged for another year and thought I had stopped automatic renewal, but he quickly put through the credit and cancelled my account and as another person said, times are tough now and we need to be careful with spending... Excellent customer service and even when I had trouble in the past with sending a card, they were quick to respond.

Unbeknownst to me, auto renewal was turned on for my JibJab account. In the past I always manually updated and paid for my subscription. But not this time. I was very upset when the membership charge came out of my account yesterday, because I was not expecting it and because of the pandemic we're all living through, money is very tight for me. I relayed this to the JibJab customer service team and they very quickly responded to me and have issued a full refund. I have enjoyed using JibJab in the past and perhaps someday when things are better I will be able to subscribe again. Thanks to Joe at JibJab customer support for your quick response

They have many videos to choose from and it's easy to use. It's great for simple and quick videos. Just personally I would have liked for there to be more customization options and also more downloadable options... you only get a link.

Quick and Great Service
